• Elizabeth (8/5): Location to national Park great - Location great. Staff were lovely Ondal floor much less comfortable than other hotels. Had to pay extra for more bedding.

Restaurant was nice with limited options, but knew that when we booked it. Was a bit disappointed that the jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work since it was one of the reasons we chose that room.

• Philip (9/5): Great stay - Large hotel with an equally large wellness area with hot baths and sauna at various temperatures, as one would prefer. We were surprised that the wellness area was not advertised more on Booking.com. One should like to sleep on a futon be, however. The view from the room was beautiful to the hilly mountains. The restaurant was good with many choices and did have a pianist playing nice music. We stayed there in connection with a visit to the Haeinsa temple, but had we known about the hiking opportunities from the hotel, we would have stayed for anlther night. Nothing.

• Nklaren (8/5): Very good - Great location if you want to hike in the Gayasan National Park. Big parking lot which was convenient. Hotel is a bit outdated but everything was clean. We had a great breakfast in the restaurant inside the hotel. Green tea pancakes are a recommendation! Bit outdated hotel/ rooms/ bathroom as can be seen in the pictures.

Convenience shop downstairs and a restaurant - very good as the choice of food shopping in the area is quite limited. Very helpful ladies at the reception. Beautiful rock garden on the grounds of the hotel and 3 very friendly doggos- my daughter enjoyed petting them. Convenient location near the shop and numerous restaurants. We travelled without a car and everything went well. The hiking trails are within a minute’s walk from the hotel

• Denise (10/5): - Beautiful property. The spa pools blu cost $3 USD t use. They have a beautiful arboretum and museum of the flora of Gaya mountain that is free. The hiking trails are easily accessed to the side of the property. Food at the hotel dining room is well presented and delicious. Great mountain air. We stayed in an annex which was only $44 USD per night booked ahead but when I checked online the day before our arrival the price had dropped to an incredible $30 USD per night.

• Chris (10/5): - A great place to unwind and relax after hiking Gayasan. We enjoyed the balcony with views of the mountains and no light pollution meant we could see stars. The bed was comfortable and the robes were a pleasant surprise. The public sauna was delightful and one highlight were the incredible amethyst stones. The staff was very courteous and attentive and could communicate well in English. The beer garden was unfortunately closed during our stay. The breakfast was delicious.

• JUNGRAN (4/5): - 좋았던 점 : 해인사 인근, 가야산 탐방로와 야생화공원 및 가야역사박물관 등 주변 환경. 사우나 시설 및 아침 김밥 예약가능. 직원 친절. 나빴던 점 : 저녁 9시경 체크인 했는데 온돌이 꺼져있는데도 객실이 너무 더웠다. 에어컨은 고장나 있고, 프론트에 문의하니 산속이라 새벽에 냉기가 있어 중앙난방으로 최저온도 설정되어 있다고 가습기를 넣어드릴수 있다고(?) 하기에 일단 버텨보았으나 새벽에 더워서 잠을 설쳤다. 또한 산 위에 위치해 있는데 암막커튼이 아니어서 이른아침부터 뚫고 들어오는 햇살에 덥고 눈부셔 깰수 밖에 없었다.
• JUN JE (8/5): 전반적으로 만족 - 가야산에 위치해 공기는 좋고 주차장도 넓어요. 시설은 오래되어서 별로이나 가격대비 만족합니다. 조식은 매우 마음에 들고 점심때먹은 한국관도 갈비탕도 맛있어요. 전 밤에 도착해서 아침일찍 체크아웃해서 전반적으로 만족합니다.
• Kyung Bok (10/5): 레스토랑 - 레스토랑 이용이 좋았습니다. 음식도 괜찮고 넉넉한 서비스를 받았습니다
• young duck (10/5): - 성수기임에도 불구하고 주변이 조용하여 편안하게 쉴 수 있었음. 프론트도 친절하고, 방의 청결 상태나 침구도 편안하였음. 다음에 기회가 된다면 또다시 방문하겠음.

• Diana (6/5): Don’t forget to bring your own bedsheets. - Here in South Korea they don’t tend to use a shower curtain so the bathroom is always a mess after showering. Lucky us that we learned to travel carrying our own blankets and pillow cases because despite being a 3 star hotel, they don’t provide those. Both days during breakfast we had to ask twice for our coffee. We had pork bbq at the restaurant and it wasn’t impressive. Restaurant, reception and spa staff is friendly.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Perfect location just in the middle of the mountain. The hotel is very well maintained, but because of the lack of proper curtains and light coming in the room at 5.00am we couldn't sleep too much.

• sunhee (10/5): 가야호텔--편히 쉬었습니다. - 조용하고 주변 풍광이 너무 좋아서 만족합니다. 직원분들도 친철하셨고, 평일에 갔더니 업그레이드도 해주셨어요.
• Verified traveler (4/5): 겉모습은 그럴듯하지만 시설이 받쳐주지 못한 느낌 - 별로였고, 호텔 닷컴에도 좀 도 자세한 정보를 요청합니다. 특히 더운물이 나오지 않아서 자증스러웠다.
• Kilsoo (8/5): 가야산 옆이라 공기는 굿 - 부모님과 3명이서 온돌방에서 잤습니다. 여름이라 난방이 안되네요. 어머님이 몸이 차가우셔서..좀.. 성인 4명이 자기에는 좀 작아요. 산 옆이라 공기는 좋고.. 아침도 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다.

• Hal (10/5): Super convenient spot. comfy stay. - The hotel is literally at the start of trailhead. Very convenient after a day hike. The place is very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Perfect for an overnight stay after a long hike. Took one of the Ondol rooms. Liked the hotel grounds and surrounding gardens and paths. Very relaxing. Shower was lukewarm at best although tolerable as it was hot and humid that day.
