- Bethan (10/5): Amazing people - I would really recommend staying here, it’s in a brilliant location a short walk to the centre but much more peaceful with beautiful views over the river from the rooftop terrace. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean and had everything you could need for your stay. The people working here are all so helpful, I extended my stay and booked a bus to Laos through them but it left early without me. One lady had come with me to the bus station and then took me herself to catch up with it. I really appreciate the kindness in making sure I caught it and thank you so much again!

- philip (10/5): Great Place for Your Stay in Hue - This place is the best option for its price. The rooms are nice, breakfast is tasty with a lot of options. During my stay I've met lots of interesting people there. However, the most precious is the staff. People who work there try to do their best to make you feel good! There are none. I mean you can find them if you want, but keep in mind the price per night, it is really reasonable

- Alemar (10/5): - The family who own the place is the nicest, they offer drinks, buses, shooter and bicycles for rent, everything with good prices, the breakfast is really tasty and you can have as much coffee as you want, the facilities are really nice comfortable beds and good Wifi. Shampoo, soup, toothpaste and toothbrush, water for free. I did my check out in the morning but the bus was going to pick me up at night, the hostess let me leave my luggage there and take a shower before leaving.

- Oleksii (10/5): Fantastic cozy place in Hue ❤️ - I had an amazing stay in Hue! The property is an old mansion with beautiful charm, offering a stunning view from the top overlooking the river. The location is very convenient - you can easily walk across either bridge to reach the central walking area. What made it even more special is that it’s situated within a local community, giving a more authentic experience. The people around are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff at Nam Phuong Villa truly made my stay exceptional. They are warm, kind, and always ready to help. The breakfasts they prepare are delicious and thoughtfully made each morning. I would definitely stay here again!

Refillable coffee with condensed milk. Most staff were friendly and chatty. Great location, quiet but not too far. Building had a great view on the roof. Would definitely reccomend for hue We rented an automatic scooter through them which was cheap but was very old so maybe check this if you plan to rent one.

- Mochileroo (6/5): Regretted staying here - I regretted staying here, because of the room and the location. I booked the deluxe room because it specified windows with city view. But my room's windows faced a busy and loud balcony where people would sit and talk on the phone. And that balcony's view was completely covered by a large tarp (???). So it was loud, plus I had no view of the outside. I had to either keep the curtains closed or open them and have everyone looking into my room. I asked to move to a different room, and after two nights they moved me to a room with external windows and balcony, but a smaller bed and a broken TV. Bed were comfortable and AC worked fine in both rooms. Included breakfast was nice. But the first two days they got my order wrong, and the last day they completely forgot about my order, I had to chase after them to get the breakfast. Might have just been bad luck. They were very apologetic. Location is further away than it looks on the map. The nearby bridge is under construction, so you have to walk 10 min along the canal to the farther bridge. Unfortunately it rained constantly during my stay, and all the roads to the hotel flood. So to get anywhere I had to walk through the flooded road. There's a few restaurants on that side of the river, but only serving mussels; so if you want non-mussels you need to walk to the city center. Overall, I would not stay again. Staff were very friendly though; spoke English and a little bit of German and French. (Their friendliness is probably why the rating is so high.) If staying in a dorm or you don't care about windows in a private room, it's a good option except for the location.
