• Troy (10/5): My stay - Right in the middle of everything, got a beach a block away, coffee shop underneath, church next door and lots of food options surrounding, ideal location. The only things I can pick on is thay you have to go to the 2nd floor to use the elevator and no cooking appliances in the room " no stove/oven nothing to cook with" otherwise all was great.

• Lauren (10/5): Beautiful, Convenient, & Affordable For Long Term Stays - We loved the pool on the rooftop! It was large, clean, and had amazing views. We used it almost daily. We liked the full size kitchen to cook in and separate living room and bedroom for privacy. The location of Kim Minh is amazing because it’s close to Front Beach and many restaurants/coffee shops. Lastly, the staff were very friendly! Everyone from reception to housekeeping to security greeted us with a smile. Suggestions for the future include lamps in the bedroom and living room for a cozy evening ambiance and a spot cleaned futon so everything feels nice and clean.

• Stan (10/5): Comfortable stay in a nice and clean hotel. - Upgraded? to a bigger apartment. Comfortable beds and good ambience. The rooftop pool was great. The staff were very helpful and nice. 24 hour reception. Good area 5 minutes all to the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Kitchen cupboards were locked? No access to plates or cutlery in the kitchen area, not even a spoon to stir the free coffee. There are a few stairs up to reception from the street, then another flight of stairs up to the first level of rooms (but then the lift up to floors 2 to 6) The staff were helpful in carrying my suitcase up to the room though. Challenging if stairs are an issue for you.

• Phuc Huynh (10/5): Our best stay in Vung Tau for sure! - Love the staff there. They are so empathetic and kind and let us check in a lot more earlier because we have a 10m old baby with us. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is large, comfortable, clean and smell good. The area is very safe, convinient, vibrant while also calm and relaxing and near the sea. Def strongly recommend this hotel!!!

It’s an apartment with no utensils, plates or anything….just two cups, so you cannot actually make use of the kitchen (bizarre concept to see all the cupboards empty). • Jason (2/5): Nightmare hotel .... avoid - Erm well it has nice marble floors. That's all. Location not bad. Hmm let's see. A lift that does not even go to ground floor. No shower gel for the shower just empty bottles the previous guest left. Told staff that the lightbulb and smoke alarm battery needed replacing and they said "sure we will send someone" and then they never fixed it. Stained bed sheet. Advertised as an apartment stay but it had no kitchen. It had a extractor fan for the hob but no actual hob. So you cant cook. No plates no bowls no spoons no knives no forks no nothing. There was a kettle and some coffee tea and sugar but no actual spoon to stir the tea once you put the sugar in. I had to use my toothbrush. You starting to get the idea? These people have no clue how to run a hotel. I gave them my laundry on the last day with the promise that it would be back next MORNING as my ferry to saigon and to the airport was due to leave at lunchtime. Then they sent my entire clothes collection (other than what I was wearing) to the wrong business leading to missed ferry, lots of last minute panic, a delay of several days once I got to saigon to sort out their mess. Almost missed my flight to Europe which would have cost me about $1,000 USD and I still ended up losing several days of my holiday trying to sort out their mess. No apology or offer of compensation. Nothing.

We could top up our water bottles and staff greeted us with a smile every day. The bed was very firm and we prefer a top sheet on the bed to avoid using a/c when not too hot.

• Loan (10/5): Relaxing and memorable time in Vung Tau Front Beach - The room is clean, bright, airy, comfortable, and has everything we needed. It is just a short walk to the Front Beach (with one of the most amazing sunsets). The view of the Church from the room's balcony is so very peaceful. We wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel's reception staff, house keeping staff and bellmen are all friendly and helpful.
