Seixas (8/5): - O apartamento é ótimo e muito bem localizado. O anfitrião foi solícito e atencioso. Não foi um problema para mim e meu marido, mas em função de estar muito bem localizado e numa região movimentada, o barulho pode ser uma questão. Os pontos de melhoria são: a cama (o colchão afundava no meio, então, acabou sendo um pouco desconfortável) e o banheiro estava com vazamento do boxe (quando usávamos o chuveiro, a água molhava bastante o banheiro). Mas nada disso atrapalhou nossa estadia. Valeu a pena a locação.

The staff was very friendly: they brought us breakfast very early because we had an early checkout before our morning flight. The apartment itself had everything we needed, although it wasn't exactly new, everything was clean and in good working order

They quickly offered us a newer, larger and more centrally located apartment which was greatly appreciated and it was fantastic! The wifi was not good, constantly dropping off

Eva (6/5): Wouldn’t stay here again but staff nice and location good - Great location right in the middle of lots of restaurants and breakfast was nice. The staff really pushed my review up as without their lively engagement I would probably have scored this lower. Sadly we had probably the worst of the flats on the ground floor. There was an issue with cockroaches (one inside, 3 just outside on our decking) and lots needs updating. Aircon disconnected (heater provided but you can’t keep that on all night so I was cold), mattress very old (you could feel the springs), percolator broken but changed immediately when mentioned . Sockets ripped, bench broken, no outside light candle without a wick, bathroom smelt at times and you can’t keep the windows open during the night as they are big enough for someone to fit through. The staff got us a free bottle of port for the creepy crawly so that was nice but I would sadly not stay here again or at least not in this flat.

Maria João (5/5): - Os anfitriões são super acessíveis. A localização é bastante central o que permite andar sempre a pé, além de ter todo o tipo de serviços perto. Têm um local seguro e perto para deixar o carro por um valor bastante acessivel. A cama era bastante desconfortável. Para quem vai ficar apenas uma noite, é toleravel mas mais do que isso, torna-se dificil. A higiene dos utensilios de cozinha e do apartamento devia ser melhorada.
Francisco Javier (8/5): Apartamento coqueto bien situado - La ubicación. La decoración / diseño. Las vistas. Poder dejar las maletas en la oficina el último día. Poder acceder mediante códigos a la entrada y luego poder recoger la llave también mediante código en una cajita. La mampara de la ducha estaba rota o desajustada. Resultaba difícil regular la temperatura del agua y en alguna ocasión se terminó pronto el agua caliente. Faltaba un poco de menaje (por ejemplo, había solo dos tapetes para la mesa, había pocas tazas y cubiertos, no había sartén pequeña y la que había estaba un poco gastada...) La iluminación del baño era un poco pobre. El suelo crujía al andar; los vecinos de abajo oían nuestros pasos.

Alessia (1/5): old apartment e no response from the host in case of massive problem - It was a nightmare. One of the worst experiences ever. Let me start from the beginning: - The flat was old and very run down. - It was incredibly cold inside, and even when I turned on the air conditioning, I couldn't get the temperature above 20 degrees (there were obviously a lot of draughts). It was 5 degrees outside. - The bathroom was very damp and had no ventilation. - Several lights did not work. - It would have been nice to find at least two coffee capsules, but that was not the case. The worst thing, however, was that during the two nights, the other flats belonging to the same host had been rented to groups of men who shouted, banged on all the doors and bullied the other residents all night long until 6 o'clock in the morning. I tried several times to contact the property but no one answered. I had a panic attack on the second night because of these bullies and still no one from the property ever answered me. An incredible nightmare. Since no one ever answered me, I'm curious to see if anyone will at least respond to this review.

Staff was friendly, helpful and quick to respond when I had issues with the door. The location was perfect as well, I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone wanting to visit Porto.

The room was very clean with good location. WiFi was not very good. Cannot access WiFi from the living room

Debora (7/5): Bonne situation géographique mais à besoin d’être entretenu : passable. - Cet appartement n’est pas cher à la location. En revanche, il n’est pas du tout entretenu. Le frigo est rouillé, dehors sur le banc il manque des lattes, sur la climatisation il manque aussi une pièce, le canapé est déchiré, le tableau cassé. L’appartement n’était pas très propre, lorsque nous sommes arrivés la poubelle de la salle de bain n’était pas vidée et dans le lavabo il y avait un essuie-tout usager.

MARIA (7/5): - Ubicación, bien comunicado y a pocos minutos caminando de todos los sitios que visitamos. El salón con el balcón que da a parque y la cocina bien equipada. La habitación con armarios amplios y la cama muy cómoda. El baño, ducha pequeña y poca cantidad de agua caliente. El termo eléctrico era pequeño y tenía la temperatura baja, con lo que el agua caliente se acababa en seguida. El suelo hacia ruido de crujido al caminar incluso descalzo, por suerte estábamos en el último piso.

Na krotki pobyt (2-3 noce) apartament jest ok ale nie zdecydowalybysmy tam na dluzszy pobyt. Łóżko bylo twarde, sciany jak z kartonu- bylo slychac kazdy krok na klatce schodowej i sasiadow w sasiadujacych apartamentach łazienka a szczególnie prysznic (zepsute mocowanie sluchawki prysznicowej uniemozliwialo regulacje) byly ciasne balkon byl brudny (niegodny ze zdjeciami pogladowymi) słabe wyposazenie w kuchni

Andrea (6/5): - Buona location, è una zona con tanti locali per cenare/pranzare non lontana dal centro. Appartamento discreto, un po' datato. Stanza freddina, bagno senza finestra o aspirazione. Diciamo che le foto sono molto meglio della realtà.

Era pulitissimo, molto carino, super organizzato e ha posto per 4 persone, essendoci anche il divano letto. La comunicazione con gli host è stata veloce e impeccabile. Tania (6/5): Razoável - A localização. Excelente ! Não havia pratos iguais para todos. Nem pratos de sobremesa. Pareciam sobras de sobras que foram ficando. Tem secador, sim mas de uma potência mínima. Não havia uma toalha para a mesa de jantar ou individuais e a ideia de ficar num apartamento e não num hotel era usufruir dessas comodidades por exemplo.

Zucchi (8/5): - Tutto, la posizione, l'arredamento Purtroppo a Porto faceva molto freddo e il condizionatore non funzionava. C'era a disposizione una stufetta ma non sufficiente a riscaldare il locale, quindi purtroppo la mattina principalmente abbiamo avuto molto freddo nella casa.
Mario (7/5): - La equipación del apartamento muy bien, limpio. 2 días antes de ir me escribió que tenía un problema en el apartamento que habíamos cogido y nos daba otro de calidad superior en mejor zona. La verdad el apartamento viendo las fotos me gustaba mucho mucho más el inicial. El que nos ofreció estaba bien. Más céntrico? Bueno en oporto está todo cerca. Pero bien. Las almohadas son extremadamente bajas.
