Roger (10/5): Excellent value, great property w/excellent location. Very clean. Outstanding for families & friends - Very clean. Great amenities (TVs, fireplaces, pool table, hot tub, full kitchen). Close to Gatlinburg. Blender did not work. Please add pot holders for hot plates out of oven, and more dish towels in kitchen.
Linda (7/5): We didn't stay in it much. Left in the morning and came back in late evening. - Cabin was fine and location. It was only 5 minutes from Rocky Top Sport Complex. The living room furniture needed to be updated. New couch - you sunk in it - worn out. Same with chair.
Beverly (10/5): Mississippi Family Adventure - It was just the right amount of room for the family, The cabin was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed it so much. There wasn't anything that we disliked.

Ball (7/5): Very nice but slightly dated. - The cabin was nice , very roomy. Everything as a whole was excellent. For the price I paid I would be more like to try and stay there again The rustic feel was good, but you can tell the place is dated. The jacuzzi tub looked old and had missing parts. The hot tube was the same way some jets were missing. The two keypad doors are nice, but the door code only worked on both doors the first day. The lower door code stopped working after the first day.
April (7/5): Beautiful, fun home with pool table and hot tub. - The house was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the pool table and hot tub were a hit. The couches were a bit outdated. The AC did not cool the main living floor or the top floor during the day. It got up to 80 degrees inside the first day we stayed. A repairman came and provided a couple fans but nothing could be done for the AC itself.

Victoria (7/5): Good - Pool table, hot tub The beds were like sleeping on cardboard with a mattress topper. The jets in the hot tub barely worked, the dishwasher had water left in it and smelled aweful, the cabin is surrounded by a group of cabins which wasn't really what we expected. The code to the door didn't work and the worker on the phone left us outside in the dark for an hour and a half trying to get a code that would work.
