It would have been good to have some hooks in the bathroom - a little difficult to hang towels on one small radiator, and it would have been nice to have larger towels.
• John (10/5): A gem in Sevenoaks - A good location within easy reach of Sevenoaks. 2 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk. Sarah and Ian are charming hosts. They have taken great care to present and maintain their property with excellent fittings, fixtures and immaculate decor. Thoroughly clean and hygienic throughout and ample parking on the drive or the slip road. I didn't have breakfast Nearby Himalayan Gardens and Ightham Moat were worth visiting. There are a selection of cafes and restaurants in the town. N/A because of enjoyed my short vacation.

Attention to details were spot on, and the breakfast was fantastic. Great pub within a 1 minute walking distance next door that does delicious Sunday roast. There are no negative thoughts on the B&B.

• Valerie (10/5): A comfortable stay in a bes - Knole B&B is so comfortable, clean and a delight to stay in. Each room is spacious and beautifully furnished and with ensuite bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious - fresh and healthy produce. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk to Knole park and Sevenoaks. Absolutely nothing! Don't change a thing. It is a perfect B&B.

• Kate (8/5): Knole B&B is comfortable, clean and welcoming - The breakfast was really good. I had fruit and yoghourt and smoked salmon and avocado both days which was just right. Good selection of bread. I found the pillows on the bed really uncomfortable, but this is the case in lots of establishments. It is always a bonus when you realise that the hosts have invested in good quality comfortable pillows - sadly not the case here.

• Simon (9/5): Comfortable and pleasant stay! - Breakfast was really good with choice of cereals, yogurt with raspberries and blueberries plus a croissant and choice of teas, coffee. The dining area looked out onto the garden. Private off-road parking also enhanced this property. Manoeuvring round the car park was quite tight when busy but just had to be careful. A minor consideration. Fairly busy road out of town was a bit noisy if the windows were open.

• Olly (6/5): Nice place, nice hosts, but sadly didn’t feel value for money. - Location was good. Owners were friendly, helpful and flexible. Bed was comfy, food was nice and everything was very clean. It was a shame not to be able to use the garden, given that photos of it are included online when we booked. Even just to sit outside would have been lovely. Towels were too small in the bathroom. Cooked breakfast options would have been nice too.

• Michael (10/5): Beautiful location close to London, very friendly hosts! We will come again. - Breakfast was excellent and made with love. We were very impressed by this lovely house. This is definitely a place you should have been to. London is easy to reach by train without a stopover, there is plenty of parking at the station for the car (affordable at 8 GBP) but also Sevenoaks offers very nice restaurants and corners for shopping. Who wants to see London, can do it easily from this beautiful place. nothing.

But the best are Sarah and Ian and their very friendly way to treat guests. Wonderful continental breakfast.. you really feel at home! Nothing

There was a lot of attention to detail in the presentation of the room and the en suite bathroom. It was very quiet. Our host was welcoming and gave us the option of servicing the room. The property was some distance from Sevenoaks town, about 20 mins walk.

• Kimberly (9/5): A very comfortable and clean stay. - The rooms were extremely clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a key to come and go which was nice since we had a few late nights. We were attending a wedding in the area, but a few of us have been traveling for months so the owners allowed us to use an iron and ironing board, which was very nice of them. The location was great about 20 min walk to high street and a pub right down the street which was lovely! Be very vigilant when booking to include breakfast if you want it. I guess I just thought a B&B would include breakfast. The hosts even asked us our dietary needs before coming and I wrote our needs but Breakfast was not served (later finding out that was my mistake as I guess I didn’t include breakfast with the 3 rooms I booked). That being said there are many lovely cafes in Sevenoaks that we walked to. My family rented all 3 rooms, luckily as the common room is very small. Another side note worth knowing, you are not allowed to use the garden. You can look at it but not allowed on it. I travel to this area in England yearly so I look for certain things- the picture of the back garden sold me on the place hence booking it. It was comical when we arrived and saw the signs of not being allowed out there.

• Mr (10/5): Excellent B&B - We had a really enjoyable stay at Knole B&B. The rooms and breakfast were excellent and Sarah and Ian were very friendly and helpful.
• Joyce (10/5): Excellent B&B - I stayed at 2 nights there in early June. Sarah (the host) was wonderful, her freshly cooked hot full breakfast is absolutely the best, it also comes with plenty of fresh berries. The condition of the bedroom and bathroom is almost new and well kept. The accommodation is superbly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Outstanding B&B experience.
