The shower was either piping hot or freezing cold and the water leaked out undefneath the shower door. Small detail, but something that the operators could surely address.

- Svetikscher (9/5): Хорошо - Очень удобно расположен. Для длинной пересадки отличный вариант. В номере есть все необходимое для отдыха. Очень чисто. Кровать, белье, полотенца- все чистое, хорошего качества. Хороший интернет. В номере очень тихо. В номере нет европейских розеток, Совсем! (нужен переходник) Это очень удивило, так как нет возможности даже зарядить телефон. Имейте это в виду. Одна единственная розетка у раковины на 230в, но от нее почему то телефон вообще не заряжался. Хорошо, что с собой был повербанк. Завтрак очень простой и, честно говоря, не вкусный, за такие деньги можно бы и разнообразить. Ну и цена в общем конечно высоковата.

- Laurent (5/5): I could not sleep there - Please note that this is only a hotel between 2 flights arriving and departing from Mascate. If you initially depart from Mascate, you ll need to checkin your luggage first before accessing the hotel so mlaximum 3 hours before so no time to sleep ! This was not clearly indicated . I booked a room but eventually could not sleep there

- Saima sharleen (9/5): Very pleasant - honestly didn't expect the transit hotel to be so clean, neat and well-maintained. Located on the 5th floor, it was perfectly tucked away from the usual airport crowd, making it a peaceful retreat. The dining area offered a great variety of options, which was a pleasant surprise. A special mention goes to Kritika, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the stay in the dining place and impressively, she was managing everything on her own! Truly a wonderful place for long layovers. Highly recommended!

- Nick (5/5): Lovely hotel but not very organised - Handy for a 14 hour stopover at muscat Had to wait an hour for our rooms even though we had prebooked and pre notified our arrival time when people in front of us in the queue were sold rooms immediately even though they hadn't booked
- Henk FS (9/5): - Mooie schone omgeving met ruime en luxe kamer. Op het vliegveld, ideaal voor een overstap op aansluitende vlucht. Toegang is echt lastig en ingewikkeld als je niet alleen met Oman Air reist en een aansluitende vlucht hebt . Dan loop je tegen het probleem aan dat je niet in de transitzone kunt komen omdat je geen boardingpass hebt. Die kun je pas een paar uur voor vertrek krijgen. Alleen Oman Air heeft meer tijd maar ook daar is de max geloof ik 12 uur. Wij vlogen de volgende dag pas verder en hadden dus wen probleem. Gelukkig hielp een heel aardige mijnheer van Oman Air ons om toestemming van de douane te krijgen. En hij regelde onze bagage die wij niet hadden kunnen doorlabelen omdat wij van een nationale naar internationale vlucht gingen. Khasab - Muscat - Amsterdam. Goed opletten dus!
- Shaw (1/5): We would never book with them again - nothing We booked the hotel for one night when we were trying to get a repatriation flight home from the air strikes in the UAE. We subsequently managed to find an alternative repatriation route home so did not need the hotel and tried to cancel shortly after booking and with plenty of notice, explaining the extraordinary situation, but the hotel charged the full amount for the unused room. Taking advantage of families affected by war is quite despicable.
- jon1158 (9/5): - Impossibile dire cosa non ti sia piaciuto, tutto molto comodo e funzionale. Non ho letto bene che si prenota per ore 6 o 12...... Bisogna stare attenti nel prenotare la camera, ma a parte quello , ottima sistemazione
- Nina (7/5): Top Lösung für längere Stopps. - Sehr angenehm wenn man am Flughafen müde ankommt & quasi direkt ins Hotel kann. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das Zimmer gross und das Frühstück war vielseitig. Das Bad war leider nicht sehr sauber. Beim Zustellbett fehlte eine Decke, als wir sie bestellten kam sie nicht. Beim Frühstücken kiegt zu viel Müll herum, es bräuchte noch jemanden zusätzlich um abzuräumen & ordnung zu halten.
