• María del Mar (8/5): TRANQUILIDAD - La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para conocer Puertollano y los alrededores. La atención del personal es excelente. Tuvimos un contratiempo con la habitación asignada (tenía un fuerte olor a desagüe, aunque nos dijeron que olía a tabaco, era la habitación 205 ) y nos la cambiaron al instante, así que todo bien. Limpieza de 10. Se puede aparcar sin problemas en la puerta. El desayuno es bastante caro para lo que ofrecen.

• Daan (8/5): Good value for money - The hotel is near the centre. Although near a road and bus station it was very quiet. Staff is friendly and my room was very clean. The breakfast is limited but maybe that is often in Spain. No yoghurt, fruit or salad for example. No safe in the room.

• Javier (2/5): Lamentable, no volveré - No hay ascensor para subir a la primera planta Instalaciones antiguas, ducha en malas condiciones, aire acondicionado funcionaba regular. Desayuno lamentable, zumo de bote, las tostadas con heladas y tenías que tostarlas tu mismo en el tostador. Un hotel al menos debe de tener cosas básicas para una estancia más o menos buena, y este hotel no las tiene.

Tienen doble acristalamiento en las ventanas por lo que no se oyen ruidos de la calle. La limpieza y servicio en general perfectos. El aire acondicionado funcionó correctamente en plena ola de calor y no hacía ruido. Se dispone en las habitaciones de un pequeño refrigerador con poca potencia pero que nos fue muy útil para mantener frías las botellas de agua y alguna cosa más. No vale para enfriar algo que llegue tibio pero sí lo mantiene si lo metes ya frío. El personal es muy amable. En recepción hay alguien disponible a cualquier hora del día o la noche. Se aparca en las inmediaciones con facilidad. Muy próximas al hotel hay un par de cafeterías-restaurantes ciertamente recomendables. Repetiremos estancia en este hotel.

• aae2413 (8/5): Close to town... - Attending a hydrogen workshop, in the Spanish National Hydrogen Center, I choose the Hotel Cabanas for my two nights stay. And it was well worth the money. Would lie to come back at another opportunity. Although the breakfast needs a little up-date.
• FreddyC696 (2/5): Horror of my life - If you by chance arrive in Puertollano, late in the night and your car finish the gasoline and all petrol station are closed, better you start thinking to overnight in the car. We booked late through internet because after several km by car we had to stop. Only this hotel available. We arrived and the man at reception didnt know about our reservation. He proposed a higher rate. Than we show the reservation and the price and he reminded suddenly about this internet service and that this online portal has better rates. We asked for not smoking room, he gave us the smoking room. We asked to change and gave us a room with very old forniture, with blankets from the 60's... when we went to bed we realized an amazing feature of this hotel. The hotel has incredibly thin walls and you can hear everything is happening in the other rooms... when i say everything means everything: coughing, snoring, farting plus plus all traffic from the street. So we didnt sleep and for an absolutly crazy high price for such hotel: 61 euro.
