- Paul (8/5): -
- Amanda (8/5): -
- DANIELLA (7/5): We still enjoyed our stay and would like to thank proprietors for their hospitality. - It was situated right near a hotel that was targeted in a protest regarding immigrants. Some of the protesters stayed late into the evening shouting racist slur to the people in the hotel.
The access to the flat was down a very thin entryway and this was locked after 9pm. So needed to go down either a neighbouring entryway or around by the hotel that was targeted and up a road which were dimly lit. Quite daunting for two female guests.
- Nathan (8/5): Lovely, welcoming and fantastic location. - The owners are very pleasant and welcoming. Lovely stay for a quick trip to the coast.
- MARTIN (10/5): - Great staff. Would highly recommend it.
- Debbie (10/5): Will be back. Preferably all sea view! - Excellent location sea view room amazing staff really lovely. Handy car parking space Non sea view rooms were quite warm.
- Stephen (7/5): We just wanted a night away from from our house - For what it cost it was very good The light on outside the door all night
- robert (10/5): - Everything was as expected, clean and quiet, with an excellent breakfast, and very nice management. My only gripe would be that my shower was too small for my large frame, but not a big problem.... 5 Stars
- James (10/5): -
- Jane (1/5): Crap hotel - We ended coming home 2 days early. The bed was terrible. You had to sit on the toilet to brush your teeth. There was cobwebs on ceiling. The window only opened a little. So room was so hot. The shower was so small you couldn't bend down properly. The shower water was well so slow it was unbelievable. I wouldn't stay there if it was free. I even tried to book in another hotel but it was full. Wrote in wrong box .
There was nothing good to say about this hotel.
- janice312014 (10/5): brilliant hotel - stayed 1 night had bb em was absolutely brilliant have stayed in other hotels in Skegness but this was by far the best nothing to fault at all will always stay here when going to Skegness thankyou lee and julieanne for a wonderful time

- chloe (8/5): did the job and was a comfortable environment - i liked how much freedom you had, you didn’t have to be back for a certain time the bathroom was very small
- Dave (10/5): - Great location clean and tidy
- David (10/5): - The hotel proprietor and his staff were very curtious at all times and very efficient in their work and i would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for holiday accommodation to visit in Skegness.
- Leigh (10/5): -
- Caroline (6/5): Great location, staff friendly, accommodation did the job. - Clean but a little outdated, Fabulous view but road noise loud if not used to it.
- Claire (8/5): Comfortable Stay - Easy to find ,free car parking close to all amenities.
Staff friendly rooms were clean and tidy beds were comfortable. There was a lift as well which was handy if you struggled to use stairs and was great for taking your suitcase up . The only 3 things I didn't like was not enough hooks to hang wet towels and the shelf the kettle was quite tiny and was having to juggle about a bit when making a hot drink.
Went down stairs to use the bar very reasonable priced but the coke was flat unfortunately I think buying cans would be better as big bottles of coke lemonade etc...loose there fizz.
- Bobby (10/5): -
- Craig (10/5): Spot on 👍 - Staff & Breakfast Not a lot
- Laura (8/5): Great hotel would recommend - Really nice hotel, very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in room 1 on the top floor lots of stairs but there is a lift. Room was cosy had everything we needed. Bedding was spotless, bed comfy and slept very well. Good shower. Provided water tea coffee etc and mini toiletries. Overall very good and would stay again and recommend. We didn’t use the bar there or have breakfast so can’t review those. There is parking but it’s limited and you can get blocked in but reception keep your keys they shuffle the cars around. Location is great everything on doorstep.
- David (10/5): -
- Robert (10/5): - Guest rooms were very good and clean staff friendly and helpful and very polite and helpful
- Samantha (9/5): -
- David (10/5): Great Hotel & Location - Everything from booking in to our stay for 2 nights was brilliant, room was clean and everything was at hand, we only had room only but from the feedback from viewing the premises breakfast and evening entertainment was fantastic, nice bar and lounge are available and the host was very friendly and informative of the local town and surrounding area, all in all a great friendly hotel and will definitely return for another visit/stay. Nothing at all.
- Roberts (10/5): Fabulous stay at North Parade - thank you. - Staff all very friendly, quick & helpful on both arrival & checkout. Rooms all really clean with great facilities. Superb location.
- Jon (9/5): -
- Anne (10/5): Cozy hotel - Basic hotel that offers comfort at a great price lovely cozy rooms with nice beds and lots of towels handy lift and a hot tub very clean and comfy
- Elizabeth (10/5): Ideal location for visiting the Embassy Theatre which was the reason for staying. - The location of this hotel is ideal, not too far from attractions, beach and places to eat. Room was very clean, comes with a lovely nice shower, towels, toiletries etc. I had a very comfortable double bed. The warm welcome offered to you is very nice. Nothing.
- Becky (8/5): - The staff were friendly and had a great sense of humour. The beds were comfy. The bar was lovely. N/A
- Steve (8/5): - Friendly staff.breakfast lovely. Couldn't fault anything .
- Angie (10/5): Had a fantastic time will definitely be going back - Excellent service and very welcoming staff, nothing was to much trouble. Very clean property could not fault it at all. Nothing
- Tracy (8/5): Lovely Stay - Beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly. Didnt have breakfast so not sure about the food. Great location. Lovely bar with music, pool, darts and games. Everything catered for. The bathroom was really small. Not much room in shower and kept banging arms on the side. Very small sink but dont let this put you off.
- Vincent (7/5): - Lift available to reach room food good if in fact a little expensive.
- Daniel (10/5): - Our children were able to feel at home and settled during our stay and it's rare for that to happen so easily, especially as our youngest daughter is autistic and can have issues with big changes. She loved her stay and had a perfect time and slept very well which is everything we could have hoped for. Our eldest also had a magnificent time. We stayed in the hotel several years previously and had a perfect time then too, pleased to see the quality is just as good. Location is perfect, very close to the beach. The beds are very comfortable and the decor reminiscent of all the best things about the seaside. The facilities are great, everything is easy to use and access. We truly had a perfect stay!
- Jamie Negus (8/5): A good all rounder - A good all rounder by east coast. Lovely bar area a great breakfast and the hosts are really chatty The rooms are getting a little dated
- Rebecca (10/5): - We have stayed in this hotel before we use this hotel because it has a lift as my mum is disabled. The hosts are amazing nothing is to much trouble for them. Beds are comfy and everywhere is clean.
