• HITOSHI (4/5): - An extra 12 euros was charged for city tax and service.
• Elvira (5/5): It was okay, but would be better with at least kindness of the host - Location is good, it is was very close to the train station and also to the city center. Extra payment for luggage storage!(for just 2 hours before the check in) also extra payment for early check-in. So disappointing! Also When we arrived to the hostel there were Italian man who welcomed us but he didn’t know any English, so it was hard to understand and manage in the beginning. I was also talking with another responsible person in English but he was really not caring, and I didn’t see any friendly approach. Also no washing machine for us, which was available on the description.

• Lydia (1/5): Bad experience - Nothing Description not corresponding at all to what booking is showing Internet not working Rudeness of host in messages The host said he was responsible for nothing : that it is the Internet provider’ s fault and booking’s fault and said I was doing a whim ! Bad service and bad communication. I left after one night as I need Internet for work and need a kitchen to cook as special needs
• Verified traveler (8/5): - In general it’s ok. The location is good. I was a bit surprised to pay 10 euros for “late check-in” at 5 pm, as free check-in is only at 1-3 pm.
• Didier (8/5): Efficace - B&B simple sans charme mais très bien situé près du centre ville de matera. Nous avons payé 10€ de plus pour l’arrivée tardive mais nous étions prévenu.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Brevissimo soggiorno soddisfacente a Matera. Personale molto disponibile e gentile!! Ottima pulizia del bagno e della camera. Molto vicino al centro, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi. Complimenti!!
• Satoshi (6/5): コスパを考えるとよい立地です - 欧州の呼び出しベル理解していけば部屋は見つかると思いますが看板等は出ていないのでGoogle mapで事前に建物の雰囲気は掴んでいくことをお勧めします 部屋は清潔で良かったですよ。
• Michele (4/5): a Matera c'è altro - Dover pagare un sovrapprezzo di 12 euro, non comunicato in fase di prenotazione, per il check in dopo le 15 è, come minimo, scorretto. Da notare che la prenotazione è stata effettuata alle 14.45 circa ed il check in è stato fatto intorno alle 20. Stanza pulita.
• Philippe (8/5): - Accueil sympathique. Chambre propre avec salle de bain partagée. Bien localisée à 10 minutes de la vieille ville.
• Heidi (10/5): Recommended central and clean! - This is a good and very central place to stay. Clean and comfortable bed. I met a nice and friendly man who gave me the keys. There is a common area with television and place to eat and sofa. My room had a small balcony. A kitchen to cook and make coffee! Overall very good!
• ARCADIO (6/5): CASA... CASA... SOLO CASA... !!!! - Casa Papapietro è proprio una casa composta da più camere con un bagno in comune; solo in una camera (per fortuna quella prenotata da me) c'è il bagno privato. La camera è paragonabile a una camera da letto di una casa con un minimo di mobili peraltro datati. NON c'è la televisione né una radio. Il bagno privato è ordinario con il minimo indispensabile; la vasca da bagno che funge anche da doccia non ha neanche una tenda per impedire gli schizzi di acqua sul pavimento. Camere e zone comuni (cucina e soggiorno) pulite. La struttura si trova poco distante dal centro città. Proprietari cordiali e disponibili. In conclusione direi che c'è moltissimo da migliorare. Fossi in voi lo farei; siete in una posizione bella. Rapporto qualità/prezzo insoddisfacente.
