• David (5/5): The location, environment and ambiance were great, spoilt by a very poor sleep - Location, aspect and individuality The mattress did not provide a comfortable experience as it failed to provide adequate support, and requires replacing. Bedroom adjacent to air conditioning units which were noisy and required the window to be shut on a warm night

• Clara (8/5): In Ordnung - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft ist sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Ich finde das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht so gut, das Zimmer war recht klein und das Bett schon relativ durchgelegen. Auch sonst ist die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• Samantha (8/5): Beautiful Art Deco building - The Art Deco building was very lovely and its history was interesting. The sunken ballroom was nicely decorated and the breakfast had a good variety. That it was a bit noisy in the corridors leading to the rooms. You could hear the TV/music coming from other rooms, but it was not too bad once in the room.

• Amelia (9/5): Great facilities and staff for a relaxed and comfortable overnight stay - Great stay with super friendly staff, all the items you could need in a room, onsite parking and bar/food facilities too. Perfect stopover before attending a meeting in the local area. Appreciate this isn’t the hotels fault and there are signs up to ask people to be quiet overnight and watch slamming doors but there was noise from the corridor on a few occasions during the night. Minor inconvenience though because the rest of the stay was fab!

Very noisy on a night due to other people leaving an event. I think the light that lights up the building was pointing straight into our window

Close to pubs and city centre There was a venue booked at the hotel so couldn't use bar but was made aware of this beforehand so not a problem. But... At 11pm a loud party started downstairs with lights and lasers shining through the glass roof with thumping music that continued until 1 am. Didn't sleep well. Would have thought a bit of consideration to guests should have been in order.

Then Saturday night I was woken up at 1:18 am by noisy guests who had drunk too much laughing and talking in loud voices right by the entrance
