Kristina (10/5): A wonderful long-term stay with a lovely host, great breakfast, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d happily return! - I had an amazing month-long stay here and would absolutely recommend it. The hotel itself is very small, but comfortable and clean. Kete, who runs the place is kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you might need; goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome and taken care of. The breakfast there deserves a special mention—it’s absolutely fantastic. There’s a great variety, everything is fresh, and it was something I looked forward to every morning. The overall atmosphere of the place is warm and friendly, which made my longer stay especially enjoyable. There were a couple of minor issues like thin walls, so occasionally noise from other guests can be heard. Additionally, there were a few instances where the hot water wasn’t running, which was a bit annoying. However, it didn’t significantly impact the overall experience.

Ahad (1/5): Owner Katie turned off the Energy to my Room to maximise profits. - Location close to supermarket & public transport. Russian owner Katie turned off the gas central heating radiators to my room and it was FREEZING in Feb and her response was Government turned off the Gas.... yeah right and she even took the remote away for the air conditioning. Katie is definitely trapping guests with cheaper rates advertised but she will turn off the energy to your room so she can save on hotel energy bills costs. Of course Katie will respond back to this review and try to discredit me in a unprofessional way and say excuses like my other guests gave me good reviews only me bad review or will say use electric instead of gas. I know electric rates are cheaper than gas but why you took the AC remote from me and not returned it back. Also I paid for everyday cleaning room service and everyday fresh linen but only received twice a week not everyday so Katie still owes me and Booking.com is currently investigating this property after the evidences I submitted to them. Everything I said can be backed by evidence and this a respectful honest review. Only Katie is at the hotel, no other hotel staff and she does not know english, only russian. Katie you should hire employ at least1 staff, its not all about maximising hotel profits, its about delivering to guests according to contracts and if you uphold them then happy guests will return and book otherwise they will never look back!

Andriy (10/5): Спокойный семейный отель. - Очень радушная хозяйка. Отличные завтраки формата английско-грузинского. Голодным не уйдете. Отель не в центре, но очень близко. Учитывая доступность грузинского такси, до центра можно добраться буквально за 2 доллара и 5-7 минут. В 100 метрах от отеля находится большой супермаркет формата 24/7. В номере чайник, холодильник, на этаже кулер с водой. Отличный вайфай.

Очень добрая и вежливая управляющая , встретила нас ночью тепло и по доброму) очень вкусно приготовили домашний завтрак. Цена качество супер, например, если сравнить с ценами в России. Если у вас есть проблемы с коленями, лучше стараться забронировать номер пониже, потому что лестница довольно крутая. Если вы ок , то проблем с этим не будет.

Lubomíra (8/5): - Veľmi dobrá lokalita, v bočnej uličke, mali sme aj auto, nebol problem s parkovanim. Zároveň kúsok od väčších potravín. Velmi milý personál. Chutné raňajky. Vybavenie izby aj kúpeľne super. Fén, kanvica, poháre. Bohužiaľ čistota izby nebola uspokojiva. Zároveň napriek tomu, že je tam všade zákaz fajčenia, tak to tam smrdelo po cigaretach.

Hem çok pisti her taraf , hem duvarlar çok ince idi . Gürültü vardı . Komşuların ahlaksız sesleri geliyordu. Gece 04.00 te biri kapımızı çaldı uyandırdı .kapıları karıştırmıştı galiba. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum . Bu benim şahsi düşüncem . Maalesef berbattı.
Libor (8/5): Velmi dobrá volba za dostupnou cenu. Na zdejší skvělé snídaně nezapomenu. - Rohový pokoj umožňoval lepší odvětrání v horkých dnech. Pokoj byl prostorný a pěkně vybavený. Design pokoje je nadstandardní. Snídaně jsou přímo fantastické, jak množstvím, tak pestrostí, viz foto. Chtělo by to o něco lepší technickou péči. Žárovku, která blikala jako stroboskop, jsem musel po dobu pobytu vyjmout. Stěny mezi pokoji ze sádrokartonu mají slabou zvukovou izolaci. TV nešla zapnout.

بسام (5/5): سعر جيد قريب للمطار 15 دقيقه الى 20 دقيقه لاينفع لكبار السن لا ينفع لمن معه عوايل كييره وشنط كثيره - اخذت هذا الفندق لسبب كان هو الاقرب للمطار والمتوفر للحجز .. حجزته فقط للنوم 7 ساعات المضيفه كانت اكثر من رائعه اذا حجزت في وقت متاخر ممكن ما تحصل المضيفه يوجد على الكاونتر جرس اضغط عليه وتطلع لك من الغرفه حقتها وتسجل دخول لاينفع لكبار السن نهائيا الدرج صعب جدا جدا جدا لا انصح لمن معه اغراض كثيره وشنط

Nino cares a lot about the guests as her family. Do not leave anything missing when it comes to eating, even bringing food at late times. I felt like I was at home, not a hotel.

So it's a lovely place in a quiet part of the street which is important to me but close to the supermarket The hospitality of the owner exceeds my expectations. Mukaddas (8/5): Very good - As I read about Hotel and Kathy, it is all true. Kathy is wonderful host and owner, she is 24 hours there to assist you. What a delicious breakfasts she serves, everything is fresh and tasty. Location is good, 24/7 huge supermarket is 200 meter to the hotel. Taxi will takes you to Piece bridge just for 2$. Airport hotel we pay 7,5$ for 3 people via Yandex taxi. Kathy has booked for us the best restaurant in Tbilisi Ethnographer, with wonderful food, wine, Georgian live sings and music. Pankaj (2/5): Very poor - Didn't like anything First of all, on what basis you have given 4 star to this apartment. Please advise. None of the staff was able to communicate through English language. I was told that thr room will be cleaned on every three days, which was surprised me. Not been provided with toiletries and when requested 3-4 times bath soap and towel provided. This is not a hotel rather you can say home stay. This asset is not suitable for international traveller's and must be removed from your website. If you are promoting and such properties, then you are cheating your customers with false information. Next time I will not use Booking.com during my travel.
Audiokatie08 (9/5): very nice and comfortable stay in Tbilisi - very nice and helpfull hostess, big room with balcony, nice breakfast, plenty of spaces to park nearby, big supermarket on the other side of the road wifi a bit slow, there was an issue with bathroom door as we were struggling to open it from inside

Dmitri (9/5): Superb - We stayed in a nice family studio adjacent to the main hotel building. It has everything you need including a big kitchen and even a washing machine. The host was really friendly. We had to leave early before the breakfast time, but she served the breakfast specially for us. It was a bit noisy from the outside
Natavan (10/5): Exceptional - I am very grateful to hostess Tetya Keti. She was very pleasant, kind, helpful. We arrived very early at 9 am in the morning, 3hours earlier check in. She opened one of the rooms and let us settle there until our room was ready. The breakfast was tasty and filling. She prepared whatever our children wanted for breakfast. Everything was perfect.
