SCOTT (8/5): Stairs and lots of them. - No where did it tell us the apartment was on the 4th floor and no elevator. We are all able to climb stairs but 4 flights a day plus large luggage was crazy. The apartment was comfortable and clean. No where close to store luggage without paying if the flight is late. S. Kensington is a great area.

alain (4/5): appartement très décevant et inconfortable - Rien ne convenait, cet appartement ne contient aucune réception et celle ci ce trouve à au moins 3km de l appartement. A la réception le personnel ne parle pas français mais que anglais. L'immeuble de l appart n'a pas d'ascenseur, nous étions au 3eme etages, appartement 4 et il y avait 70 marches à monter pour arriver à notre étage. Quand nous sommes arriver dans l'appartement, il était sale surtout la salle de bain et le salon. Les lits sont très inconfortables et il y a pleins de meubles inutiles dans tout l'appart.Vous n'êtes pas en sécurité car il y a pleins de personnes qui entre dans l'appartement. Le 1er jour nous avons eu 2 visites de personnes ayant la clef.
