• Henri Imre (9/5): Erholsam, freundlich, besser, als erwartet. - Kurz angerufen, und schon war der Besitzer da, um den Schlüssel zu übergeben. Er war sehr freundlich, hat uns alles erklärt. Und es war absolut ruhig. Wir konnten gut schlafen, und es war immer etwas zu Essen vorhanden. nichts! Es war alles gut! :-)

• JEFFREY (1/5): - I spoke to the owner at 10.30am on the morning of arrival. I said it would be around 7.00pm at least when I arrive , she never mentioned 8.00 pm would be the latest I could check in. 7.55 pm i got a phone call saying if I'm not there but 8.00 pm then I would have to find somewhere else to stay which was extremely rude. I had no choice but to get somewhere else to stay which was not easy hence the bad review
• Sharon (8/5): Would definitely stay again. - Room was clean and comfortable, pillows a bit lumpy, could do with changing but still slept well.. overall very nice, lovely lady that met us and told us what’s what, we left early to get home so didn’t see anyone unfortunately but lovely lady phoned us which was very nice of her, overall a super place to stay Just the pillows.

They very kindly provided all I needed from the kitchen to make a toasted sandwich along with cakes and drinks. Lovely location , nice and quiet. 10/10

• Ben (10/5): - No stress, easy going, this place is immaculate almost too nice for a b and b. More like a show house😂 because of this I expected to be overwhelmed by staff checking in but surprisingly I was left too it the whole stay which was nice and peaceful, no bother, I could relax without pressure, I was nervous to touch anything though because it seemed to nice to use😂, this is a respectful place so I don't advise loud people or party people it's more of a relaxing place to get away from the everyday noise of life, it's peaceful, they also supply snacks for you to pick at will. Overall I really enjoyed it and didn't want to leave. The shower was just about useable I'm quite small and it was tight so wouldn't advise anyone slightly overweight, but it served its purpose it was a small on suite so not much else they can do, I'd advice making the onsuits bigger and fitting a bath, there's enough room to do so but other rooms have bigger showers. Other than that I have no complaints, was lovely

The bedside table had cup marks on it. The carpet still had lots of "bits" in it. No mirror in the bedroom and no plug socket in the bathroom so couldn't do hair or makeup easily

• Xenia (8/5): Great value for money. - It was very clean and comfortable. The first night was very quiet because there were few other guests. The second night was quite noisy because the wall to the adjoining bathroom of another guest room was thin so any sound could be heard.

• Richard (10/5): Grate value for money with amazing facilities. - I and partner stay at Hogwarts Bed and Continental Breakfast from the 22 October to 24 of October and thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodation was lovely and the staff were amazing,especially Rosie who was adorable. I will definitely be returning in the near future..

Six cereals, 5 sweets, two kinds of toast, three kinds of oatmeal, loads of fruit, meats and cheeses…amazing!! It was a bit further out than we realized—no fault of the owner.
• Alexander (9/5): Ein perfekter Aufenthalt - Die Unterkunft liegt etwas ländlich, ist aber mit dem Auto von Dover aus in 45 Minuten zu erreichen. Ausflüge können von dort aus gut geplant werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt, sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, geben Tips was man sich alles ansehen und besuchen kann. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder in diese Unterkunft. Sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt nichts worüber man sich beschweren könnte.

Rosie met us, she is a lovely lady, so eager to please, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely bedroom, bed very comfy. I fell asleep looking at my phone. Shower nice and hot. Kettle provided in bedroom. Kitchen full of food. We liked everything, it is like a little retreat to escape to.

The entire building, four rooms, is for rent, so you're not inside someone's house. Breakfast was very plentiful and very enjoyable. You won't leave hungry here :)

• Phillip (10/5): Totally amazing place - Rosie and Mike we're amazing hosts nothing was a bother for them, the property was spotless, clean, excellently maintained, and quiet, the breakfast food supplied was exemplary i could never fault the quality or quantity of products that were supplied to us for our breakfast, I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone in the future, we are already planning our next trip there very soon. There wasn't anything I didn't like

I had a chance to pet some horses on permission from the farm worker. A bit run down locks on the doors and furniture, but everything is commensurate with the price I paid

The kitchen was well stocked with food available all the time it seemed (although I didn’t partake). The room was immaculate, as was the en-suite. I’d stayed for work as I was in the area but would happily recommend friends and family for a trip and would certainly be back again myself, thank you very much. Everything was great.
• Kimberley (10/5): Hogwarts - Mike is a legend! - We stayed at Hogwarts before a cycling event called Chase the Sun. We couldn't have been happier, Rosie welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. We had access to a full kitchen with a full array of snacks, tea/coffee available to us 24/7. The room we booked had ample space for our bikes and kit in the conservatory that was attached to the bedroom. The property was nice, calm and quiet; the perfect environment to prep for the 205mile bike ride that was facing us the next morning. The owner Mike was up and in the kitchen at 3.15am making breakfast for all the cycling guests, more fruit, pastries, ham, yoghurt than you could possibly imagine, he couldn't do more for us. A cyclists dream breakfast! Thank you so much I will definitely recommend to future participants of Chase the Sun South.

• Julie (9/5): A gem of a place, perfect for exploring the Isle of sheppey. - Lovely bright and clean rooms. Breakfast choice is excellent, a really broad range, various flavours of porridge, breads, croissants, pan au chocolat, waffles, crumpets, fresh fruits, cheeses, hams, yogurts, fruit juices and an array of coffees and teas...these are just some of what I can remember! Brilliant location and a lovely warm welcome. We met Mike in the morning, a wonderfully friendly interesting man to talk to who could not possibly have been more helpful, he even got me some bread for the two beautiful Shire horses that live nearby :) We had a door that banged in the night but it was easily fixed with a wedge.
• Neil (10/5): June escape - Second visit and every bit as good as the the first visit, relaxing place where you can get well away from City noise. We felt well taken care of and we will certainly be returning.
• Traveldolly (8/5): A comfortable stay - We stayed in room 5, which gave us a bedroom and a sitting room next to the kitchen and breakfast room. It also had a separate door to the outside patio and grounds. We liked having the extra space to spread out in and the direct access to outside. We could hear other guests using the kitchen and breakfast facilities, which wasn't a major issue, but it did wake us up a bit earlier than we planned.

I was given a tour of the property showing where the breakfast was kept which was the most amazing amount of food for breakfast I have ever seen. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was incredibly clean. The staff were the most helpful staff I've ever had. Upon leaving one of the staff said, have you had enough to eat for breakfast? Make sure you have plenty. Best night stay ever

They were in fact very encouraging that you had a food feed. Clean and fresh. Nothing really as far as we were concerned, probably if you are big person enquire which rooms have a good size shower. There are a few choices.
