• Justine (10/5): Parfait séjour - Hôte très sympathique. Bien localisé à 4 min du port et à 3 min de l'entrée de la ville. Logement confortable, calme et propre. Nous avons pu laisser nos sacs pendant la journée pour pouvoir visiter tranquille. Il y a aussi un restaurant au pied de l'hôtel si besoin. Je recommande fortement.

Great and helpful host, excellent location close to the ferry, bus and old town ( 2 mins walk each). Despite the small room size, it was perfectly equipped and had everything I needed and more. Excellent for solo traveller, though might be a bit tight for two. Also one of the (if not THE) cleanest acommodation I have ever stayed at. Many thanks Katija! Nothing

• Patricia (6/5): - Katja was very personable and responsive to messages. The room was close to the port and old town and had a small fridge. En-suite was too cramped around the toilet area, you had to almost slide in around the sink to sit on the toilet. Felt like better choice and placement of bathroom fittings could have alleviated this as the en-suite itself was not that small. The bedroom window was only a short distance from the next building so when you looked out the window you looked at the wall of the next building and into the bathroom opposite that had clear glass window. After accidentally making eye contact with an occupant of the bathroom opposite early on whilst standing near the window we had the curtain closed the rest of the time. An additional thin muslin curtain that could be closed during the day with the main curtain for nighttime would hide the view into the other buildings bathroom during the day whilst making the room less gloomy. The room itself felt slightly cheaply finished/furnished. There was no cleaning, change of towels or bin emptied during the stay.

Uz ljubazne i predusretljive domaćine, uz lep, udoban i čist smeštaj, omogućen parking, mozete se bezbrižno prepustiti svim čarima ovog prelepog grada. Ponoviću! The host Katija greeted me on arrival and assisted with baggage and parking information. Central location, restaurants, shops and main attractions within short walking distance. Highly recommend and would stay again. Three flight of stairs to get to the apartment can be difficult.

• Grant (7/5): We visited Split and Dubrovnik and found we loved Korcula the best - We up graded our room to one that was larger and had a kitchenette..very close to Old Town and ferry terminal @5 min walk If I was picky ..I would say the a/c needs to be updated as the room is in the roof space it gets quite hot and the a/c gets a good workout also there wasn’t any soap/ shower gel so bring your own

• Dorazio (7/5): Korcula a beauty 😍 - Intimate room in central part of the island 5 mns to the Port. Katija spoke Italian which very few do and was very friendly and informative. Lots of stairs for my cousin we were on 3rd floor. The room and shower/toilet was very small hardly room to move but sufficient for a short stay.

Enough towels, toilet paper and soap. Our host Katija was super kind, allowed early check-in and late check-out. Parking in the garage a few minutes walk away from the apartment also included. Will definitely come back!

• sanjoy (8/5): - the room was clean. the bed was comfortable. there was a double level suitcase stand which made it easy to store and access our suitcase and backpack. the location is so close to the ferry port! unfortunately, the shower was only had a hand held sprayer with no way to mount it on the wall. katja was very kind --she even gave us homemade treats! one warning --there are a lot of stairs to get to the room ( i thought tthat by not booking an attic room, it would be only one flight of stairs.)

• Aleksi (10/5): Excellent stay in Korčula - Our 2-night stay at Apartments and Rooms Katja & Egon was wonderful. The apartment was clean, thoughtfully furnished with cosy touches, and equipped with A/C to provide a refreshing breeze when needed. What truly made our stay special was our host Katija. She welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. When our ferry to Split was delayed, she was incredibly flexible, allowing us a later check-out and to leave our luggage safely, so we could enjoy our extra time in Korčula completely worry-free. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town, ferry port, and plenty of charming cafés, restaurants, and shops. The apartment also offers beautiful views of the rooftops, marina, nearby islands, and the sparkling blue sea. I highly recommend Apartments and Rooms Katja & Egon to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Korčula.

• Christine (9/5): Superb - Katija was very responsive to our needs, very kind and friendly, and even brought us some homemade traditional Croatian sweets! Also included in the apartment was a kitchenette with everything we needed and also a very handy clothes drying rack. The pots in the kitchenette are very nice stainless steel pots! Location is excellent being very convenient to Old Town. Being a rooftop apartment it did not have normal windows to look through, But it did have windows in the roof that you could open to the sky, so it is nice and bright. There are a lot of stairs being it was a third floor apartment, but many places have a lot of stairs since it is a hilly area.

The room appeared smaller than shown in the photos, which made it a bit cramped when moving in and out of the bathroom. It's advisable to check the room's size in the description before booking.Also the shower head didn't have a holder and the room only has one mirror, located in the bathroom. During our stay sometimes I could smell a sewage odour coming from the toilet seat.

Katija and Egon was very welcoming and helpful, they also reply fast on messenger. The bed was really uncomfortable and hard after what I like.
• Michael (10/5): - This is an exceptional property at a very reasonable price. You are less than a 5-min walk from the ferry terminal and a similar distance to old-town Korčula. Katija welcomed us on the steps of the building as we arrived. The rooms were a perfect size – VERY clean and comfortable, fridge in the room, and an A/C that worked WONDERFULLY (it was over 90F/32C every day) yet was not at all noisy, Surrounding area was quiet with zero crowd/street noise. Old-town Korčula was easy to get to and explore – bring good hiking shoes. MANY excellent restaurant choices, though reservations are a must at the best ones. There are 3-4 breakfast options less than 50 meters away from property. If/when I come back, I will stay there again as it was a perfect 4 days. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was spotless clean, with fresh towels and with a small kitchen well equipped. We had the top floor apartment, I was expecting it to be very hot, but actually it was very well ventilated and cool. We didn't even use the air conditioning while there (July!) Katjia was a very warm host, always kind and with true sense of hospitality. Perfect stay!

• Bella (10/5): - this is my favorite airbnb/ accommodation that i’ve ever stayed at. from asking when im arriving and waiting outside to ensure a simple check in, to giving me suggestions on activities, saying hi when i see her in the morning, letting me check out an hour later since it was raining, to even letting me put my back pack in her apartment after check out and letting me borrow her umbrella up until i walked on the ferry, i’ve NEVER felt cared for like that by a host. she’s the kind of host that makes your experience 10x better, and im so grateful for that. can’t wait to stay with her again next year!!!

I read that the hos had greeted people off ferry and i dialogues with her beforehand but no one met us and we spend a panicking 30 mins walking li no tgrough town in heat with our luggage. Not their fault but bad start to lovely stay in very central and handy location. Clean as could be. Great.

• Carlos (8/5): Overall is good - Perfect location, pretty much inside old town. Super clean. It includes free parking I side a supermarket. Need to walk uphill for about 10 mins. Really small room and you need to hold the shower yourself.
