• NATALIEMICHELE (10/5): My favourite hotel in the south of France - We stayed here as a family of 4 as needed a place to stay for a wedding in the area and we were blown away by the friendly staff and loved how this felt like a “home from home”. We have family in the area so we visit the south of France often. I will now always book to stay here going forward as it was a fabulous stay. Rudolph was very helpful to us during our stay and the spa is absolutely AMAZING! I wish they allowed children in here so I could enjoy it with my family. The only thing I would change about this hotel is making the outdoor pool heated as it’s freezing. If this was heated then this place would be perfect. We missed our flight home due to an iron man event at nice airport making getting in the airport extremely difficult so we returned back to this hotel. I’d like to say thank-you to the whole team for making our vacation here so wonderful and I will be returning next year and every year going forward now. Can’t wait to return. See you soon!

• 647arias (2/5): Unhygienic Room and Poor Service - I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Èze. Upon arrival, I found a serious ant infestation in my room — they were everywhere, even inside my personal belongings and shoes. I immediately reported the issue to the reception, but the staff informed me that no solution was available until the next day. This made the room completely uninhabitable for the night. I expected better hygiene and customer service, especially for the price paid. Unfortunately, no compensation or refund was offered despite clear evidence of the problem. I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
• 214elnazs (2/5): Dirty room - I stayed at Les Terrasses d’Èze and had one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever encountered. The room I was given was disgusting — there were ants all over, and the overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk, but was told there were no other rooms available and no solution was offered. I was forced to stay the night in a filthy, unhealthy environment because every other nearby hotel was fully booked late at night. The staff showed no sense of urgency, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right, either during my stay or after. I later disputed the charge through my bank, but it was denied simply because I stayed the night — as if I had a real choice. If you care about cleanliness, basic hospitality, or even the minimum level of health safety, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. For a place charging premium prices and presenting itself as a luxury property, this experience was absolutely disgraceful.

The spa is exceptional, with world-class treatments and state-of-the-art facilities that invite pure relaxation. Although the gym is on the smaller side, it’s perfectly convenient and even provides yoga mats so you can practice outdoors while enjoying the panoramic view. The infinity pool and its serene surroundings create an atmosphere of total peace, ideal for unwinding. Breakfast is served as a generous outdoor buffet overlooking the sea — a perfect way to start the day. The location is also very convenient, with Monaco just 30 minutes away, and Uber service readily available. Overall, a wonderful combination of beauty, wellness, and accessibility.

• tigryonok (10/5): Great overnight stay - We had chosen the place for the views to relax a bit on our way from Beziers to Verona - no regrets. Rooms have spectacular views over the Cote d'Azur and are kept very clean and neat. They also feature a large terrace, and the very comfortable beds are arranged in such a manner that you can enjoy the view, too. One of the main attractions certainly is their infinity pool (which gets quite deep on one side) with the near infinity view - very pleasant relaxation there despite the fact that the area around the pool itself is rather small. Dining at their restaurant was a great experience as well, but reservations are highly recommended. Breakfast was outstanding. An enormous amount of bakeries, fruits, sausages, jams, cheese, and breads - with a view. Spa is upon reservation/booking, and they dont allow kids under 16 into their sauna, so here we had to pass (no problem for an overnight stay).

The infinity pool was wonderful, and though we didn’t get to try them, the grass tennis courts and gardens were quite appealing. The staff seemed a little annoyed compared with other places we stayed, but the location more than made up for it.

The spa facilities were impressive—peaceful, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding after exploring Èze Village. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh local produce, delicious pastries, and a wide selection of hot and cold options, all enjoyed with that incredible view. This hotel is perfectly located—just a short drive to the charming medieval Èze Village, Monaco, and Nice yet it feels wonderfully secluded and serene. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway on the Côte d’Azur, Hôtel Les Terrasses d’Èze is the place. We can’t wait to return!
• carolineacrichton (8/5): Great location - beautiful place, very clean, mixed service could be improved a little - Great views, lovely food, nice room, good on cleanliness but some aspects of service were not great. Bar lady and lady who served at the pool side was harassed, over worked and didn't have enough support, we felt like an inconvenience, she was huffy and we had to stand for over 15 mins to wait for drinks at times, while she concentrated on clearing towels and glasses and not serving. After a 3 course meal on the terrace we asked for espresso and she told us no because the coffee machine was closed now - even though you can order drinks including coffee via room service until 2 am . This hotel is wonderful BUT you cannot walk anywhere from here, and this was not clear when booking. it is not safe and you do not have any pathways. I am sure they do not publish this because you feel trapped in a compound which is very restrictive and results in needing a taxi to get anywhere. I would also say its not a great place for kids, out teenager made the best of it but it really seems more like an adult only place - not a fun place just somewhere serene to relax. The service on reception, evening meals and breakfast was great - a few members of staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome and they were warm and friendly - the only blip was really the woman behind the bar, she was boarding on rude at times.

• spaceman54 (10/5): Why is this not a 5 star hotel? - After a disappointing stay at a so called five star boutique hotel in Menton we were delighted to spend our last night on The Cote d’ Azur at this fantastic hotel. Set on the hillside overlooking the sea everything about this establishment was 5 star. The food, the service, the pool,the rooms & of course the stunning location.
• Kate (2/5): POOR SECURITY!!! Be warned - I stayed at this hotel at the end of July. Housekeeping left MY ROOM OPEN ALL DAY/NIGHT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Someone started to clean my room and left. Leaving THE DOOR OPEN ALL DAY/NIGHT. I cam back at 2am or so and my room was 100% open to everyone who wanted to enter. The room was a mess and my bracelet is missing. This is terrible!! I have never had anything like this happen to me The hotel said they were doing an investigation. It's been three weeks. NO NEWS. Although this is a lovely spot I cannot recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is only 4 minutes drive to Eze village (although the village is close, it is not advisable to walk, it is dangerous with the winding narrow road). It is in a beautiful location and we had an amazing view of the sea. We had great massages at the spa. Everyone was very friendly! Most importantly for us - we ran into trouble with our rental car - it broke down on us twice and the hotel was super nice about helping us communicate with the rental agency. I felt the hotel really did what we needed it to do - and we were so grateful!

• Xiang Yun (10/5): - We stayed in one of the two top floor suites and it was amazing! In the French Riviera, it is hard to find wheelchair accessible accommodation on the hill with sea view. This hotel is fully accessible and my suite even comes with a private parking spot right next to the room. All the staff are friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!
• Stephen (10/5): This is a 5-Star property!!! - Worth the extra 20 minutes outside of Nice. Resort built into the cliffside with spectacular views towering of Eze Bay. Zero edge pool overlooking the water defines paradise. Super contemporary, great staff, gorgeous restaurant on-site with the same views and only 5 minutes to Eze Village, which is quite possibly the most quaint village we've ever experienced in Europe! Don't think twice about booking this place.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great views from balcony - I booked this weekend stay with a friend after a brief stay in Nice. We took an early walk to the village of Eze, which took about 30 minutes and did some exploring there. Our room was a good size, the sea-view balcony being the highlight. The staff all were very nice and helpful. Two things were not up to 4 star standards; one being a very deep bathtub/shower combination which with a half glass partition, and a slippery tub, were quite treacherous. The other was paper cups for coffee/tea and drinking water; an easy upgrade.

• Blair (10/5): - Our stay at the hotel was very good overall. The views are truly world-class, with every balcony facing the sea. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—made even better by enjoying it on the deck overlooking the water. We had dinner at the hotel twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The food was average at best, and on the second night, the service was sloppy and inattentive (particularly Philippe). Fortunately, Florence stepped in and helped improve the situation somewhat. If the food and dinner service was better I would give it a perfect rating.

Spa and swimming pool world class. Short ride to Monte Carlo country club. Uber rides but more cost effective than taxis. Monte Carlo does not allow uber only taxis.
• Ion (6/5): - Terrible water pressure … such an awkward bathroom … my guess we got placed into a room with handicap access - no bathtub … the second bed was made from a foldable couch, very uncomfortable and noisy … for 1 night - it did the job .. would I stay there again - I don’t think so.
• Rick (6/5): - Luxury hotel but in price only. Amenities sub par. Isolated location. Cheap instant coffee Cheap linen Expensive Restaurant but a great ocean view. I guess that is what you’re paying for.

• julia (8/5): Nice - It’s a beautiful property and the staff is lovely but there were some sound proofing issues. For some reason we could hear all sorts of noise from above us. Something about the construction. But maybe if we had a different floor it wouldn’t be an issue. Other than a few bad sleeps, it’s a lovely hotel with breathtaking views.

• Trisha (10/5): - We stayed here for 3 nights and it was incredible. The view from our room was phenomenal and the staff was great. We had dinner once at the restaurant and the ambience and food was great. I will always be biased as this hotel is where I got engaged, my partner proposed to me during our stay here on the balcony overlooking the best views. Highly recommend it as it was 15 min to Monaco and a few min to Eze Village.
• Tania (4/5): - When you see the picture it looks like a paradise in reality the hotel is soooooo old, it definitely shouldn’t cost more than $40/night to stay there yet they charging $250/night min A recommendation to take the money and invest in remodeling

• Kathleen (10/5): - Wow. Awesome view. The spa is amazing and at the infinity swimming pool you can't tell where the pool ends and the Mediterranean Sea begins! The rooms are large and modern with upscale bathroom fixtures. Breakfast is standard, no fresh omlettes or eggs benedict prepared individually. Coffee is aweful. Wish they would return to fresh brewed instead of the automic expresso machine version.
• G3512EIgeorgeh (10/5): After a disappointing start - On arrival we had a problem with the rooms we booked. The night manager came up with a temporary solution and the next day the Manager Angela Ricci sorted everything out with professionalism and empathy. In fact the whole team was excellent. The views from the restaurant and bedrooms are outstanding and difficult to beat. The breakfast was good and the Sunday buffet lunch excellent. The location and amazing views speak for themselves but the kindness and friendliness of the staff made the stay memorable.
• Leigh (10/5): - The staff was amazingly attentive. The room was fairly small but had great views. The entire hotel had great views. We especially loved the endless pool with (once again) spectacular views of the sea. There was one caveat: some of the large tiles on the patio and pool area came loose when stepped on. I almost tripped on the room patio and my friend just about lost her balance in the pool area. But would we come back? Definitely!!

• CARMEN (10/5): - Amazing unobstructed view of the sea. The hotel is quiet and beds are comfortable. The restaurant was also very good, runs a 60€ pre-fix menu with a starter, main and dessert. It is better to have a car if you stay at this property so you can freely explore the surrounding areas. The property is less than 5 mins drive to Eze village, 30 mins away from Monaco and 10-15 mins away from nearby braces.

Great room, magnificent view and it Stop there … restaurant is terrible… “ soupe de poisson “is from a can… do not eat there, Phillip is condescending… lightening is terrible On the terrace… no towels for the pool… just one staff sharing with you that he is in overtime…bring your wine and food and stay in the room..
