- Stuppi (6/5): - Die Gastgeberin und das Personal waren sehr freundlich! Die Gastgeberin hat uns toll über verschiedene Ausflugsziele informiert. Auch eine Restaurantreservierung würde gerne für uns vorgenommen. Die Aussicht vom Esszimmer und der Terrasse war genial! Das Zimmer war etwas klein. Was uns am meisten gestört hat waren die lauten Geräusch nachts. Evtl. von einer Pumpe o.ä. für die Wasserversorgung!? War wirklich sehr störend! Der Garten und das gesamte Haus müssten evtl. einmal renoviert werden. Der Pool war nicht ansprechend und ungepflegt. Wir wollten diesen so auch nicht benutzen!

The furnishings were old and not inviting. Mold was on the ceilings and the tiles were yellow. The water in the drain did not drain. And in general the furnishings were very old. The pool was not inviting and slightly dirty. Breakfast was ok but not as described more like a youth hostel. The garden was very chaotic and the dogs pooped in the garden.

The room didn't match really the photo on the website in terms of space, good condition of furnishings and bathroom... found the room to feel old, paint peeling off, shower dilapidated and dirty, TV just basic channels and the location of the room not very nice. Parking is a problem and due to thin walls between rooms, you hear everything from the other guests in adjacent rooms. Guests smoking outside posed a problem, cause you end up getting all their dirty smoke.

Very good is the save parking in the parking area. Fantastic view in the mountains from the breakfast area. It is a quiet location. Especially the bathroom needs a deep cleaning and some maintenance.

Annette and Brian were amazingly accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, even the smallest requests were happily dealt with.
