Craig (10/5): If you find the road to it you'll have a good time - Amazing place to stay, but do want to point out two minor things. They should really put a sign up where the road is that gets back to it You actually have to travel past everything into a dark place just to find the access road that takes you back to the hotel. Was disappointed that they gave us a handicap room with an accessible wheelchair shower. It's hard to shower unless you're in a wheelchair in that case. Other than that amazing breakfast nice and quiet.

The same room I paid $158 for was going to be $329. Outrageous. We picked another hotel.

Mulangaliro (10/5): Exceptional - My family had a blast in the pool. The staff was very friendly and patient with my kids. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable.

Vipond (10/5): Great employee in Shay - Shay was a jewel. She was so nice, stayed in April also & was looking forward to seeing her again. She is just so pleasant. Everything was great. I didn't need my room cleaned, I'm a tidy person & it stayed nice till it was time to return home
Kurt (7/5): It was fine, kind of question whether you get the value for the cost. - Nice rooms, location was fine, getting to the hotel, road was not marked well. Room was nice sized, nice amenities, was ok as far as clean. The people that worked at night were nice and polite. When you find a black hair on the toilet and in the sink, and you are a strawberry blond and your wife is a blonde, it makes you wonder how clean the room is. I will say it looked clean. The breakfast had a very nice selection, sausage and omelets were cold, the sausage gravy was warm at best for the biscuits . In the morning it was hard to find someone to check out. We waited 5-10 minutes, my wife asked if anyone was around, no response. We took our stuff to the car and I went back in to check out . Three nice ladies there were very polite to work with, it was interesting how they scattered when I started asking questions about check out. I did get help and she was very professional and polite. I do not want to say I did not like being or staying there. I just know that the people that work for you at this location are probably very good at their jobs. I know that if I could make improvements I would want to know when, where and how I could make it better.

Rebecca (10/5): Excellent service and best sleep ever! - The staff was incredible, so kind! I also had the BEST sleep due to the incredibly comfortable bed. Breakfast was okay. It was basic hotel breakfast. Adding cheese would really help! Guests could then make cheesy eggs, breakfast sandwiches, etc.

I tried calling Expedia but never got through to anyone so i filed a claim w AMEX so they can handle this FRAUD case. I wish it was easy to reach someone at Expedia over the phoke but it seemed to be impossible for me.

Heather (6/5): I was greeted nicely when I came, when I left I told the young man about the dampness he said oh. - The location was nice. I didn’t use it but the option and bag and go breakfast was nice. Our room-the carpet was extremely damp. The dampness was even in our linens. When I woke up in the morning my hair was damp from the linens. I’m sure it was possibly from cleaning the carpets and not being able to air out the room, but it was really wet.
Jason (10/5): - Very nice staff. Nice room. Mostly quiet except for some inconsiderate guests letting their doors slam and their kids run down the hall. Otherwise excellent.
trL5407UW (6/5): No Breakfast - Room was nice and was clean. Went down to breakfast the next morning at 8:15 and nothing was left. Tried to find the breakfast attendant, she was nowhere to be found. Reported the situation to the front desk clerk. She didn't even look up at me and just said they were working on it and clearly they weren't. A few minutes later, I asked for the Manager and was told there wasn't one. I contacted Corporate and they said the Hotel would contact me. They didn't. They clearly don't care about their customers.

April (10/5): Nice little place - Nice little hotel. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was good, nice and perfect to get your day started. Only bummer is they didn’t vacuum our room at all and our hand soap dispenser did not work. We would definitely stay here again.
Thomas (6/5): Breakfast - Quit burning the food. The last three times I've been there breakfast egg omelets are burnt, the biscuits hard as a rock and burnt. Even scrambled eggs are burnt. Please find another cook.
