The apartment was spacious and well equipped There was humidity in the ceilings of the apartment, therefore there was a stinky smell. The mattress wasn't comfortable neither the sofa.

• Martina (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt alles gut! - Zur Lage wussten wir auf was wir uns einließen. Es war etwas oberhalb. Zu Sehenswürdigkeiten waren es ca. 10 min. u. runter zum Douro ca. 20 min. In der Nähe gab es Läden, dass man sich Trinken u. Snacks besorgen konnte. Eine paar leckere Restaurants waren auch direkt in der Nähe. Für einen Aufenthalt. wo man viel unterwegs ist, ist die Unterkunft vollkommen ausreichend. Die Unterkunft lag praktisch so, dass man mit dem Uber direkt vor die Haustüre fahren konnte Die Wohnung war feucht, allerdings hat es vor unsere Anreise ordentlich geregnet. Es ist zu empfehlen die Heizung und den Entfeuchter anzumachen. Dir Wohnung ist sehr schön, allerdings sieht man der Einrichtung die Jahre an. Das dritte Bett (Sofa) ist weniger empfehlenswert, man muss genau liegen und hier ist es sehr hart, damit es nicht kippelt. Der Holzboden ist optisch sehr schön, allerdings auch sehr laut. Unbemerkt kann man nirgends hin.

• icodeca (7/5): Piacevole soggiorno in Rua de Santa Caterina - Posizione comoda su Rua de Santa Caterina, vicina al mercato del Bolhao. Estremamente silenzioso e tranquillo, sia il quartiere che l'interno del cortile su cui affacciano le finestre. Disponibilità del gestore della struttura nel farsi carico di ciò che non andava bene. Ristrutturato recentemente, colori tenui stile scandinavo, con parquet chiaro e cornici bianche di porte e finestre con scuri Ho dovuto richiedere una pulizia più approfondita dell'appartamento appena arrivati, perchè non era stato pulito bene (briciole sul pavimento della cucina, qualche capello in giro e doccia non impeccabile). In bagno nemmeno un appendino per gli asciugamani, zero, niente. Non è comodo perchè non si ha un posto dove metterli mentre ci si lava o banalmente per metterli ad asciugare. Il mobile del bagno è a filo con l'apertura della porta: quindi dovete scegliere se tenere aperta la porta o voler aprire il cassetto sotto al lavabo. Ascensore assente, se siete al 2° o al 3° c'è da fare qualche gradino, e visitando Porto a piedi, non è il massimo al rientro.

Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo e o anfitrião estava muito atento. Recomendo totalmente. A única coisa que posso pontuar é a fechadura da porta, que é dura, difícil de abrir.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Porto, I recommend it. An extra shelf in the shower and a shoehorn would be nice to have. But these are minor details that don’t spoil the vacation.

El primer día en el baño de arriba no tenía agua,supongo que va con un depósito, los platos de las duchas de los dos baños son de plástico y patinan mucho (para romperte la pierna). El suelo es de madera y cruje. Pero lo peor de todo es que no tiene ascensor el edificio. Si te toca el tercer piso ufff. En booking debería indicarlo

Są dwie klatki schodowe z tym samym kodem wejściowym . W obu są takie same nr mieszkań. My dojechałyśmy dosyć późno i nie dało się skontaktować z właścicielem o tej porze . Niepotrzebny stres. Poza tym wszytko było super .

• Rossella (5/5): Monolocale passabile in ottima posizione - La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni e i punti di interesse della città di Porto. Il personale mi ha assistito con prontezza quando al check-in ho avuto difficoltà ad aprire la porta dello stabile: inizialmente il codice non funzionava e per aprire la porta era necessario tirare verso di sé e poi spingere. Il bagno è terribile: ogni volta che si fa una doccia, dalle tubature viene su un odore di materia putrida. Gli asciugamani a disposizione sono due e striminziti: uno per il viso e un altro - che personalmente ho trovato troppo piccolo - per la doccia. L'asciugacapelli emette solo aria tiepida o fredda e il set doccia a disposizione è di scarsa qualità.

Piękny widok na miasto Super lokalizacja, spacerem do centrum. Niedaleko był darmowy parking Byliśmy w styczniu i w apartamencie było zimno. Mały kaloryfer i 1 nawiewnica na tak duży apartament to za mało. Nie było wieszaka w łazience na ręczniki. Brakowało też wieszaka przy wejściu na kurtki Na klatce nieprzyjemny zapach. Do apartamentu prowadziły wysokie schody, nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale gdyby ktoś miał problemy z chodzeniem albo był z dzieckiem z wózkiem byłoby mu ciężko.

• Bastos (10/5): Impecável - O apartamento superou todas as minhas expectativas, aconchegante, limpo, cheiroso e todo organizado. Perto de todos os pontos turísticos e anfitrião muito atencioso. Eu voltarei a reservar sem a menor dúvida. Nada a reclamar
• Susana Maria Fernandes (9/5): - Muito espaço na casa, varandas e jardins cuidados e bonitos. Perfeita localização, tinha tudo na cozinha pratos, electrodomésticos etc, limpo na casa toda. Ideial para uma família grande. Voltaríamos a ficar sem pensar duas vezes. Não gostamos das exposição do Sofá, era muito pequeno ' nem dava para duas pessoas ' o sofá grande estava no andar de cima sem TV. E tinha espaço suficiente pra colocar um sofá normal e mesa no open space. A Tv também não dava todos os canais e de baixa qualidade. A porta do frigorífico está sempre a cair precisa de ser ajustado. Uma das camas no último andar precisa de ser substituída.

• Romée (4/5): Teleurstellend en ongemakkelijk. - Het was wel schoon, maar dat was ook wel het enige. Alles was vergaan, de vloer kraakte enorm en de keukenkastjes vielen uit elkaar. De pannen waarom nog vet en de muffe lucht in de ruimte was niet weg te krijgen. De douche kop werkte niet, dus moesten we met de kleine handdouche wat niet erg soepel verliep. De spiegel in de badkamer was half vergaan en het was duidelijk dat de foto’s op booking gefotoshopt zijn want het was allemaal net iets te mooi vergeleken met de realiteit. Het balkon was niet op de foto’s en was klein en ongezellig met lawaai van de airco van de buren. Ons appartement had een draagbare airco, was niet eens een airco was maar slechts een ontvochtiger die je 2x per dag moest legen omdat het zo vochtig was. De toegangsdeur tot het complex viel ook praktisch uit elkaar. De lampen waren fel en kil dus het was ook niet echt gezellig te maken. Na het lezen van een beoordeling dat er was ingebroken voelden wij ons niet meer op ons gemak, maar deze review was geplaatst nadat wij hadden geboekt dus we hadden er helaas geen rekening mee kunnen houden. De handdoek service was onduidelijk, waardoor we de hele week met dezelfde handdoeken hebben gedaan wat ook ongemakkelijk was. Er was niemand in het gebouw van de accomodatie zelf om te vragen. Al met al, wij zouden hier zeker weten niet nog eens verblijven en kiezen de volgende keer liever voor een hotel, nu de basis faciliteiten van het appartement niet eens op orde waren. Erg jammer want zo voelden wij ons genoodzaakt om de hele dag op pad te blijven en was het niet erg aantrekkelijk om na een lange dag slenteren even lekker uit te rusten in het appartement en een spelletje te doen. Oh ja en bovendien was de wifi verschrikkelijk, dus was het goed dat ik het een nieuw abonnement had afgesloten want ik heb er in een kleine midweek 7 GB aan data doorheen gejast. Geen aanrader, kies een hotel.

• Ana Beatriz (7/5): - o prédio chegou a ficar sem energia enquanto estávamos fora e em nenhum momento fomos avisados pelos anfitriões. o apartamento também não conta com kit de vela/fósforo/lanterna, como contenção em falta de energia.
• Nora (8/5): Καλή διαμονή με πολλές σκάλες! - Καλά κρεβάτια, καλά κλινοσκεπασματα! Άνετοι χώροι και αρκετά καθαρά! Παρόλο που δεν έχει κανονική θέρμανση, είχε θερμοπομπους μόνο ζεστάθηκε ο χώρος πολύ! Εξοπλισμένα διαμερίσματα! Παρά πολλές σκάλες, πολύ κουραστικές! Τρίζουν ιδιαίτερα τα πατώματα κ έχει κακή ηχομόνωση! Μυρίζει πολύ άσχημα το κλιμακοστάσιο κ κάποιες αποχετεύσεις στα μπάνια!

• Margaret (3/5): Fotos que no reflejan la realidad y cero confort - La cercanía al centro Nuestra estancia de dos noches en Oporto City View – Santa Catarina fue muy decepcionante. Las fotos publicadas no se corresponden en absoluto con la realidad del apartamento. Aunque el espacio es amplio, resulta frío, impersonal y nada acogedor. El apartamento no dispone de aire acondicionado y el calefactor existente no funcionaba. No había mantas por lo que pasamos mucho frío durante la noche, hasta el punto de tener que cubrirnos con nuestros propios abrigos para poder dormir. La cama es extremadamente dura, sin somier, únicamente una tabla con el colchón encima, lo que hace imposible descansar bien. La televisión tampoco funcionaba. El equipamiento es claramente deficiente: sillas demasiado bajas para la mesa que es alta tipo barra , hervidor de agua mal ubicado por la mala distribución de los enchufes y un botiquín prácticamente vacío. La única ventaja es su relativa cercanía al centro. Por todo lo demás, el alojamiento deja mucho que desear y no lo recomendaríamos en absoluto.

• Sakinah (9/5): I'll definitely stay again - The apartment is absolutely beautiful and was definitely more than what we expected. They were also responsive when I called to ask about the stove and were really helpful. A couple of the fixtures in both bathrooms could use some attention.

• Carolina (8/5): - Tuvieron un problema con nuestro apartamento original y nos dieron otro con características muy buenas. Lo que menos me gustó fue que en la cocina no había agua caliente (en el baño si y súper bien) y que la calefacción era a través del aire acondicionado (pero no pasamos frío).
