• Sabina (9/5): - 1) View, view, view.. 2) Assistance re key box and parking in garage from security/entrance staff was great. The apartment requires not only routine but also specialized cleaning. Although nicely furnished and with a stunning view, the apartment seems somehow neglected (tiles in bathrooms require thorough cleaning, cupboards in bedrooms full of misc old items, TV sets disconnected from power, and took me time to figure out why TV is not working and find additional extension cord to set all cables back, the walls on terase look dusty and dirty ..).

• Donna (10/5): - The location and views are incredible. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our two couples' stay. The dryer didn't appear to be working.
• Rozlyn (9/5): Lovely spacious sea view accommodation with great restaurant's in the area - Great safe location with security, inbetween a few great touristy areas and great restaurants, great sea view, safe walkways, safe parking, clean and fully functional kitchen, nice balcony. 2nd in bath shower practically not used due to its impracticality.
• Morne (8/5): Was a great stay in an excellent area - Great location and view. This property had everything we required. Some of the utensils in the drawer were dirty. A few of the globes were dead. The key at the front door is almost impossible to take out the key hole. Carpet in the main bedroom was a tripping hazard

• Joy (5/5): Passable - Good value for money Repair works and drilling started non-stop from just before 8am, completely ruining any kind of morning rest and detracting from the value of what we had bought.

• Chrystal (9/5): Best sunset spot - Amazing to have 2 secure, covered parkings here, along with a very jolly security guard. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. Absolutely wonderful to watch the sunset from the balcony. Lots of space inside with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms and the lounge face the ocean. Conveniently large kitchen and very thankful to have a washing machine. Clifton 1st / 2nd / 3rd beaches are 10-15min walk along the coastal road. Julia was very helpful in her timeous messages allowing for easy arrival and departure. Would love to stay again. It’s a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants if you don’t have car or bike. The entrance door bizarrely opens the wrong way, and we thought the balcony could do with slightly less / different style furniture.

• Kseniia (10/5): Amazing view and perfect apartment - Everything was great: location, view, facilities It was clean and super comfortable So 100% recommended It forth the price Single disadvantage is that we didn’t pay attention that there are two king size double beds instead of one double and two single, so for group of friends it was a little bit complicated. But it is our fault

• Gumanie (8/5): We enjoyed the apartment - Super clean, spacious and great lotation Electricity problems. The place is super cold and the air conditioner does not work at night. There were 3 oil heaters provided, but only 2 worked. We couldn’t use a kittle or a microwave while the heaters were on, it was very inconvenient . Also we were charged extra R700 for “daily cleaning “ but it never happened

• Mark (10/5): Spectacular - The flat is the perfect place to experience the beauty of Cape Town! Ideally located to walk to restaurants and Pubs! We loved the beautiful views from the flat.

• Alan (10/5): Lovely spacious apartment furnished to a high standard, great location with a million dollar view - Lovely spacious apartment furnished to a high standard and a great location with a million dollar view of Clifton beach and the Twelve Apostles (mountain range). Also the security guards were great and very helpful/friendly. There's some noise from the busy road below but that's really picky as the view and location definitely compensate for that.
• Merosh (9/5): Superb - Extremely neat and clean, and the view over the water and mountains was breathtaking. Lovely comfortable furniture and the kitchen had more than enough dishes and pots. Invertor was added bonus as we didn't even feel loadshedding. The view from the balcony is just WOW! We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping only arrived when we checked out. However, the place was very clean, so we didn't mind.
