Nice bathroom, modern features. Very easy to get cars at any hour to take you downtown thru the Yandex app, never had to wait more than a minute. Good breakfast! Our room had a smell of cigarette smoke overall, strong in a few spots. Our quality of sleep was not the best due to 1) lack of blackout curtains (only simple shades in the room that let the light through) and 2) highway noise even at the 12th floor (not much the hotel can do about).

- Roman (9/5): Почти идеально! - Отличный персонал, очень чисто, парковку не без труда, но найти всегда можно. Виды великолепные, особенно в хорошую погоду - видно Арарат. Рядом молл - считай, все что нужно в шаговой доступности. С удовольствием будем останавливаться еще! Завтрак хороший, но можно сделать лучше без особых издержек для заведения - например, добавить чай (кипяток + пакетики), какие-нибудь базовые соусы (масло, уксус, кетчуп, горчица). Сложно найти вход на самом деле - лифт везет только на 13 этаж без разблокировки картой, сразу не разберешься. Интернет так себе, для работы невозможно использовать, пришлось использовать мобильный.

We booked three rooms, only one of them had internet. The TV didn’t work, and the staff didn’t fix it within our three days stay, even after we asked several times. Very uncomfortable pillows. Loft apartment had a very terrible smell in the bathroom

- Светона (10/5): Рекомендую - Отличное расположение. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Комфортные и полностью упакованные посудой апартаменты. Очень рекомендую. Вид на Ереван! И наличие рядом торгового центра ещё добавляет к рейтингу. При всем великолепие есть маленький недостаток- интернет. Он нестабильный, иногда исчезает совсем. Обращаюсь к руководству: устраните этот момент.
- Stefan (2/5): Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht - Zimmer recht schön. Besonders die Beleuchtung. Ruhig. Mall mit Foodcourt direkt nebenan. Man wollte erst einmal mehr Geld von uns weil wir angeblich nur für 2 gebucht haben, dafür mussten wir schon ein bisschen diskutieren und unsere Buchung zeigen auf der zum Glück ziemlich klar ersichtlich war das wir für unseren Sohn mitgebucht haben. Das ist uns 2mal widerfahren, beim 2. Mal war es noch schlimmer. Und das für das 4 Personen Appartement! Heizung gab es bei 8⁰C nachts erst auf Anfrage. Schimmel im Bad. Dusche kalt. Fön fehlt. Hätte man ggf.auf Anfrage haben können, haben halt nicht gefragt. Frühstück war total chaotisch, zu wenig Plätze und das Essen war eher leer und wurde zögerlich nachgelegt. Wenn man genug Zeit mitbringt kriegt man aber das meiste. Das Gäste alles auf den Teller legen und volle Teller zurückgehen lassen kann man dem Hotel wohl nicht vorwerfen. Schade, dases halt kein Kuchen mehr für uns gab...

Чистые и большие номера, в номере есть всё необходимое. Очень всё понравилось, рекомендую! Единственное минус, это интернет, в нашем номере очень плохо работал( Если интеренет настроить то будет 10 из 10 :)

Включённые завтраки - выбор небольшой, но можно неплохо позавтракать. Дополнительно за отдельную плату делают очень неплохой кофе. Вежливый персонал. Останавливаемся здесь второй раз. Очень маленькие телевизоры в номере. Дюймов 25 наверное. Не отдохнёшь вечером под сериал :)

Усталая ванная комната, отсутствие напора воды, отсутствие зубных принадлежностей, каналы телевизоров не работали, отель не сразу можно найти (нет вывески) и прочие мелочи.

- Sergey (10/5): - Был проектор, хороший звук, можно подключить свой ноут и все сразу работает. Квадратный экран для прямоугольного ноута уже вызывает вопросы, но на практике не так страшно. Внутри очень много места, много воздуха, приятно находиться в пространстве. Внутри есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Рядом с отелем активно несколько строек, в номере тонким слоем пыль незаметная глазу, но остающаяся на одежде, надеюсь временно. Вылетали рано и хотели вернуть деньги за завтрак — не получилось. Попросили подарить наш завтрак другим гостям — снова не получилось (с очень странной причиной). От ланчбокса отказались.

Our room was clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed — everything felt comfortable and well planned. The mountain views from the balcony were amazing, and having a terrace made the experience even more special. The staff were the best — friendly, attentive, and truly welcoming. This is definitely our favorite hotel, and next time we will stay here again. We will also gladly recommend it to our friends!

- Diana (10/5): Все было отлично, вернусь еще раз - Чудесные апартаменты, шикарный вид на город и Арарат. Завтраки очень понравились всегда было что выбрать. Отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал. Отдельно хочется отметить что дизайн самого отеля в современном стиле с национальными элементами, смотрится крайне свежо! Было бы чудесно заменить дверь в ванную комнату, на нее попадают капли воды из душа и она сильно разбухает от этого, также в ванной комнате присутствовал запах сырости, что не очень приятно, но не критично.

Отдельн - Потрясающий дизайн квартиры, все продумано до мелочей и очень удобно. Веранда заслуживает отдельных 5 звезд. Так же понравились завтраки. Немного сложно было попасть вовнутрь в первый раз- не совсем понятно, как попасть внутрь, тк на момент приезда не было сотрудника на входе на первом этаже. Захватывающий вид с балкона на горы и сам Ереван! Персонал очень предупредительный, радушный, просьбы внимательно выслушивают, помогают с любой ситуацией. Мы брали сразу при бронировании завтраки и не ошиблись - очень вкусно готовили, все продукты свежие, есть выбор ! Брали трансфер от отеля и ездили в туры с водителем Гургеном - всем советуем! Нам все понравилось! Рекомендуем этот отель!

- soliman (10/5): Great stay - it will be always my first option - The apartment is extremely clean, new, and beautifully decorated—honestly better than my own home, with an amazing view. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare food, including salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, a microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge with freezer, and stove. The terrace with a table, chairs, and lights was amazing. The bathroom is very comfortable and includes a bidet spray, which is very important for Arabs. Housekeeping comes daily. The hotel occupies floors 11, 12, and 13 of a residential building, but this caused no issues at all. The elevator is large, clean, and new. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. Breakfast was served at Frame Café from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and was included in the room price; it could also be served in the room upon request. Breakfast is a set menu with five options to choose from, and all were delicious. There is also an outdoor garden on the 13th floor and an open terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, and blankets are provided if needed. The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk from Dalma Mall, which has a hypermarket, many brands, cafés, and restaurants. This was truly the best and most enjoyable stay of my trip. There is no parking, so finding a spot during rush hours can be difficult. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from Republic Square, which can increase to 15–20 minutes during busy traffic hours.

- Natalia (10/5): Отличный отель, с прекрасным видом на Арарат - Все было отлично, исходя из моих потребностей. Мне нужен был отель рядом с ТЦ, так как я приезжала на 1 ночь.
- Michele (10/5): - Struttura eccellente, Il nostro appartamento era ampio, con una bella vista, attrezzato e completo di tutto, cucina compresa per 4 persone. Ottimo il servizio di reception h.24, il personale è gentilissimo e pronto ad accogliere le richieste degli ospiti. Il fatto che la posizione non sia centrale non è un problema visto l'efficiente ed economico servizio taxi che per 3/4 euro vi porta in centro. C'è un grande centro commerciale con supermercato proprio di fronte a 50 metri. Ottima colazione, varia e abbondante. Si può scegliere tra 5 diversi set, tra cui anche uno vegano. Nulla. Mi è piaciuto tutto.
- Kseniia (10/5): Лучшее место в Ереване, в котором я когда-либо останавливалась. - Я забронировала номер в последний момент, потому что другой отель в ереване нас "кинул" с заселением прямо в день заселения в 18:00. Это какой-то космос, а не отель. Огромнейшие апартаменты с идеальной чистотой! Внутри были даже халаты! Огромное кол-во посуды/масло/чай/кофе и тд. Шикарный ресторан с вкусной кухней, очень уютные общие пространства и терассы с видом на город. Сам отель расположен в обычном жилом доме и занимает 11/12/13 этажи. У отеля отдельный вход и лифт с милым охранником, который провожает на рецепцию. Очень интересный концепт и крутейшее исполнение. Я беру на заметку этот отель и теперь хочу оставаться только тут=) Фото почти не делала, в основном видосы) но тут их не загрузить.

- boa7midany (10/5): مكان جميل مع موظفين رائعين وخدومين - شكرا من القلب الى الطاقم من موظف استقبال الارضي السيد garen إلى المديرة مريم وأيضا الاستقبال جميعهم ممتازين ومرحبين والشقة السكنية بجوارها مول ممتاز و بالاسفل يوجد مكان للعب الأطفال جيد يوجد فرن ولكن المسافر بحاجه الى ميكرووف اسرع واسهل وايضا وعدم توفير فرشاة الأسنان بالمقابل شكرا شكرا لكل موظفين الشقة الفندقية
