- Philippe (10/5): Étape zen et gourmande - C’est un endroit atypique comme on les aime, une batisse du 17e siècle au milieu des vignes qui a gardé tout son caractère, la table est excellente faite par la maîtresse de maison avec des produits locaux, l’accueil est chaleureux Je recommande ce jolie etape
- Johan (10/5): En fantastisk skjult perle - Vi havde fire helt uforglemmelige dage på Domaine de Blancardy – en unik, hjertevarm oplevelse, som vi sent vil glemme. Allerede ved ankomsten blev vi mødt af Frédéric og Céline, to vidunderlige værter, som fik os til at føle os hjemme fra første øjeblik. Deres varme, humor og nærvær skinner igennem i alt, de gør – her mærker man tydeligt, at man besøger en familie og ikke blot et hotel. Stedet er idyllisk og fredfyldt, med udsigt over det smukke landskab og masser af dyreliv – vi så både kongeørne svæve over markerne og gekkoer i aftenskumringen. Poolen var perfekt for både børn og voksne, og sengene var super gode – vi sov fantastisk. Maden var et kapitel for sig: både morgen og aften blev vi forkælet med retter lavet på lokale råvarer og ledsaget af fremragende vine. Børnene blev mødt med smil og rummelighed, og vi voksne kunne nyde roen og det autentiske miljø langt fra masseturismen. Domaine de Blancardy er ikke bare et sted, man overnatter – det er et sted, man mærker. Vi kommer sikkert igen.
- Johanna (8/5): - Très joli domaine, piscine accessible en tout temps dans un décor très agréable Petit déjeuner complet et bon, avec un bon rapport qualité prix Quelques pistes d’amélioration à mon sens : Description du menu du repas du restaurant sur place en amont, avec option VG Ne pas tondre la pelouse pendant l’après midi quand on se prélasse au bord de la piscine, cela nuit un peu à la tranquillité

- Darath (10/5): Magnifique endroit et super cuisine - Passé 2 semaine pour le travail à Ganges, cadre agréable et calme au milieu des vignes, accueil chaleureux et bienveillant. Gastronomie du terroir avec le vin local!
- Viviane (8/5): Déception - A priori, il faut respecter les horaires dans cet établissement : réserver pour le dîner avant 14 heures et arriver pour 17 h, sinon pas de dîner. C'est ce qui nous est arrivé...car le lieu est très isolé donc pas de solution de secours. La demande de participation est aussi surprenante comme debarrasser votre table après le petit petit-déjeuner. C'est un concept mais cela devrait être clairement précisé.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - We really enjoyed staying at Blancardy! The host is super and helped us with everything we needed, including booking restaurants and tickets for excursions. The hotel is located in different fully renovated ancient buildings, the rooms are nicely decorated and there is a common space you can use with fridges and games etc. A nice small pool located beautifully. Great breakfast with all local products! We had diner twice, very tasty! Great area to stay, lot’s to do! We would definitely go again !
- Remi (8/5): Une belle parenthèse le temps d'un week-end. - Très bel accueil dans cette belle bâtisse. Service agréable. Les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner étaient trop bonnes!!! Les grillades du soir au braséro sont une excellente idée et une belle réalisation.

Manque cruel de climatisation dans les chambres, nous sommes allé au restaurant mais nous avons attendu une heure avant qu'une commande soit prise.... on nous avait oublié....... et faire payer 11 euros un petit déjeuner à une enfant de 10 ans qui a mangé 2 tartines et un bout de fromage c'est exagéré.

Chambre pas aussi belle qu’en photo, pas de climatisation, Petite terrasse avec un droit de passage pour les 3 autres chambres d’à coté donc on n’en profite pas et on reste avec les rideaux fermés à l’intérieur. Pas agréable pour le prix que l’on paye . Dîner parfait avec des produits régionaux et de qualité. Un peu déçue!

Nous avons participé à la charmante soirée Guinguette qui nous a permis de profiter de ce beau site, entre vignobles et Cévennes.

- Guillaume (6/5): Site avec du charme, personnel pas très pro - Beau château renové, site très agréable perdu au pied des cevennes. Belle piscine, concept de 'caver à manger' original. Nous avons eu un problème avec une chambre (rien de grave, une colonie de fourmis) mais la personne a l'accueil ne nous a pas cru et a été plutôt désagréable, il a fallu attendre près d'une heure tandis que la responsabilité rebondissait entre les membres de l'hotel. Ensuite il a fallu insisté pour obtenir une autre chambre. Bref pas très sympathique et pas très professionnel ce qui nous a refroidit. Le petit déjeuner est cher , pour quelques gâteaux maisons et viennoiseries (congelés?!). La aussi aucune service. Sur commande des oeufs au plats ou bacon, mais malheureusement personne pour les faire. Le site est toutefois agréable et la cuisine y est parait il bonne aux dire des gens du coins. Nous n'y avons pas goutés.
