Complete basic essential items such as fridge, washing machine, rice cooker, gas stove, dining table and chairs, water heater, living room sofas and tv, bedroom with pillows and blanket, air conditioners. 4. Simple instructions given by owner upon checking in. 5. Fast action from owner when complaint about the faulty sink faucet. 6. FOC 6L mineral water by owner 🤭. 1. Rusty shelf toilet rack. Maybe it's due for a change. 2. Master bedroom bathroom water low pressure. 3. No hook for hanging towel and cloth in the bathroom. 4. No other issue besides the above mentioned.

- Nursila (1/5): Disappointed Homestay & Not recommend - It's near with the beach 1. The unit is not what we booked. Suppose 1 room but it have 3 rooms. 2. The key room that owner declare(C1-2-3) is different number from the security guard book(C111) 3. Location of the block which is quite remote and distance from other home stays, resulting in an environment that feels too isolated. Additionally, the building is situated a significant distance from the main post guard. 4.On my floor itself, don't have any other guest or people stay. Too scary.. 5. The owner of homestay saying he left things (towels) at the house and want to take it when we arrived the unit. It's not professional for my opinion. 6. We don't even sleep or stay there more than 1/2 an hour. We request for refund but the owner don't want to refund. 7. Very disappointing accommodation

- Juraimi (7/5): First experience in Port Dickson - The apartment owner, Mr. Rosli, and his daughter, Ms. Atiqah, were both very helpful and friendly. According to locals, Cocobay is one of the safest condominiums, with strict security measures that make incidents of theft or robbery rare. The location is also convenient, as it is within walking distance of Purnama Beach, an ostrich farm, the Benns chocolate tour, and the Yatch Seafood Restaurant. The buildings are in a state of disrepair. Cocobay management must take immediate action to paint the entire property, repair the tennis court, back gates, lifts, and swimming pool. These improvements are essential for maintaining the quality of the property.

- SUAIDA (6/5): - We cannot see the beach from the place that we stayed. We were quite dissappointed because we expected to be able to walk along the beach. The only swimming pool available was quite far from our place. The badminton courts were also not properly maintained. Many houses were unoccupied during our stay. The place is suitable for sleeping & watching TV only with no other extra activities to be done.
