• Gulcin (10/5): - It's the perfect place if you go to Teotihuacán. Amazing garden, clean and comfortable room, friendly stuff and amazing view of the pyramids. In the morning you can see the balloons flying over pyramids. It was like a 'sueño' :) Everything was perfect

You can see them from the balcony. In the morning, you have a spectacular hot air balloon in front of the balcony Very quiet. Staff did everything they could. The restaurant that was down the street was great. Make sure you have cash as there’s no ATM machine no money exchange and no credit cards accepted. There was nothing they could do about it, but at night time we were cold. We did get extra blankets and pillow pillows, and the staff is exceptional.

También nos ha dado todas las facilidades que hemos necesitado y nos ha hecho sentir como en casa. El alojamiento es muy bonito, cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Las camas son muy cómodas y la habitación espaciosa. Lo recomendamos al 100%

The staff is very professional and friendly. A small patio offers nice meetings at night. A good place to stay while exploring the places around.

• Monika (10/5): Cozy hotel with perfect location! - Great hotel with a perfect location—walking distance to the pyramids and San Sebastian's town square. Cozy, with a charming garden, and owned by a family who attends to your every need and will make sure you are comfortable.. They gave us a drive to San Juan and allowed us to check out in the afternoon with no extra charge. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to stay close to the pyramids and avoid the hectic of the big city.

• Nubia (6/5): - No pude conocerla ya que al llegar me dijeron que no estaban seguros de la reservación entonces habían dado la habitación a alguien más. No me dejaron sin habitación, nos llevaron a otro “hotel” con los servicios indispensables, la persona responsable del lugar entregó la llave y continuó con su vida personal. Si se hubiera requerido algo no había nadie a quien recurrir. Yo supongo que si uno no llega al check in se realiza el cobro a la tarjeta que se deja en garantía. Un día antes informé a qué hora posiblemente llegaría y el motivo. No respetaron mi reserva y por eso no le doy buena calificación.

• Hope_basel (9/5): Really nice and quiet place to stay - I arrived quite early in the morning and way before check in time but they prepared a room for me where the previous guests had already checked out. As I had to get up early that day, I felt beyond grateful for this. The room has a view on the pyramid which was incredible! For the check out they were again very kind and flexible, so I had a very convenient stay and appreciate their efforts. It was a bit cold in the room - but they had enough blankets to ensure a good night sleep

The property manager was very attentive during our stay and provided any additional needs. Great stay There was an instance where we didn't have hot water to shower. Not sure if this was a fluke but once we told the property manager, he got it going right away and everyone could shower!

• Bridgette (10/5): Excellent place for a good price - I stayed with my 2 year old daughter, and we had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean. The bed was really comfortable, the wifi was strong, and the shower had plenty of hot water. There is a cute seating area outside in garden. The staff were very nice and accommodating, letting me drop my bag off earlier than the check-in time. Everything was good!

Secure parking and a small internal garden area. Pleasantly decorated. Would be even better if they provided breakfast! Not many options for food in the village. Teotihuacan restaurants within walking distance but not to everyone's taste and budget!

• Marco (10/5): Pretty and magic - The posada/hotel is great. You can see the Pyramid of the Sun from the second floor rooms or from a large terrace on the same floor. It is a safe place with pretty Mayan decoration. The staff is really friendly and the facility is a brand new building. In my trip to the pyramids, before my arrival to the hotel, I suffered an injury and the manager was happy to clean and put a patch on my wound. Clean and nice place. Congrats and thank you guys
