A felszereltség maximális (minden reggel kávé, tea, kis keksz. Fogkefe, fogkrém, hajszárító, tusolósapka, tusfürdő, sampon, kézmosó, bidé, safe, hűtőszekrény, szekrény vállfákkal, vasaló. ) A törülközőket sűrűn cserélték. Én maximálisan elégedett voltam, elképzelhető, hogy még visszatérünk, de csakis erre a szállásra. Jó szívvel tudom ajánlani. -

- Karen (10/5): Excellent place to stay. - Great location just a few minutes walk from the historic city centre and a metro stop. There's an excellent cafe a few doors up to get breakfast. The room was much bigger than I expected, immaculately clean and modern, with a kettle, coffee pod machine, room safe and iron. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Top tip, to find the rooms; no.16 is on the left as you walk downhill, it's a pink building. Walk through the big archway, pass the security booth on the right, behind it is a small lift. Take that lift to the first floor, it opens into the hallway of the Luxury Suites. Or walk past the lift and up the stone staircase on the right. You want the door on the first floor, check out the doormat!

Asked prior to stay to leave luggage after check out and they replied yes however the only space to leave luggage was in the entry which was open to all and there was no staff, so they would not have been secure. Entry was tricky given gate at street was locked, door to hotel was locked, and door to our specific hotel room was locked.

Here’s the issue…THE SHOWER IS CRAP!!! if you want to take a hot shower after a long day walking through Naples, you’ll have to find a different hotel. Turning on the hot water, wasn’t an option. We thought it may have been a temporary problem so we didn’t say anything on our first night there, our fault for not changing hotels right away.

- Giulia (10/5): Consiglio al 100% - In primis il punto dove è ubicata la struttura è comodissimo tra la metro di Toledo e soprattutto Dante. Non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà a trovarla. Proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni al nostro arrivo, ma vorrei fare anche un plauso e soprattutto a Rossella per come ci ha accolto, come si prende cura delle stanze e degli ospiti, sempre con il sorriso. Quando siamo andati via ci ha offerto due bottiglie di acqua fresca. Ottimo!!! consigliatissimo!!! Pulizia e cortesia

This made things difficult as getting certain kind of assistance wasn’t readily available. The luggage hold didn’t feel very safe as you were just asked to leave it unattended at the front desk. It has 6 rooms and I think I've l stayed in each of them now :-) What I like most is that most of the rooms are spacious and clean and well-maintained, equipped with toiletries, daily cleaning etc. Location is great, close to Metro Dante and Piazza Dante. Check-in is easy, although I havent seen any desk person in all these times. But they are easily approachable via whatsapp. Access is via a lift which has always functioned when I was there. Some personal contact with a check-in desk person.

- S (8/5): Very good - The studio is on the 3rd floor of a building accessible from a courtyard by elevator only. The studio was small, but cleverly fitted out so that it felt quite big (sliding doors, new furniture and completely made to measure). Very clean. Security codes everywhere. And a stone's throw from the Dante metro station and the place to be for authentic Neapolitan living day and night. Nothing
