Christine (8/5): - Die ruhige Lage inmitten von Feldern ist perfekt zum Ausspannen und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Region und das Meer. Die Gebäude sind sehr schön renoviert und auch der Garten - oder vielmehr ein kleiner Park - ist liebevoll gepflegt. Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Wegen der Temperatur haben wir ihn leider nicht genutzt. Das Studio war ebenfalls sehr sauber und wir haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Vincenzo hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer für uns da. Aufgrund der sehr schlechten Matratzen vergeben wir jedoch keine volle Punktzahl. Diese sollten dringend erneuert werden. Sowohl im Doppelbett, als auch in den Einzelbetten sind Federkernmatratzen vorhanden, bei denen man jede einzelne Feder spürt. Leider konnte Vincenzo auch keinen Topper organisieren, er hat jedoch zugesagt, unser Anliegen an das Management weiterzugeben. Zudem wurde über das 1.-Mai-Wochenende im Restaurant ausschließlich ein festes Menü angeboten. Unsere Anfrage, nur einzelne Gänge bestellen zu können, wurde leider abgelehnt.

Sybille (9/5): Beautiful property and amazing pool area - The facilities are very beautiful and very well maintained with gorgeous plants and flowers. The pool area is exceptional! The rooms are clean. We did not have a balcony as indicated when booked. Breakfast was delicious with many savory and sweet choices. The restaurant could be great, but it was a huge dining hall and looked like it was prepared for a big banquet. We would have liked to sit on the beautiful terrace and enjoy the the sunset, but since it was all lit up in bright lights, we felt strange sitting there, especially since we seemed to be the only guests.

Nikolai (8/5): Excellent Resort, pity Restaurant was not open - Beautiful resort with well kept gardens, large pool with views, perfectly located with a short drive to Marina di Ragusa. We specifically opt for resorts with an onsite restaurant for convenience (kids and babies). Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for 2 out of the 4 days due to weddings at the venue. Real pity as they could have informed us before.

marco (10/5): Bellissima e sintonia con belle atmosfere da libro di Bufalino e Camilleri, quasi gattopardesco. - La struttura si trova in posizione strategica perchè lontana dalla confusione della costa ma non troppo per raggiungere le principali località turistica sia sulla costa che sull'entroterra (10 min in auto per Donna Lucata e Marina di modica), una 30 ina di minuti da Modica, Punta Secca e Ragusa. Il posto è tenuto benissimo, atmosfera da masseria di buon gusto come difficilmente si trova in Sicilia, (detto da siciliano). L'attenzione dei dettagli ha fatto la differenza. Attenzione nell'arredamento, nel giardino che sembra essere un giardino botanico, nella scelta dei cibi sia per colazione che per pranzo e cena. L'attenzione alle necessità dei clienti, con genitori a ridotta mobilità e figlia celiaca, mi sono trovato accontentato e coccolato in ogni richiesta o anticipata la necessità sempre con sensibilità e riservatezza. Piscina molto bella, bella vista e clientela molto ricercata in tema di educazione e rispetto. Aggiungo che l'area familiare data dalla gestione rende il tutto più accogliente e famigliare. Leggendo in quei giorni Bufalino e visitando i luoghi di Montalbano consiglio vivamente la location, che centra il gusto romantico , quasi gattopardesco.

Emanuela (9/5): - La nostra idea iniziale era semplicemente prenotare un bel alloggio come base per goderci qualche giorno di mare, ma alla fine il resort si è rivelato talmente bello che non ci siamo mossi da lì per tre giorni interi. 🌸 La piscina è stata una vera oasi di pace e tranquillità, la stanza incantevole: spaziosa, super pulita e con graziose finestrelle affacciate su un verde rigoglioso e fiori meravigliosi. Il posto in generale è davvero mozzafiato, ma ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia di tutto lo staff. Un ringraziamento speciale al capo sala del ristorante, che ci ha trattato in modo impeccabile e ci ha fatto assaporare gran parte del menù (davvero eccellente!). Consigliatissimo!!! Anche se non siamo usciti dalla struttura, la posizione è ottima e comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona.

Adriana (7/5): - Struttura bella, con grande potenziale Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno non è iniziato nel migliore dei modi: all’arrivo, le camere non erano ancora pronte, nonostante fossimo ben oltre l’orario previsto per il check-in. Abbiamo riscontrato una certa disorganizzazione, con la reception spesso vuota sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Le stanze sono ampie, ma presentano alcuni elementi datati: il condizionatore funzionava a fatica e il bollitore era piuttosto vecchio. La colazione, seppur discreta, è risultata ripetitiva e con un’offerta salata molto limitata. Nel complesso, ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più.

Ancienne maceria restaurée avec la pierre du pays, magnifique ainsi qu’ une très belle piscine très propre où l on peut nager. Restaurant sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer Marina di Ragusa . Mark (10/5): Exceptional - It was everything we could ever ask for. The property was very quiet, we had the pool area mostly to ourselves. It is a very well kept property, the garden is amazing. The rooms are very spacious, it is a stone throw away from Marina di Ragusa just a 10 minute drive, yet it feels in the middle of nowhere. Vincenzo our host was very kind and offered us tips of where to go. The breakfast and food were divine. Its not cheap but its worth going as you get you money's worth. Thank you. You have to pay for a beach towel rather than the industry standard of paying a deposit to return the towels. But its a small thing compared to all the good I mentioned earlier.

The air conditioning in the room was a blessing and worked well. Short drive into town. Must bring your own pool towels or rent theirs.

Lisa (10/5): Peaceful and perfect - Silva Suri is beautiful, it’s 5km from Marina di Ragusa in the countryside, so you need a car. It is very peaceful and charming with stunning views. The gardens and pool are very, very well maintained and beautiful. The rooms are simple but again well maintained and spotless. Vincenzo couldn’t have been more hospitable. It is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing break. We liked everything. My teenager and 11 year old would have preferred it closer to the Marina and some life but it is a very short drive away and great to visit in the evening.

Patrick (10/5): A delightful rural property with a first rate restaurant, sea views and a short drive to the beach. - This is a wonderful converted family farm, still family run. The room was clean, with traditional furniture but a modern bathroom. The bonus for us was the on-site restaurant, and Luca the maitre'd who was a delight. The meal was exceptional both in quality and creativity and Luca's wine suggestion was an excellent accompaniment to our meal, which was one of the top three or four in a two week tour of Sicily. The property is large and could easily accommodate a destination wedding. It's also ten minutes from Casa Montalbano for those, like us, who are fans of the Commissario Montalbano tv series. Nothing.

And Vicenzo was so nice and helpful, gave us so much valuable recommendations on where to go and what to see.

Susan (10/5): Best place we stayed! - What a fabulous place to stay! Beautiful gardens and grounds, lovely swimming pool. Everything is immaculate and clean. The restaurant on the balcony with fantastic views is excellent. Vincenzo was so welcoming and provided great advice on places to visit. We would return without hesitation.
Thomas (7/5): The Restaurant Was Disappointing - The gardens, pool and grounds were attractive and well maintained. The reception we received was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh, plentiful and great choice. We were charged 180 euros for our room for 2 people for the night. I did not consider that the room was worth that, it being fairly standard. The air-conditioning was struggling to keep the room cool enough. We stayed here to have dinner at the renowned restaurant. The view from the terrace was stunning and the service was okay. We shared a ravioli for first course, which was very good. We had one glass of wine and 2 bottles of water.My wife had Angas fillet steak which was tough, dry and a bit overcooked. I had pork glazed with orange, which was okay. We each had dessert, which were underwhelming. The total was 88 euros. Our expectations were disappointed. It was poor value for the meals served.

Maria (9/5): Relaxing stay in a picturesque idyllic setting overlooking the sea and farm countryside of Ragusa. - Beautiful landscapes surrounding this idyllic refurbished/ redesigned luxury farm house. This is luxury with good taste. The breakfast choice was exceptional and the family/ staff were very welcoming and generous with their tips. Thank you Vincenzo, Rosa and to all the staff for your help. We highly recommend that you book a table at the restaurant in the evening. The food, wines and service are exceptional. As a suggestion, we recommend having more activities for older children on the grounds.
Marc (10/5): Beautiful resort with a great atmosphere near Donnalucata (Plaia Grande). - A beautiful resort next to Marina Di Ragusa close to Ragusa, Scicli and Modica. Easy access to Donnalucata that has a great beach - Plaia Grande (and also bars, supermarkets, ...). The breakfast every morning was great and a good way to start the day. The rooms are spacious and clean (housekeeping is very good). Very good air conditioning in all rooms. Easy available parking and a restaurant are all on the resort (a reservation is recommended for the restaurant). WiFi is excellent and available everywhere (even at the pool). The pool is extraordinary and a great way to end the day before getting ready for dinner. The hosts are very welcoming and give good advice for visiting the area. The staff are all smiling and helpful.
