- DanKom (10/5): Exceptional Stay @ Old Town Hall - The hosts, Lousie and David, are exceptional. They paid close attention to details and went all their way out to make my 6D5N stay really comfortable and memorable. I have travelled quite many places but have not experienced such impeccable care and service till now. The accommodation is very well appointed and maintained. If there is a 7-star rating, I'd have gladly given it. Unparallelled, excellent, possibly unbeatable! None at all.
- Sally (9/5): Beautiful location, with great service. - Breakfast was superb. Helpful owners enthused about local walks and provided maps Weather was unusually hot and rooms over warm but hosts worked hard to alleviate this with fans and opening up windows.

- Stephen (9/5): Lovely friendly B&B - Excellent breakfast, lovely rooms, very welcoming hosts. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely go back. Only suggestion - maybe offer packed lunches to guests - if you have a long walk the following day it’s a nice touch. But just a minor point.
- Rowena (10/5): Exceptional -

- David (10/5): David and Louise are the perfect hosts. - The breakfast was very good. The hosts are friendly and helpful.I should have stayed longer. I particularly enjoyed their home made produce. Zilch.
- Davina (10/5): Amazing - Louise and David make the best breakfast and are super welcoming. Not the owners fault but the residents in the house next door was very loud on a night.
- Michael (10/5): The attention to detail was incredible. Lovely couple in a perfect B&B. Thank you both so much! - Everything. We particularly liked David and Louise and their generous hospitality. The quietness was perfect. Breakfast was the best breakfast we have had in the UK. Really appreciated the homemade bread, perfectly poached eggs, the friendly chat and everything grilled.
Everything was perfect. Even Dexter, their dog. Not applicable
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Bed was super comfy, hosts were amazing and attentive, breakfast was very good

Breakfast each morning was amazing with plenty of choice and cooked perfectly. Louise and David were fabulous hosts - so welcoming, friendly and attentive! We wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.
- Andrew (9/5): Highest quality B&B I have stayed in - The breakfast choice was very good, the muesli excellent and the whole was tasty and substantial. There was nothing to criticise As a vegetarian, I had sufficient choice, so nothing negative to say
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional - Welcoming and friendly
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ellen (10/5): Lovely location, excellent hosts - The Old Town Hall calls itself 'Luxury B&B' and this is an exact description. Bed particularly comfortable, breakfasts generous. This is not a criticism...just a warning. Our large room did not have a contiguous en suite. The well-appointed bathroom (for our sole use) was just across the narrow hall. (This can be a problem for people who need to get up in the night.) The main problem, however, is that this bathroom fits cleverly, but tightly, under the eves, and there are beams at head level and lower. Moving around requires great care, or you will bang your head.
- Broadhead (10/5): Perfect getaway - Lovely, impeccably clean property with a fantastic breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. Great location with welcoming hosts. Nothing to fault!
- Ewan (9/5): Great location in Redmire. - Very well presented breakfast Stairs - we are getting older & wife has a knee replacement which makes stairs difficult.
- Anita (10/5): Fantastic - We had a fantastic few days at The Old Post Office, great place to stay. Nothing
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marion (9/5): Superb -
- Gordon (10/5): Best b&b ever. A gem - Everything was brilliant. David & Louise were incredible hosts from the welcome, the out of this world breakfast.
The huge bedroom with all you need from the sofa, tv, hair dryer, and dressing gowns. Tea, coffee facility, and Rihanna and milk in the fridge. The homemade Shortbread was lovely. The beds are huge and comfortable.
The breakfast 10* all local product and home made bread, toast with delicious homemade jams and Marmalade. The home made breakfast with bacon, sausage, blackpudding, and all the trimmings where fantastic.
Can't recommend this place to stay anymore it was a home away from home. I'd definitely be back. N/A
- Anonymous (10/5): Fantastic property with wonderful hosts!! - immaculate. Nothing.
- Andrew (9/5): A delightful bed & breakfast in a charming village, ideal as a base for activities in the Dales. - Louise and David were marvellous hosts in every respect, which helped make our stay feel very special. Their attention to detail with looking after their guests and running their delightful B&B business is exceptional. The property and breakfast were of the highest standard - just right for a peaceful and luxurious stay after enjoying our daytime activities in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Their guidance on local places to visit, providing homemade treats and drying our wet walking boots overnight were an added bonus. A minor observation is that it was a shame that the village pub in Redmire village (only 150 yards from the B&B) is currently closed pending a new owner/landlord. However there are plenty of alternative places to have an evening meal etc, which are typically 3 miles or more from Redmire.
- Christian (10/5): Amazing place in The Dales - An amazing place. Louise and David were excellent hosts, really welcoming and friendly, and full of useful information about the surrounding area. Room was gorgeous and spotless. My wife especially loved the spa bath. Breakfast was also delicious, really couldn't fault this place I can highly recommend it. Hope to visit again soon.

- Jonathan (8/5): Very good -
- Raymond (10/5): just perfect in every way - the property was clean ,cosy and comfortable Nothing
- Cameron (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. The suite was huge and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very knowledgeable about the Yorkshire dales and really helpful. The breakfast was lovely. There wasn't anything I didn't like. But we had to go out of our room to go to the bathroom. Which i would have preferred the bathroom to be in the same room.
- Petra (10/5): Exceptional - The best bed and the best breakfast we have experienced in Britain so far. All your titles and trophies are absolutely deserved.
