Guest Reviews
- roddy (10/5): Really lovely :) - Breakfast was really lovely - I thought it would just be a buffet style, but it also had hot food to order The wi-fi struggled to connect a bit
- Kathleen (10/5): Westville Hotel Stay - We loved everything about our stay. Staff went above and beyond to help us both. The staff even remembered us from previous visits. Which was lovely. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Food was excellent. Accommodation was immaculate too. There's nothing I could fault. It was an excellent stay and that is why we keep coming back twice a year.

- Alan (10/5): Excellent 2 nights - Everything was such a nice trip and lovely hotel clean and friendly! Nothing I didn’t like…..would stay again in a heartbeat.
- Rodney (8/5): Or stay was ok weather wasn't great - The breakfast was very good and Jackie was great
- Alan (4/5): A poor experience - The staff were fine and the food we ate in the bar was pretty good. It wasn’t a great experience for us. When we checked in we discovered that the doors on the shower in the room wouldn’t close because it had come off of the tracking rail. It couldn’t be fixed because it was a Sunday. Surely the room and the shower should have been checked before we arrived? So we had to move to a different class room which was far smaller and not that nice. The hotel refunded some part of the cost via Booking.com. The rest of our stay wasn’t great. There was a poor choice of TV channels and all of the BBC Channels said ‘No Signal’ when we tried them. Yet we received the BBC channels in all of the hotels we stayed at in the Republic of Ireland. Little things also weren’t great. We told Reception that the safe in our room was locked. They said it would be fixed. It wasn’t. We went out at about 10 am on the day after we arrived and came back at 2pm to find that the room hadn’t been serviced. We were told that priority was given to arriving guests even though check in isn’t until 3pm. In the end we decided not to have the room serviced as we wanted a rest. No plug points on one side of the bed seemed very odd in a hotel. At room service breakfast we had a little jug of milk for a huge amount of cereal and no toast arrived even though we ordered it. Not a 4* hotel in our view.
- megarry (7/5): - Parking was good Noisy room
- Wilton (5/5): - Room was good size ,comfortable bed and bathroom was spacious with bath and shower.
Complementary treat in room on arrival, coffee machine and kettle.
Safe in cupboard.
Breakfast was good . Was informed by hotel on day that payment was took from Booking. Com that a function was being held and car parking might be an issue.
Function was to be over at 11pm according to the information conveyed to me . Thought ok that's fine , will be wrapped up by 11.30 pm and I can live with that.
At 02.00 am in the morning the function was ending and was so loud I thought i had booked into a techo club with the boom boom noise.
If i had a chance to cancel without losing my payment on day I was informed of function I would have.
Also to be told function was to 11 pm and then it still being noisy until roughly 02.30 am was a disgrace.
Think I got 5 hours sleep and my wife was very angry, not a pleasant stay .

- vontrapp66 (10/5): Westville Wins Our Voteui - We stayed in Westville in Enniskillen on 15th March. It was our anniversary and we wanted to treat ourselves. We had been in the Ballyshannon drama festival and were on our way home. We checked in with a lovely receptionist and went to our room. We had asked for a quiet room and that was what we got. It was so quiet. The bed and linen were so clean and the bed so big and comfortable. The facilities are excellent: hairdryer, ironing board and iron, plenty of towels including large bathrobes, a full length mirror and a clean, spacious room with a lovely bathroom en suite. We decided to stay in the Westville for dinner as it was quite cold outside and met Theo at the bar, what a lovely young man. He made us feel so welcome and is really interesting. We then ordered our meal. I had sirloin steak which was perfectly cooked with chips and salad. It was delicious. I have to say I asked for medium rare and it was exactly how I asked for it. The chips were delicious and the salad had dressing which complimented the meal beautifully. I find salad in meals is usually forgotten about i mean just lettuce with no dressing. This chef knows what they are doing. A lovely meal. My husband had fish and chips which he really enjoyed. Ellie served us. I ordered a cabernet sauvignon and she took a glass of wine to our table. She then returned as I was taking a sip. She said that is a merlot I apologise I will change it for you. The merlot was lovely so I said no it is fine but thanked her for her honesty. She was so lovely and attentive to our needs. I was so impressed. Lovely hotel with lovely staff. I slept like a baby in the comfortable room. We took a bottle of the merlot to our room as it really was lovely so well done Ellie on the recommendation. Would I return? Definitely...if I was in the area this would be my destination. Congratulations Westville! You really are on our hotel map now; based on your lovely staff (mainly) and the excellent facilities.

The service overall was excellent and the location is great just a relative short stroll from the towns amenities for example the shops, supermarket and the bus station.
Thanks again for a lovely stay and I highly recommend. One of major pluses too is a great pint of Guinness to which really does go down well.

- Gerald (6/5): Have been to Enniskillen 4 or 5 times this hotel is not for us. - The breakfast was fine. The room cleaning could have been a lot better.
The noise from the refrigerator containers outside was not what we expected.
- Monika (6/5): Ich würde nicht wiederkommen. Für den Preis etwas Besseres erwartet. - Freundliches Personal,
