• Axier (8/5): Excelente - Céntrico, fácil de llegar, cómodo y limpio. Hacía calor, quizá un ventilador no hubiera venido mal, al ser habitaciones pequeñas y el calor de Madrid…. Por lo demás estuvo bien.
• Tatsiana (9/5): - Белоснежное белье и полотенца, удобная кровать, общая чистота. Ключ-ссылка на телефоне, которую отправляют при заселении, - невероятно удобная штука! Рядом и метро, и Лидл. Расположение хостела на столько в центре, что общественный транспорт может и не пригодиться. Время заселения и выселение - максимально клиентоориентированное. Нет ни общего чайника, ни холодильника, но об этом заранее было известно.

• Pierina (10/5): muy buen hospedaje - Muy limpio, cómodo, edificio antiguo precioso ubicacion inmejorable Si bien compartis el baño y las duchas siempre estaba todo impecable cama comoda no se puede dejar el equipaje ya que no hay recepcion, te ofrecen guardartelo hasta 17 hrs por 10 euros como alternativa. A tener en cuenta son 3 pisos sin ascensor

• cristina (1/5): El peor lugar. - Absolutamente nada me gustó, de echo,nos fuimos. Maltrato por sr qué está al frente,abusivo,espantoso. Nunca me sentí tan mal en un lugar. Booking como intermediario debería chequear los lugares que representa. En un momento, como no le gustó que pidiera auxilio a Booking, me llama por cel y me dice que me tiraría mis maletas a la calle!!! Tremendo, nos fuimos y Booking canceló mi hospedaje.No recomiendo bajo ningún concepto. Lugar que da miedo.Mi amiga quería retirar las cosas con la policía, debido al miedo que infundía dicha persona. Es de cuidar! Fundamentalmente no me gustó el maltrato recibido, machista,grosero y abusivo. Llegué a pedir auxilio.

• אביעד ציונית (8/5): - ישנתי בחדר פרטי לאדם, החדר מרווח ומספיק לאדם ואולי לזוג, שירותים נקיים, הצוות זמין בצ'ט של בוקינג, וגם בווצאפ, המיקום מצויין וקרוב להכל. מצויין למטיילים בודדים ביום הצ'יק אין הטיסה התעכבה, ואיחרתי ולא היה לי איך להודיע, העובד צוות מאוד כעס שהפרעתי לו לישון ושלא הודעתי, איים שלא יכניס אותי, שזו לא בעיה שלו. לאחר אינספור התנצלויות נתן לי להיכנס, ביאס לי את הקבלת פנים. אבל חוץ מזה היה בסדר אין שירותים ומקלחת בחדר.

• Patrick Charles (9/5): Excellent stay - Ideally located near Garibaldi station, with direct buses from the airport and easy access to the metro lines. The staff is extremely friendly, speaks English, and even takes the time to exchange a few Italian expressions, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is very clean, with tiled and quiet rooms that are serviced every day.

• Miguel (10/5): Volverenos seguro - Muy muy bien. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas, habitaciones grandes y muy buena comunicación con el anfitrion. De hecho, nos dejó salir más tarde sin coste alguno por no tener otra reserva, un placer.

• Michael (7/5): Despite the noice at 2 am, I enjoyed my stay. - The location is good with a nice airy and clean room. Also the check was smooth. They have an app which you use to unlock the main entrance door of the the building. Then you use the app to unlock the main door to the hostel and also your room. I do not feel that this is a good idea, as if one loses their phone or has it stolen, you can not unlock the doors. I was woken up at 2 am by someone banging very loudly on the entrance door on the street. They were obviously locked out. Also someone at this same time was watching TV or listening to a radio.

• Guzmán (10/5): La recomiendo - La ubicación y la habitación estaba genial. Lo que cambiaría son las almohadas, eran muy incómodas y no podía dormir bien
• LUIZA (8/5): Ótima localização - Quarto bem espaçoso e limpo. A localização é bastante central, pertíssimo do metro. As casas de banho são partilhadas, mas como tem várias, sempre tem alguma disponível. O staff é prestativo e simpático. A única coisa menos boa é que o hostal fica no terceiro andar, sem elevador.

• Jen Velandia (10/5): - Despite all the set of stairs to climb with luggage in and out, which are rather dark at night, the rules are clear, the bathrooms and the floor itself are clean, and the room is light and comfortable, with good storage and a desk. Good location near Sol and you can walk to el Rastro market by foot, it's just 10 minutes away. Check in and access was completely online, so its important you have data on your mobile phone for you to access the hotel, the floor entrance and your room. Only downside is that you have to take your mobile with you, even to the bathroom.

Tudo muito.limpo. Sistema de chaves digitais funciona muito bem. Achei a escada lindas (mas sei que tem.gente que irá reclamar de subir 3 andares). Eu gosto!

• Milagrosa (9/5): - El edificio antiguo me gusta. El precio pero la cama no es muy cómoda , las almohadas sin muy duras y no hay ascensor para ser un tercer piso.
