• Maite (10/5): Acogedor y buen descanso - Nos sorprendió para bien que en las camas había dos tipos de almohada, por si te gustan bajitas o altas poder elegir la que mejor se adapte a ti y así dormir mejor. En nuestro caso, dormimos y descansamos de maravilla y cada mañana en un paseito al lado del canal llegábamos al centro de Inverness, una maravilla!

Elle vous donne également une liste de restaurants à faire ainsi que le plan de la ville. La chambre avait une taille parfaite pour moi, qui voyageais seule. Un lit très confortable (et haut lol), un service à thé et café, une bouilloire et même une télé. La rue est calme, la chambre est lumineuse et très propre. Petit + pour la salle d'eau attenante. A 15 minutes de rdv pour l'excursion, je recommande ! RAS

The room was lovely and with everything you could possibly need. The bed aus exceptionally comfortable. Eilidh was so welcoming and great to chat about everything. Nothing, everything was perfect 👌

The area quiet and attractive with an enjoyable walk along the river into town. Our landlady very helpful and friendly, with lots of good advice about places to go and interesting snippets of local information. All fine. No dislikes. Maybe a place to dry wet clothes would have been useful.

Also she gave excellent recommendations for dinner and drinks. Room was very clean and great to have tea in the room. A few bottles of water would have been nice. We were upstairs so had to take bags. Luckily they were able to take them up for us. Whew!!

La decoración es super acorde al resto de la casa y está muy bien surtida con infusiones, café soluble... Me hubiera gustado tener opción de desayunar en el hotel

The host was extremely welcoming, kind, and always willing to provide helpful advice. You can often hear the movements of the other flatmates, and getting around by public transport is a bit inconvenient.

Les formalités d’entrée ont été bien vite expédiées : l’hôtesse s’est contenté de me donner les clefs et de me donner un petit formulaire avec les adresses. Pour ma part ça ne me pose aucun problème mais pour ceux qui s’attendent à une vraie chambre d’hôtes ça peut surprendre. Ensuite aucun contact sur les deux soirs où je suis restée. Je ne savais même pas où déposer les clefs à mon départ. Personne ne s’inquiétait de savoir quand je partais. J’ai été réveillée très tôt la première journée par les enfants qui criaient et le soir, il y avait de très fortes odeurs de cuisines dans la chambre qui par ailleurs est mal insonorisée : on entend tout chez les voisins ! Le mari est une personne très inquiétante. J’étais une femme seule et j’ai fumé à la fenêtre car il pleuvait. Il a frappé bruyamment à la porte sans se présenter. J’ai fini par ouvrir et il m’a hurlé dessus. Bien étrange manière de traiter une cliente. J’ai eu la peur de ma vie, j’ai cru qu’il allait me frapper. A fuit pour les femmes voyageant seules. Le prix est élevé pour une simple location de chambre sans petit déjeuner. Je ne recommande pas.

• Susan (9/5): A lovely atmosphere, and friendly, accommodating owners. I would stay here again. - Location was excellent - by the river, and a short walk to town. Staff friendly, rooms comfortable. No breakfast, as was clearly set out when I booked, but there are places nearby to eat.
• Marko (9/5): Wonderful room - The room is located close to the town centre in a 10-15 minute walking distance. It is small, but very comfortable, has a small table, a TV and a good bed. It is really clean and cosy and perfect for a solo traveller. I got really good recommendations for non-touristy spots in and around Inverness (I can't tell, otherwise they'll become touristy) and even for the next stage of my trip, Fort William. I would have liked a small cupboard or bench in the room.

• Silvia (8/5): Soggiorno tranquillo e pacifico lungo la riva del fiume - Si trova in una bellissima location vicino al fiume a due passati dal centro città, raggiungibile a piedi. La stanza era confortevole, pulita e con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo anche apprezzato molto la cartina che ci è stata data con anche i suggerimenti su dove mangiare e cosa fare!

It's located at 8 minutes walking to the Inverness Cathedral where's the start/end point for the fantastic tour to the Isle of Skye. The house has few rooms for the tourists with different names. My room was Skye and it had a private bathroom. The room had a decent size, very clean, the carpet was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, with clean bed sheets and a fashionable bed cover. A night table, a desk with an electric kettle and a tray with tea,coffee,milk. A small tv with few channels. The windows were tinted, hard to see inside from outside, and the view was just beautiful. It was to the park. The bathroom was clean with modern features. I got lots of towels for only 2 nights. The lady owner of the house was very friendly, living in the house with her family. They have an adorable dog too. Check in/out was extremely easy and fast. The place wasn't only beautiful, clean and quiet. It was the approach which was friendly and respectful. I regretted for booking for only 2 nights. N/A.

• Erik (9/5): Geweldig. Locatie top. Gastvrouw super. Schoon. - Super aardige gastvrouw. Alles heel schoon. Niks was te veel voor haar. Lekker bed. Locatie was super, afstand naar centrum was ongeveer 7 min lopen. Om de hoek ook goede eettenten en gezellige “ beer” distelery. Geen gezamenlijke ruimte om te zitten. Op kamer maar 1 stoel om op te zitten.

Der Raum und das Ambiente waren toll, tolle Atmosphäre und genauso wie man es sich vorstellt. Einfach perfekt für ein paar Tage. Gerne wieder Es ist etwas hellhörig, aber das war zu erwarten und auch überhaupt nicht schlimm. Sonst war alles Perfekt

The amenities for breakfast in the room are enough. The toilet is new, comfortable and very clean! We really enjoyed this stay! And the host, Eilidh, is super nice and helpful!
