Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Tue 30 Apr 2024 Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from Wed 03 Jan 2024 until Fri 15 Mar 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances due to a rail line located less than 100 metres from the property. Please note that the pool and garden are shared. The garden has a private area dedicated to guests only.
