Amanda (10/5): 10/10 Would definitely stay here again! - We had a wonderful stay at this charming small hotel in Ortigia. The location was perfect — tucked into a quaint, beautiful neighborhood and within easy walking distance of all the major landmarks, restaurants, and waterfront areas. It made exploring Ortigia incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The room was spotless, bright, and very comfortable. One of our favorite touches was the heated bathroom floor, which added a little extra luxury and comfort to the stay. The rooftop terrace was absolutely lovely and became one of our favorite places to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s café was also excellent, offering a great breakfast, delicious small lunch plates, and a perfect spot to stop for a quick drink during the day or evening. What truly made the stay special, though, was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always happy to assist with recommendations, questions, or anything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. Overall, this hotel had a warm, inviting atmosphere and was the perfect place to experience the charm of Ortigia. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sicily.

Helge (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel in der Ortigia. - Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt (Ortigia), die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist ein Abenteuer für sich, unbedingt auf die ZTL achten und sich absprechen mit dem Hotel. Parken geht dann am besten am Rand der Altstadt (ca. 17 EUR am Tag), ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, neu renoviert. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich bestellbar und sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind schön renoviert und komfortabel. Wir hatten auch eine Dachterrasse, die sehr schön aussah - aber für uns im Winter nicht nutzbar war. Wirklich als Ferienwohnung nutzbar sind die Apartments nicht, dafür fehlt zu viel Ausstattung. War für uns aber kein Problem, da wir das nicht vorhatten.

Is in dit deel van Syracusa echt wel een absolute aanrader . Wel beetje vreemd dat je bij een hotel bij incheck na 20 uur , 20 euro extra moet betalen

É possível fazer tudo a pé — restaurantes, mercado e principais pontos turísticos estão muito próximos. O quarto é confortável e bem equipado, com a vantagem de ter cozinha, o que nos permitiu preparar nossas próprias refeições com produtos frescos comprados no mercado local. Sterre (9/5): Aanrader ! - Heerlijk rustig en ruime kamers . Hoge plafonds, kleine keuken ( niet gebruikt want je kan overal lekker eten. ) perfecte ligging zowel dicht bij de kathedraal als heel dicht bij de zee. 2 nachten en we kregen een upgrade. Privat parking voor 25 euro per dag is absoluut aan te raden want parkeren is daar bijna niet mogelijk. Perfecte service Ontbijt wordt op de kamer geserveerd dus je moet wel de avond ervoor bedenken wat je wil ontbijten .

ISABELLE (10/5): Bel endroit au calme et en plein centre historique - Très bien placé, au calme car l’hôtel est en zone à trafic limité. Nous avons été surclassés en suite avec cuisine équipée. Belle décoration intérieure, literie très confortable, beaux éclairages. Bon petit déjeuner servi en chambre. Solarium en haut de l’escalier. La salle de douche mériterait une rénovation. Le chauffeur qui prend et rapporte la voiture est très mal aimable et ne porte même pas un sac ni ne tire une valise pourtant de format cabine et avec roulettes. Pour 25 euros la nuit ce n’est pas correct.

Staff were extremely helpful and helped us to arrange a transfer from the train station upon arrival. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Ortegia. The street outside was quite lively further up late on into the evening on Friday or Saturday. This didn’t bother us, but might if you are travelling with children. Other than that everything about our stay was great!

silvia (9/5): - La gestione è attenta e disponibile. Sicuramente la posizione è fantastica ed il servizio della colazione, anche se è servito in camera è curato e abbondante. Durante il nostro soggiorno si era rotto l’ascensore, ma la signora che si occupa della Reception ha provveduto a farci portare i bagagli in camera ed è stata gentilissima. Migliorerei le dotazioni dei bagni nel senso dell’arredo bagno un po’ datato, curerei sicuramente la terrazza dell’appartamento attico che è priva di ombrellone e di dotazioni di livello, di cuscineria e di un po’ di atmosfera. Struttura comunque, nel complesso da consigliare.
Angeline (10/5): Great location and super friendly staff - We got upgraded to a suite and the room was so beautiful and extremely spacious. Large bathroom, great location to the city, strong airco. Receptionists were extremely friendly and sweet and genuine. The elevator was broken during our stay and they helped one of us with carrying the bag upstairs. Broken elevator and they didn't offer to offer to carry the second suitcase upstairs.

Silvia (4/5): - Posizione Il prezzo è decisamente eccessivo rispetto alla qualità complessiva dei servizi offerti. Materasso e cuscini risultano molto scomodi e non all’altezza del livello che la struttura vorrebbe trasmettere. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato sabbia sul pavimento pur non essendo stati al mare, segno di una pulizia non accurata. Consiglierei vivamente di migliorare la qualità del sonno, investendo in materassi e cuscini più confortevoli.

Bigorre 65 (5/5): Hôtel bien situé dans Syracuse mais décevant quand aux prestations proposées. - L'emplacement est top. Le lit est confortable. Petit déjeuner correct pris dans la chambre. Pas de prise ou peu. Pas de peignoir. Flacons limites pour la toilette. Pas de rangement ni d'endroit pour poser les valises que l'on doit poser par terre. Ameublement très bas de gamme.
