• AGUSTINA (3/5): - La ubicación ! Muy cerca de todo Mucha suciedad, las camas muy incómodas te clavabas el resorte en la espalda, imposible descansar bien. El Sillón del living mucho olor a sucio.

Near a tube station, shops and Buckingham palace Nothing bad to say really, it is a little run down and near a very noisy road but we wasn’t there that often and was really tired so slept well regardless of the noise

Y el palacio de Buckingham también estaba muy cerca No tenía mucha luz fuera del recinto donde estaba el apartamento y por la noche daba algo de miedo. También era muy ruidoso y no se podía dormir. Las camas eran incómodas, pero para unas cuantas noches estaba bien.

• Teresa (9/5): - La ubicación del apartamento es ideal! Al lado de Victoria station y Buckingham palace, se puede ir andando prácticamente a todo lo turístico y a lo que no, el metro o bus urbano está a 50m. Tiene termostato para poder calentarlo a ratos o mantener la temperatura constante y funciona muy bien. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para poder hacer uso de ella al 100% (tan solo añadiría una cafetera) Es algo ruidoso por la zona tan céntrica en la que está y la televisión es algo antigua por lo que se veía regular pero como ha sido un viaje de turismo no ha supuesto un problema pues tan solo por las noches la habríamos utilizado un rato.

• Andrew (9/5): Great location and apartment. - Everything! The location was great, the owner thought ahead and left fans (it was very thought), drying rack for clothes, etc. The location is great for walking distance and for security in a good area. No central AC (which you won’t find hardly anywhere). Other than that it was perfect for our family of five.
• Elle (5/5): Great location - Location is amazing and exactly what we needed for a festival in Hyde Park. It’s super close to lots of restaurants and bars and the tube station. The property is quite tired. The carpet on the way in smells pretty badly. There also isn’t much in the way of crockery (only one wine glass and a handful or other odd bits). The single cot in the lounge was very uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. Although one other sofa bed was comfortable I’m told. Overall, great location and did what we needed it to do but if you want somewhere to spend time in (and not just a base) it’s probably not the one.

• Rebecca (8/5): Perfect location for a visit to London! - The location was perfect for seeing London. The rooms were sparse, but plenty comfortable, and cannot be beaten for the price. Would definitely stay here again!

• Jennifer (7/5): The location is great, but the apartment is bare bones. - The property was in an absolutely fabulous location. We had to take the train very early one morning, and it was only a five minute walk to Victoria station with all of our luggage. The shower also had great water pressure, and bathroom was a decent size. Also had great communication with the property – all instructions were incredibly clear. The property left a lot to be desired. The second couch in the family room had been replaced by a single cot. All of the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and space was very tight in the bedroom. There was also a bit of an odd odor down the alley where the apartment was, and a musty odor in the apartment in general. The pictures make the unit appear nicer than it is an actuality While it served our needs, it definitely felt rundown.
• Urvashi (10/5): Exceptional - The absolute highlight of this property - Location!!!! It's literally 5 mins walk from Victoria Station. The property was really well maintained, well lit, clean & tidy. It had all the required amenities like kitchen utensils, heater, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and they even had extra mattresses and pillows. I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days with my family and it was a lovely experience- no complaints at all. All the check-in & check-out instructions were also very clear. Thanks for an amazing experience. Looking forward to stay again :)

• James (6/5): Good value & fit for our needs. Would stay again but would expect maintenance issues to be addressed - Location was good, appartment was generally clean & tidy. Hosts were very accommodating when we came to drop our luggage off early. Main bed & sofa bed were in a poor state of repair. Several windows & doors didn’t open or close properly (kitchen door could not be opened from the inside when closed!). Lack of general maintenance... light bulbs, blinds etc. No plug for kitchen sink or bath.
• Baez (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the location and how close it is to the tourist areas and the London Victoria Station. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!
• Amandine (5/5): Great location but would not stay again - Great location at the back of Buckingham and only 5min walk from Victoria station Windows overlooking a busy and noisy road. The windows are single glazing (or really old double glazing), so they block absolutely no noise! Sofa bed was not comfortable and you could feel the springs in the bed mattresses.
• Karen (5/5): Great location but disappointing apartment. - The location was excellent. It was near the train station and we felt safe. It was an easy walk to get to restaurants and coffee shops. The shade was broken in the living room where beds were located. The sun was streaming through the window very early in the morning and there was no way to lower the shade so we couldn’t sleep. There was a lack of supplies in the kitchen. No wine opener or bottle opener. No paper towels or sponge to clean the table or dry our hands. No washcloths in the bathroom. No soap for the shower. Be aware that the sleeping and living areas are up a flight of stairs so you will be carrying up suitcases, which could be difficult for older travelers.

• Daniel (6/5): It was just about ok for one night and great location. Won’t stay again unless new furniture is purchased and a deep cle - Location is excellent. The property is very tired, in desperate need of updating. The beds are very uncomfortable, the curtains are torn and broken in the lounge, the sofa bed is broken and so for one of our children he didn’t sleep well at all. There is mould above the shower in the bathroom. Generally very poor condition, photos do not tell the story.

• Dexya (2/5): Very poor - Location and the washing machine The smell is like sewer, and the apartment is old. The bathroom had mold. It needs an upgrade. It is really hot. You can't open the windows. The tiles in the bathroom are about to fall.

• Merlene (7/5): The flat was comfortable. It was great to be so close to lots of tourist places and many things. - Close to many places of interest and Victoria station for ease of taking tours. TV wasn't working, no hair dryer. It was quite noisy - I hadn't thought about that.

• Antonio Jerry (8/5): Bella Vacanza - L'appartamento è vicinissimo a Buckingham Palace. Ha tutte le comodità ed è pulito. Il check in si fa a circa 10 min a piede però vicino al Victoria bus Station, quindi se si raggiunge Londra con il bus dove si fa li check in è di strada. All'inizio l'impatto dove si trova l'appartamento sembra nascosto in un cortile. .poi ti accorgi che è un cortile del The Goring Hotel un hotel di 5stelle. Comunque l'appartamento si trova a VictoriaSquare
