- Carlos (1/5): EXELENTE UBICACION PERO PESIMA ESTANCIA! - La ubicacion es muy buena y comoda, cuenta con acceso a la plaza los cual te facilita mucho el no tener que salir si no es necesario. Las camas tenian mal olor, colchas y almohadas tenian un olor a usadas, pedi que las cambiaran y la persona de limpiesa me dijo que ese era el olor a desinfectante, nos cambio un solo forro de almohada y ese si tenia un buen olor lo que quiere decir que lo demas era muy probable que estaba sucio o usado. El baño durante toda la estancia apesto a drenaje tanto que si dejaba la puerta abierta del baño se apestaba toda la habitacion. Coloque el letrero de no entrar en la puerta baje y al regresar encuentro a la persona de limpieza adentro de la habitacion, traia una bolsa de basura en sus manos no habia cambiado nada ni toallas ni tendido camas lo que me parecio de muy mal gusto agregandole que genero desconfianza porque yo deje el letrero de no entrar. Se fue la luz nos quedamos sin aire durante un buen rato de la noche.

Marqué varias veces para preguntar ls instrucciones y se me dieron mal. El acceso es por el estacionamiento pero solo en un sótano en especial. No me lo especificaron y estuve dando vueltas por todo el centro comercial y el estacionamiento con maletas. Ya llegando al hotel el personal es muy amable, pero el hotel no es bueno. Mi habitación era muy sucia, el hotel para nada es 5 estrellas, ya no es lo que era antes. Mis sábanas sucias, mi colcha también y en la cama había pelos. Tuve que cambiar de hotel no duré ni 30 minutos ahí.

The location is pristine, just inside a mall with tons of food options, stores and activities. Staff was always friendly and were eager to acomodate me and my partner in a room with a nice view.

Lo dije dos veces en recepción y al tercer día ya lo limpiaron. El WC olía a tubería y se atascaba con facilidad. El personal no era del todo amable, correcto pero no agradable.

I could see the hotels right across the street as well as the mountains!! It's also convenient that you can take the elevator downstairs to the attached mall and go shopping. I do feel the bathroom could have been a little more clean. The toilet had a weird gas-like smell coming from it.

En el area de terraza y alberca, deberian de tener unas sombrillas para disfrutar mas de los camastros cuando el sol esta muy fuerte, no hay donde refugiarte del sol y eso puede hacer que te retires pronto.

- Saldaña (7/5): Más o menos - Ubicación La habitación de minusvalidos realmente no está preparada para ello, tiene pasamanos muy por detrás qué no facilitan en nada, la regadera esta rara, los mandos están en el otro extremo de la regadera, lo cual no es cómodo... el sanitario no cuenta con descansa brazos lo qué en mi caso fue inútil poder sola ir al baño, siempre mi hija tuvo que ayudar a levantarme.
