• Buenache (1/5): - Tuve un problema de viaje, llamé a la dueña, me dijo que no podía hablar que estaba en una visita turística y que le mandara un WhatsApp, antes de las doce de la mañana. Lo hice y no lo leyó, mandé otro a las cinco y lo mismo. Me llamo tiempo después para ver a qué hora hacía el check in. Me parece que se falta al respeto cuando se hace lo que se te indica. Haré una reclamación y espero que no se haga ningún cargo. Gracias

• Mónica (8/5): - La perfecta ubicación en la misma Plaza Mayor. La cama muy cómoda y la habitación muy limpia. Que indicaba que tenía parking y en realidad no es así. Es verdad que hay sitio para aparcar en la calle, y no tuvimos problema pero no debería indicar que tiene parking. El tamaño de la habitación, bastante pequeña, muy justita.
• Sonia (10/5): Recomendable a todo el mundo y en especial a quien le guste la historia. - Trujillo nos sorprendió gratamente, hicimos la visita guiada con la chica del hotel, Susana,muy simpática y explica las cosas de lujo con muchas anécdotas, a mí personalmente que me gusta la historia me encantó.

• Beatriz (9/5): Muy recomendable - Ubicación excelente. El dueño nos recibió y nos enseñó la habitación. Es muy amable. No se escuchaba ruido, la cama era muy cómoda y la almohada también. Antes de llegar nos contactaron para aconsejarnos dónde aparcar. La habitación era muy pequeña y estábamos en un segundo sin ascensor. Al ser un edificio antiguo de la plaza es lo normal. A nosotros no nos afectó, pero es importante saberlo si vas con niños. Los pros superan a los contras.

• Natalia (8/5): - Alojamiento was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator. It is very centrally located in the Plaza where all the amazing restaurants and bars are at! The customer service was attentive and very good. They are not there all the time like in other hotels so planning the key exchange can be tricky. All in all is was a good stay. We mostly were there only to sleep and spent the rest of our time getting to know the beautiful and historical town of Trujillo!!

• Verified traveler (4/5): Falta de trato cordinal al huésped - Es uno de los lugares en los que peor nos han tratado. Cuando llamé para notificar la hora de llegada, la mujer que me contestó el teléfono se puso a gritarme y a reprenderme ya que al parecer teníamos que haber avisado con 24 horas de antelación. Jamás me habían tratado con tanta agresividad en un lugar de hospedaje. El lugar tenía lo necesario para estar una noche, pero la habitación guardaba demasiado calor y la única opción era o sufrir el calor o congelarte de frío con el aire acondicionado. No recomiendo este lugar en absoluto.

• María Cristina (10/5): Tranquilidad absoluta - Aquí, lo que merece la pena es que estás en un edificio del siglo XVI en una plaza impresionante. Hay que tener en cuenta que hay varios tramos de escaleras empinadas. Todo es muy justo y correcto. No se ha oído ni un ruido durante la noche.

• Rory (8/5): - We were right on the main plaza (plaza mayor), in the heart of this medieval town, just outside of the walled city, so the location was great. There is No Reception, as is stressed in the property description, so they want you to arrive at a specific time. We did not, but a woman did hear me and came out and gave us our keys. One important thing to note is that as it is an old building, there is NO elevator. For older folks who might have difficulty hauling suitcases up two flights of stairs, this was a problem. Once we were in our room, everything was fine. Window onto the Plaza, very comfortable bed and pillows, water pressure and temperature fine. When we left, the friendly man who cleans the rooms carried our suitcases down the stairs. Overall, the accommodations for two nights were just fine.
