- Guest (7/5): Nu! - Vilele f frumoase, se aseamana mult cu Grecia partea de Mera Villas Furnici in camera, miriapozi, la curatenie nu se schimba lenjeriile, nu se aspira, se arunca gunoiul si se schimba prosoapele. Am gasit bicuri folosite cu par in ele, chiuveta cu par pe ea, prosoape patate, furnicile ne-au intampinat de la intrare, furtunul la baie era rupt, mancarea fara gust. Pentru o familie cu un copil este destul de dificil, aceeasi mancare in fiecare zi, nici noi adultii nu am fost multumiti. Sucul nu e suc, e sirop cu apa, limonada nu mai zic, apa are gust de clor, ceva rau. APA DIN PISCINA, de ce se numeste piscina de copii incalzita ? La ora 10, piscina avea 21 de grade astazi. In conditiile in care la 8 e permis accesul. Plaja, nu recomand. Daca mergeti de 3 ori la "beach bar" (care este de fapt o cascarabeta, nici nu ne-am dat seama ca este bar pana nu ne-a indrumat cineva) a trecut ziua, barul este la intrarea pe plaja(care nu prea e plaja, sunt doar gropi, pietre si scoici. Fara incaltaminte copiii nu pot sta.)iar sezlongurile langa apa. Pe langa asta, nu au mai nimic. Un popcorn tinut acolo cu orele, aceeasi inghetata... bere, apa si cafea cu lapte sau expresso. Nu mai spun de drumul pana acolo, care este MIZER. Gunoaie peste gunoaie. Daca doriti fresh, frappe sau orice altceva la cazare se achita separat. Pot spune ca am cumparat cazare cu serviciul all inclusive tocmai pentru a ne fi mai usor cu cel mic, dar am stat in fiecare seara sa cautam ceva de mancare prin statiune si mai mereu pe la magazin pentru a cumpara apa, suc, de rontait si fructe. (Putine si lovite; stricate.)Locul de joaca nu este extraordinar, majoritatea jucariilor rupte, sparte sau fara roti. Am achitat 5200 de lei pentru 3 nopti, dar sincer mai mult de 2500 de lei MAXIM nu merita. Spre norocul nostru, nu ne -am intors cu enterocolita, dar am vazut destul de multe cazuri si am auzit la fel de multe pareri care coincid .
- nicoleta (8/5): All inclusive de România - una din putinele variante de la noi, scumpe, dar măcar decente - Camera mică, dar curată și cu vedere la mare, mâncare variata și gustoasa, băuturi Ok. Mi-au plăcut brățările cu CIP foarte practice pentru deschiderea camerei. Plaja lărgită nu mi-a plăcut , dar măcar erau șezlonguri pentru toți turiștii și aveai și intimitate . Parcarea păzită și gratuită este un avantaj . Aglomerația din restaurant. Deși s-a încercat împărțirea turiștilor in doua serii, prin brățări de culori diferite, in realitate, regula nu era respectata și pe nimeni nu interesa acest lucru. In zona meselor calde se formau cozi, fiind obligat sa aștepți aiurea sa se completeze o tava cu ceva dorit de către cei din fata ta, chiar dacă nu erai interesat și mâncai altceva. Debarasarea meselor de pe terasa se făcea foarte greu. Șezlongurile de la piscina erau mereu ocupate majoritar cu prosoape, oamenii apărând câteva ore mai târziu . Animația mai slaba ca in 2018. Beach barul a rămas pe poziție și este departe de mare. La fel și toaletele. Programul all inclusive de România , de tot rasul , mai mult o pensiune completa cu băuturi incluse in timpul meselor.

Personalul a fost atent la nevoile noastre , foarte important a fost parcarea gratuita. Multumim pentru gazduire Nu mi- a placut ca trebuia sa ne trezim foarte de dimineață să ocupam șezlonguri deoarece dacă veneam tarziu nu mai aveam posibilitatea sa avem șezlonguri în ziua respectiva iar sa mergi la plaja era foarte mult de mers pe jos, foarte multe alge exagerat de multe, mult pietriș, nu era nisip , ca să poți savura o bere sau o cafea trebuia sa mergi mult pe jos pana la un bitch bar...

- Monica (3/5): wouldn't recommend considering the price you pay for your stay doesn't match what you actually get. - food was nice. the services, the cleaning policy, the entertainment equipment was mostly broken (pool tables, table-tennis tables etc), no outdoor facilities in case of rain (and it rained a lot), the WiFi in the room wasn't working, was provided with a router which didn't work either.

Staff is extremelly nice, friendly and helpful. The kids pool is heated abd you'll find a good place for your kids even on cloudy days. Water slides are amazing, clean and not crawded at all Waiting time for All Inclusive food and drinks is ok. Hotel has a private beach, you have to walk for 7 minutes to get to it. There is a beach bar available for all inclusive packages. The room is also very clean and the bed is comfy. At the all inclusive restaurant, there is a big variety of foods including many seafood dishes and choices for kids as well. Evening shows are also great. Highly recommended for kids.

The evening concerts are very nicely presented especially for kids The hotel location is in Venus, the city / village is one of the worst I’ve seen. Don’t bother to go out with a stroller, there are a few restaurants that are mostly empty (to be fair, they were clean and food was good) . The rooms are small, especially if you are with kids

- Andrei (9/5): We had a good time. - I really liked the villas and the pool. Good and varied food. The beach is not so close to the hotel. An intermediate parking lot is necessary for those who check in/check out.

I didn't like the carpet on the floors because it retains moisture, also I would have liked a bigger window at the bathroom.

- Elena (8/5): Above average hotel, but disappointing sea - The hotel is really nice, big private parking, great rooms, clean, comfortable double bed, balcony big enough, food was ok- many choices for all tastes, there is a ‘kids corner’ also at the restaurant, but not a lot of variety. Very nice swimming pools, clean and well maintained, the pool for kids it’s heated (maybe too much), the sun beds and umbrella are ok, same goes for the beach - just the usual dirty mattresses. Every evening there were shows on site, live music mainly, shows for kids, entrainment for all ages, overall you could enjoy a nice evening before retiring to the room (the shows were finishing at 22:30). The location - Venus is not the best summer resort, the beach is ok but the sea it’s disgusting (there is a sewerage pipe 200 m from the Mera beach, in the middle of the public beach!!! Not fault of the hotel but this makes the whole ‘let’s go to the beach!’ into ‘ohhh God, don’t get yourself and specially NOT your babies into that sh!thole!!!’ (ofc most of the ppl didn’t care about that…🤷♀️) This is the biggest drawback, otherwise the rest was not so much bothering for us: some bad smell on the hallways, the restaurant had the feeling of a canteen where you eat with meal vouchers, but the outside terrace was nice - overcrowded all the time so you had to choice then to stay inside, the soft drinks were mostly sugar with water, we preferred to drink water or beer, you could have some alcoholic drinks at given times on decent quality. Finding a parking spot it’s a lottery, we got lucky that someone was leaving when we arrived, but only after the guard sent us to another parking that we couldn’t find; hotel is not really environmental friendly - they use plastic cups for everything!
