Las tuberias de los baños soltaban mal olor, y el dia de mi llegada no se me indico en que horario cerraba la cocina para el desayuno por lo que no lo pudimos tomar, seria genial solo indicarlo al momento de hacer el check in. Por lo demás fue una muy buena experiencia.

For $40 theres much much better, if you advertise it you cant downgrade the customer. After 2minutes i got money back and left promptly The fact that the idiot checking me in thought its ok to give me a shared bathroom when i paid for private. - Luis (7/5): POR EL PRECIO TIENES LO QUE PAGAS. - El lugar está en contrucion y el acceso a el lugar está un poco complicado. El estacionamiento no es problema pero si es limitado y poco accesible. La piscina debe tener mejor mantenimiento y en area verde mas limpia ya que las sillas de el patio estaban sucias y ni se podía sentar las persona y no tiene mucha rotulacion en caso de algún tipo de emergencia.

- Karen Yessenia (1/5): - Nada. Ya que dieron mis habitaciones. Y no pude hospedarme. Tuvimos dificultades con el vehículo, y nos atrasamos como no somos de ese país. Y estábamos en ruta no contamos con recursos para comunicarnos. Y sin siquiera notificar. Decidieron dar nuestras habitaciones. No era primera vez que nos quedábamos y ya nos había pasado antes llegar noche. En ningún lugar donde me he hospedado habían sido tan desconsiderados. En la reserva se especificaba que viajaba con un bebé y una niña. Y no pudieron ser conscientes de esto y al menos avisar. Hasta ahorita aún aparece como confirmada 😑. Lo peor es que yo obviamente molesta llamo y exijo una solución aunque fuera cuarto pequeño menos camas o alguna solución porque no conocemos más lugares y la respuesta fue cortar la llamada.

- lady (9/5): Excelente ubicación muy tranquilo - La ubicación, precio y tranquilidad para descansar La noche q llegue me dieron una habitación sin baño, ya las otras dos noches me trasladaron a una habitación triple con baño. Transporte...puedes tomar el bus# 138 desde el aeropuerto hasta el centro histórico...dónde puedes conocer la plaza de la libertad, la iglesia, catedral, y la biblioteca. Puedes llegar desde la biblioteca en Uber a 2.50 dólares. Es importante escribir al WhatsApp antes de tu llegada...ya que yo llegue a las 630 de la noche y había reservado una habitación triple privada con baño y se la asignaron a otra persona que llegó antes que yo. En ese aspecto si fallo la comunicación del hospedaje ya que no respetaron mi reserva ni el valor pactada. En cuanto al costo en la aplicación de Booking salía a 153 USD 4 noches y terminé pagando 180 USd +5 usd que cobran de deposito por la llave de la habitación. Las habitaciones cuántas con aire acondicionado y tv. Dan toalla y jabón. Sirven desayuno tradicional de pupusas, frijol, huevo frito, plátano y café. Saliendo de la zona del condominio por el portón verde pasando la gasolinera a dos cuadras subiendo puedes encontrar el puesto de las pupusas revueltas con chicharrón y frijol a la venta dos por un dólar. Transporte...puedes tomar d Ade el hospedaje un Uber que te cuesta menos de 2 usd o irte caminando más o menos 10 cuadras hasta el terminal de buses de occidente desde donde puedes tomar el bus a santa Ana y conectar con otro bus para conocer el parque arqueológico tazumal. Para ir al volcán de Santa Ana en el parque nacional cerro verde puedes tomar un bus hasta el chongo y de ahí tomar el 248 hasta cerro verde. Hay que planificar bien el viaje porque pasan muy poquitos buses en el día. En el cerro debes pagar 4 USD por el servicio de guía, 3 USD por el ingreso al parque y 0.25 centavos por cruce de propiedad privada . Me dieron una habitación Pero el baño era compartido así que es incómodo porque hay más personas de habitaciones compartidas y no esperan a que uno salga del baño

- Brett (6/5): I would stay there again, the price was fair and it worked out for my family. - The place had a very good breakfast, but I'm not a breakfast person. The staff was great. Had a nice but small pool which my kids liked. The hotel was in a run down part of town. It looked terrible from the front of the hotel but was very nice inside and looked great in the back. The room were big and very clean, but the beds were hard.

- Miriam (8/5): It was ok for one night, I appreciate the cleanliness. I am not opposed to returning if there is no other choice. - It was basic and clean. The location is confusing. Should be more signs to indicate the actual location, which happens to be in a gated community, up a very narrow road, in a gated property on a very rocky driveway. Also the staff consists of these young girls who run the kitchen, they do not have good social skills, they just appear with your breakfast, and disappear. I asked them if they have milk to put in coffee and they just said “no” and walked away. So absolutely no social skills. Very uneducated. By the way, I’ve been in Central America for 17 years, I speak Spanish fluently and treat everyone kindly and with respect.

Simple but good breakfast. Kokapena txarra, zentrotik 45 minutura. Jardina zaindu gabe. Bad location, 45 min walk to the historical centre. The garden is quite nice but full of fruits from the tree, not cared.

- Lia (1/5): Bad - My family booked 2 nights, march 6-8. On 2 occasions I tried contacting the hostal through booking.com(submitted a time of arrival) and via email with no response. We finally were able to contact someone by phone. We just wanted to make sure someone would be aware and there at the hostal as our flight would be arriving at 1:45am march 7th. Very minimal english spoken so my husband ended up speaking on my behalf. To which we were told no one would be here at that time. We spent hours waiting at the airport with our 9 year old son as they said they would open at 7. When we arrived we were charged 2 nights even though they would not accommodate us for the first night. Then they weren't even going to give us breakfast when we arrived, even though we paid for it. We tried to get some sleep as we were exhausted but that was cut short as they were burning leaves, which caused our room to fill with smoke. Lastly, we were charged two different prices for local beer(we were reimbursed). That, however, was the only rectified. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this place. Especially if you require flexibility for late flights.

The washing machine was accessible anytime. The price was an excellent value for the total service and very affordable. There was no hot/warm water for the shower. - Oscar (8/5): I feel that we got a great value for our money because the location is very central to all the places we wanted to see a - location, good value for the money it didn’t have a table or nightstand to put keys , wallet, cellphones etc , next to the bed, there was only the beds and a metal rack in the room and a locker. the shower was wired wrong because it didn’t heat the water and it shocked me every time i raised my arm to wash my armpits. I think a night stand and a headboard on the beds and a few pictures in the wall could really liven up the place.

- William (7/5): Simple accommodation, ideal for backpackers - Good attention and with a beautiful location next to nature. There wasn’t privacy, the conversations from nearby rooms could be heard. And there were cockroaches in the bathroom.
