• Amanda (1/5): Suggest to avoid - cheap Worst villa that we've stayed in. Would avoid at all cost if you're considering. We moved out a day before check out because of how unhygienic our room was. 1. Water heater wasn't working the first night and there's no one available to fix issues past 3PM so we had to shower with cold water. 2. Everyday there is a new cockroach and worm that appears in the toilet. 3. Toilet roof was leaking and rain water dripped all over our sink / towel which is highly unhygienic

• Sabina (8/5): Affordable and pleasant stay. - Uluwatu is a bit crowded but this property lies in a very peaceful area. Property itself is very nice with a private pool and all. The staffs are really welcoming and humble including Surya and the lady at the reception. Surya even helped us with our luggage. Restaurant is not open at all times and doesn’t have many options but you’d care less if you are here on a vacation and are planning to explore the rest of uluwatu and region.

The private pool was also an integral feature of the property, really loved it. At night there are bugs waiting at the windows and the con is when you want to go to bedroom from living room. Bugs enter the living room.

• Yacinecherif (3/5): Don't be misled by picture! - / * Misleading Photos: There is NO sea view despite what the pictures suggest. * No Privacy: There are NO curtains in the living room/kitchen. * Poor Maintenance: A plastic bag is taped to the top window in the bathroom, making noise when it's windy. * Unsafe Terrace: The wooden terrace is old, with exposed nails that could be dangerous. * Lighting Issue: The terrace and outdoor lights cannot be switched off, so your room stays lit all night. * Dirty Fridge: The fridge was really dirty upon arrival.

The whole downstairs stunk of mould and as a result our guests couldn’t stay in the downstairs bedroom due to asthma conditions and the smell. Bugs everywhere in the property, towels and bedsheets stained.

The bedrooms are small, king bed bathroom has tons of ants like in a horror movie. Living room sofa has unknown stain on it. No power outlets on the bedsides. Check out also took a while because rather had to find someone to check the room

• Ashley (1/5): This property needs renovation. - This was recommended by our wedding planner as this was very close to the wedding venue Most of our guests that stayed here complained about the property condition- it’s old and unclean. They are also under staff even knowing the heavy arrival day.
• Lou (6/5): Pleasant - Even if the reception staff were clueless and need more training on handling payment cases, they were still very polite and maintained their calm demeanor. They are also quick to respond to queries. Also I requested for our two villas to be next to each other, which was given to us. SERVICE The staff kept bothering my guest to make the payment for the villa even if I already told them I will be the one to pay. There is a reason that credit card information is provided upon making a booking. I had to get upset just so they would stop texting and calling my guest for payment. You need to train your staff to handle such cases better. For the sake of clarity, this is what happened. On the date of arrival on 04 September, my guest arrived earlier than me. I told her to inform the reception that I will present my card when I arrive after lunch. Upon check in, I asked to make sure that I was not being charged twice because my card was charged for part of the reservation on 14 August (before our arrival). The staff at the reception had no idea what I was talking about and she did not know what to do so I told her before my card is charged again, that she should reconfirm the right amount. In the evening, I came back to reception to check but was informed that there was nobody to do this anymore and that it is better for me to come back the following day. The next day I had a wedding to attend so I was not able to drop by. However, I sent a text to the reception to inform that I will settle the charges on my return. This did not stop them from disturbing my guest asking for payment! LOCATION The only reason we stayed here was because it was near to The Edge where we had to attend a wedding. Other than this, it is very far from town and difficult to book transportation (Grab/Gojek). CLEANLINESS and MAINTENANCE OF VILLA The standard is passable but can be improved much more. I know that we have a couple of friends whose villas were not cleaned properly even upon check in.

The breakfast was not good, we had it the first day then chose to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay even though it was included. The location is a little difficult because you have to get through bad traffic to get back to the accommodation in the afternoon.

Room service was served cold, drinking water unavailable as staff cannot attend however 4 staff at reception.

• Isabelle (1/5): Horrible. Would not recommend to stay there at all. - Nothing. The whole property was in a bad condition, including health and safety concerns. We left after 1 hour as it was disgusting and impossible to stay. The condition of the hotel was a disaster. As we arrived, the following issues were found: - cigarette butts on the floor - large cracks through the glass windows - the accomodation was surrounded by a construction site which was not disclosed on the website - food scraps were left in the fridge - human hair on the floor, on the couch and in the bed - deck around the pool that has not been cleaned and was dusty from the construction site next to the room - the worst part was the bed: there were large human fluids, sweat and blood stains on the sheets, pillows, mattress topper and the mattress itself. We have asked them to clean and put on new sheets. Unfortunately, the “new” sheets were covered in sweat stains aswell. There was human hair left throughout all layers of the bed which indicates it had not been cleaned prior the arrival. - the toilet had not been cleaned and the bathroom bench had not been wiped, neither had all mirrors on the premises.

Surya’s team went above and beyond to help, they were lovely - so friendly and helpful. Any issues and they sorted things out for us straight away. I loved having a space like this with a living area to relax in during the evenings, once our daughter was in bed. She also absolutely loved the pool. I loved the property, it could have done with a bit of a deeper clean over all (like I noticed a few other reviews had mentioned) but overall clean and tidy. I wouldn’t let it put you off. I would go again.

It was nice to be able to stay with the reservation in my eyes because I fell in love with the picture. The staff is kind, too. (especially a female employee named desak(?). It's pretty and lovely) However, it was a little disappointing that there were old traces or stains on pillows and towels, and dust and hair all over the room. I think it would be great to stay with my family, but there's nothing around. It's over when you enter the accommodation.

I didn’t like that the Villa looked different compared to what I saw on booking.com. We were supposed to have a pool on the ground floor that appeared bigger in the photos. I don’t think it was worth the money I paid, the Villa I stayed at before was cheaper and was a lot bigger and nicer and was only 10 minutes away. The aircon in the main bedroom barely worked and the room was extremely hot which made it hard to sleep at night.

• Devika (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the loft, it was so spacious. They gave us a welcome drink upon arrival, did a house tour, which was comforting. It is a new property, so two of the rooms downstairs were locked and still in renovation (unfurnished). So we guessed that this loft technically could house 8 people. Our rooms were upstairs, facing the pool. They were so comfortable to sleep in. They also gave us full set of toiletries - hotel style. The living room was divine, very spacious. The entire property was huge, it has many lofts and we’re on the last house from the main front reception. They were still renovating and said there were more lofts to come. The staff were super helpful to bring water when we ran out. At check out, they also held our bags till late as we had activities booked for the day I didn’t like the stretch road leading up to the property was bumpy and super undone. It made the journey to the property unpleasant. Once you get out of this stretch of road, it’s smooth again. So it’s really just the Lane that leads to this property

In house masseuse was great and lounge/restaurant was chic. The best part of this resort was the host, Surya and staff. He was so accommodating to our needs. Professional and attentive with a friendly personality that made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this resort.

• Matt (10/5): Good clean and tidy accommodations - Clean. comfortable beds. Great staff. A long way from good restaurants. Price quoted direct with Villas was significantly cheaper than Booking price paid.
• Adrian (8/5): This was our first time in Bali and your premises and it’s staff has shown us not only the beauty of the place but also - The location was good as it was away from all other traffic in the area. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room configuration was good with each room having their own toilets and shower. The property was well kept. It would have been good to have a microwave available in the room.
