- Josh (10/5): Beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere - Despite being a long walk from the town of Banff, the views from this hotel are amazing! The hot tub, patio are and fire pits all offer beautiful views and a relaxing experience. The staff was very nice and accommodating too. They offer a shuttle every 30 minutes to get into town, as well. The highway runs right below them, which creates a little noise. But, the views make up for it.

- Kateryna (4/5): - We liked the view from the window, it was truly beautiful, however dirty balcony furniture and the overall condition of the shared space did not allow us to fully enjoy it. During our stay, there was no housekeeping at all: trash was not removed, towels were not replaced, and no one entered the room. For a resort, this level of service does not meet expectations. It would be helpful if guests were informed in advance when daily housekeeping is not provided. Additionally, the sound insulation was very poor — noise from neighboring rooms was clearly audible, including late-night check-in and activity during the night. The shared balcony also caused discomfort, as there were children running around in the morning, which affected the sense of privacy and relaxation. Overall, the experience was negatively impacted by noise levels and the layout of the property.

What bullshit, I couldn't cancel or I would lose the deposit. I will never stay with you again.

The unit had only one tv in the living room with none in the bedroom, if traveling with multiple people, that’s inconvenient.

No restaraunt services on site for the season, but the listed restaurants look good. Sauna and gym are good, Sauna needs a handle protector for door as the metal handle gets hot. Also a row of benches at a higher position from the ground would be great for the Nordics who prefer and enjoy hotter saunas. We had help from the manager and staff to load some lggage upstairs. Nice touch! Beds and couch bed need updating - they are old and uncomfortable - especially the couch bed. Not enough towels for a room with kids. Steam room is a joke; its nice, but you have to get it turned on by somone at the front desk, and it does not even get warm. Overall the place was tidy, but the floors in the sauna, hot tub, and steam area need to be cleaned daily and properly. I saw the same sock and bits of lint on the floor for a few days.

Size of room perfect No tvs in the room no clocks anywhere especially the bedrooms sink doesn't clog so can't do the dishes efficiently only one dish towel. We had to be so creative to do the dishes efficiently. We tried the dishwasher once. It is so beyond loud and we had to clean every dish again after waiting 2 loud hours at night for the dish washer to run, when we are tired and full next day planned

- Alina (1/5): - I stayed at the hotel 29.11-30.11 ,the location was perfect ,the staff was nose and helpful with my problems. Our experience at this hotel was extremely unpleasant. The walls were unbelievably thin, and around 11:30 PM, when we were already asleep, a girl upstairs started playing very loud music and jumping around. It was absolutely impossible to sleep. We are thankful to the receptionist and especially the young man working that night – he came up and spent nearly half an hour trying to ask her to turn the music down. Eventually he succeeded, and we truly appreciate his effort. However, about an hour later, the neighbor upstairs began walking loudly and jumping again. We had no idea what was going on, but once again, it made it impossible to sleep. The same situation repeated at around 2 AM, so as you can imagine, our night was absolutely terrible. Then, at 8:40 in the morning, the upstairs neighbor started stomping, banging, and blasting music again. Our rest was completely ruined. We were hoping to enjoy a peaceful morning with mountain views, but instead we just wanted to leave the hotel as soon as possible. When we went to check out at 10 AM, we carried the first part of our belongings to the car, but when we returned, our room keys no longer worked. We couldn’t get back into the room and had to go to the reception again to have the cards reactivated. This delayed us for another 15 minutes, and at that point I just wanted to grab our things and leave. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

- Angela (10/5): enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this location again in the future - I like the view of the mountains, the giant tub even though the jets didn't work, it is a huge tub and I felt like I was living in luxury for the evening, the king bed was quite comfortable, well equipped kitchen and lots of parking available. not really stocked well with blankets or pillows, could have used one more of each as we booked in for 3 people and my children used the couch bed. I am sure the desk would have provided had we asked however, we didn't discover the shortage until it was quite later in the evening.

The rooms were clean, with comfy beds, nice full kitchen and dining area, with the back door leading out to a beautiful view of the golf course and mountain as backdrop. - Michelle (8/5): Family friendly - The price is affordable and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's nice having a condo with a toddler. The place is a bit outdated, but it is clean and functional. It is quite close to the markin paved pathway. The Farm to Kitchen restaurant across the street is quite tasty. It is quiet. Its a bit far from invermere if you wish to access those amenities.
- Erin (7/5): constant noise from the neighbors - The location and facilities were very nice. The bed was very comfy. The kitchen came with everything we needed to enjoy dinners. I could hear the upstairs neighbors being intimate, which was hard to ignore. Meanwhile, the kids next door kept knocking on our door and running off - it happened at least six times, setting off the dog every time. If it hadn’t been for the noise from the neighbors, everything else would have been great.
