- ENES (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Ibis Styles Bomonti war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders das Frühstück hat uns begeistert – es gab eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten, alles war frisch und lecker. Von Detox-Wasser bis hinzu warmen Gerichten war alles sehr hochwertig. Das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz der eher ruhigen Lage des Hotels konnte man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in maximal 10 Minuten erreichen, was sehr praktisch war. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir an Frau Hikmet vom Zimmerservice aussprechen. Sie hat ihre Arbeit sehr sorgfältig gemacht und war immer freundlich. Auch Herr Emre an der Rezeption war sehr professionell, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war im ersten Stock. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

- Latifa (9/5): Tres bon séjour, en famille, a Ibis Hotel - Hotel familial, chambre communicante respectant l’intimité de chacun. 1 très grand lit pour les parents et 2 lit simple et un canapé lit pour mes trois enfants très confortable. Ménage fait avec soin, serviette remplacer chaque jour, une petite kitchenette avec bouilloire, table et 4 chaise a manger et petit frigo dans la chambre vrai plus. Petit déjeuner très correct avec petite spécialité turc, crudités, fruits, charcuterie, fromage, plats chaud…. Prévoir traitement si allergie car moquette au sol, très propre mais réveil les allergies…

- hzafere (10/5): Great value, comfortable stay, and always a reliable choice in Istanbul. - Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti is a great hotel and I choose it almost every time I stay in Istanbul. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location is very convenient. There was nothing major that I disliked during my stay. Some small improvements in room details or facilities could make the experience even better, but overall it was very satisfying.

- Latifa (9/5): Hotel familiale tres propre et bon rapport qualité prix. - Voyage en famille. Établissement très propre, literie très confortable, petit déjeuner excellent. Le ménage est fait avec soin. Un grand merci à la cuisinière, très accueillante, ainsi qu’au réceptionniste, M. Ata et M. Oguz. Il faut prévoir une dizaine de minutes de marche en pente pour rejoindre le métro, puis environ 25 minutes pour accéder au centre (Mosquée Bleue, Grand Bazar…). En taxi, compter environ 10 € pour jusqu’à 4 personnes. Nous avons été surclassés pour la chambre lors de la dernière nuit.

- Majed (10/5): Great stay - The staff were the deciding factor for this exceptional stay. Batu from the front office was very helpful and kind from day one. The hotel was very clean and the room was great, especially with the value for money. The location was perfect, away enough from the crowds and traffic but close enough to all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Istanbul.

- FarAway51701328773 (10/5): Best Front Desk Ever-AAA+++ - The very best thing about this hotel was the service we received from the two front desk men, Ata AKA-at a boy and Batu AKA-Batman. They went above and beyond all expectations. Ata made our vacation so lovely booking all our activities and tours for us. We were also impressed with the breakfast and how many food item they had.

The hotel is in a good location. Special thanks to the hotel team for being professional and helpful. Improving the standards every time I visit. Street facing rooms bit loud during the night, stayed in this hotel a while ago in the rooms facing to the in-yard, would prefer those. Public transport access is not that convenient.

Room itself was quite good for the money I have a room with a balcony, it was raining the whole time I stayed there so I did not have much use for the balcony itself, but: 1) Balcony does not make sense since it's on a street and across the street there is a construction site (just empty, nothing is going on there) with some trash on it. 2) Even with the rain the problem with the balcony is that people use those to smoke all the time. Someone from the guests was chain-smoking this Turkish cigarettes that leave an awful smell I could not get out of my room. Wi-Fi signal was good, but network quality was not stable. Staff offered me a dedicated Wi-Fi router, but unfortunately it did not work since the provider had maintenance. This hotel does not have a restaurant, there is on in the same building, but service was not great and the cigarette smell even in non-smoking part of the restaurant was disappointing (this can be said about majority of the restaurants in Istanbul though)

- Yasaman (10/5): Sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. - Liebe Nurcan, liebe Gül und lieber Metin, Ihr Frühstücksservice war wirklich hervorragend. Sie alle haben mit großer Sorgfalt gearbeitet, die Tische waren sehr ordentlich vorbereitet und die Frische sowie die Vielfalt des Frühstücks waren ausgezeichnet. - Pavel (5/5): Не соответствует ожиданиям от отеля с 4 звездами - 1. Звукоизоляция между номерами практически отсутствует: если ваши соседи будут ночью собираться в аэропорт, вы это услышите. Слышно даже негромкие разговоры. 2. В середине ночи разбудили звонком с ресепшена и сказали, что в моем номере сработала тревожная кнопка, хотя я спал и кнопку не трогал. Либо кнопка неисправна, либо сотрудник перепутал номер. В итоге проблемы с возможностью поспать испортили впечатление. 3. Медленный интернет.

- Guest (8/5): Comfortabel verblijf - Het hotel had een goede locatie en het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd. De kamers waren erg gehorig. Wij hoorden de buren heel hard praten. We hebben een baby, dus voelden ons ook bezwaard als zij huilde. De plek waar kinderen kunnen spelen naast het restaurant is heel klein en er lag bijna geen speelgoed. Als er meer speelgoed zou liggen, zou dat het goed maken.
- Middleton (9/5): - Hi, When I got to the hotel, I was upgraded to a better room for free. The cleanliness, and room were really good. The location is fine, and you can walk to the nearest metro Osmanbey in about 10 -15 mins. The on reception in particular, iLAYDA, EMRE ,and OGUZ were really helpful and always answered and assisted my stay as much as they all could. 5 star to the reception guys! Thanks 👍 More choice on evening meals

- Gabriele (10/5): Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal und schönes Hotel mit geräumigen sauberen Zimmern - Das Hotelpersonal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Beim Check In haben mich Batu und Gurkan mit einem herzlichen Lächeln begrüßt, alles genau erklärt, mir den Koffer ins Zimmer gebracht. Später dann haben Sie mir dann noch einen Spa Termin reserviert. Auch beim Check Out waren die KollegInnen Emre, Ata und Ilyda ausgesprochen freundlich, serviceorientiert und sehr um mein Wohlergehen bemüht. Meinen Koffer konnte ich problemlos über Tag im Hotel lassen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bett sehr groß und bequem. Es war alles ausgesprochen sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Unten auf der Terrasse kann man auch im Trockenen bequem rauchen. Ich hatte aus persönlichen Gründen ohne Frühstück gebucht, aber das Frühstücksbuffet sah sehr gut und reichhaltig aus. Schade, dass ich nur eine Nacht dort war. Ich werde ganz sicher wieder kommen und kann das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!
