• Miho (10/5): - ヌメアに到着した夜に1泊。 次の日の午後はイルデパンへ移動の予定で、それまでは朝市を楽しみたくて、ココティエ広場、マジャンタ空港まで近いこちらのホテルを選択しました。 スタッフの方がとにかくとても親切！ 到着した日は日本語が話せる男性の方が 対応してくれました。 お部屋がキレイでベッドも広々。 中庭が緑に囲まれていて 静かで過ごしやすい空間。 帰国前に再度こちらのホテルに立ち寄り フロントで荷物を預かっていただき 中庭で軽めのランチをとりました。 次回も利用したいホテルです。
• Manami (10/5): - The room was simple and small but very clean. Hair dryer is not equipped in the room but you can borrow it at the front desk. The staff is nice and helpful. Distant from the main beach area.

• Manami (8/5): - The location was great, just a few minute walk from the main area of Anse Vata beach. The staff were very helpful and kindly made lunch reservations for us. You can request a late check-out, but there's an extra fee for it. However, leaving luggage is free of charge. The hotel room was small but clean.

• John (10/5): - Gondwana was terrific - from the warm welcome and patient assistance with my terrible French (which in practice meant putting anything remotely complicated into English so I could butcher their beautiful language with my replies) to the impeccable cleanliness and constant good cheer, they really go out of their way to give you a pleasant stay. The suite has a private balcony with a lovely little garden that looks over the neighbourhood and across the bay from the 6th floor. There’s a communal patio on the mezzanine level with a reasonably priced breakfast service and tables for chilling out or meeting other guests. The area is great, safe and quiet at night but with good dining options. It’s also close to the town centre and the port if you want a ramble. Gondwana is an economical option in a relatively expensive town that nevertheless hits all its marks. I’ll definitely stay here again.

• Timothy (8/5): - Good hotel, well presented and clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and happy to assist with recommendations. It was noisy at night (nearby area, not hotel itself), however this was a Saturday too. The bed is pretty hard and more pillows would be useful. We also couldn't get TV connected for Netflix etc. despite trying a few different things - very limited if you don't speak French. Overall a good stay and reflective of what you pay.

• Kumar (10/5): Great Hotel with Great People - I was in Noumea on business and didn’t want a fancy resort hotel. This hotel is small but comfortable with excellent people working there. They are always helpful and friendly. I’ll certainly return to this hotel whenever I’m coming to Noumea again.

• Mari (10/5): Lovely hotel, great location. - Hotel Gondwana was centrally located in downtown Noumea. Perfect for getting to attractions like Port Moselle markets and shopping on Rue de Sebastopol. Also close to the main bus interchange for visiting further afield like the Zoological and Forest Park (Parc zoologique et forestier). The room was clean and comfortable and the courtyard was a nice, leafy retreat. The staff were friendly and helpful and able to converse in English. We had a great stay. Thanks.

We were unlucky enough and there was a loud company somewhere on our floor and when they were running and laughing on the floor during the night - we could hear everything and could not really sleep... So in terms of " " of this hotel - it is cheap, it has a perfect location if you plan to catch a betico ferry and the staff is very friendly and helpful. And for "-" - not a quiet one and the shower was moldy.

Very close to stores, bank and eating places. The ocean is just a short walk away. They have everything that a traveler would want or need. We had to disembark our cruise ship here as my husband became ill and is in the hospital, which is also a wonderful hospital. Thank you Gondwana Hotel
