M market is walking distance where you can find all the nice groceries and restaurants Their toaster was not working but they replaced it with the new one for us

- Breanne (9/5): Comfortable rooms, kind staff, great location - My partner and I have stayed here in one of the studio apartments several times while visiting Delhi. It’s a nice space, great if you need to work remotely from the apartment. The staff are all kind and accommodating. The location is really nice, walkable to many restaurants and cafes and right next to the metro.

Kitchen everything is dirty, not even basic tea or coffee items kept. Bathroom stinks. Staff has no clue. Not worth the money at all. Will again say, was a beautiful property 4-5 yrs back. Sad state.

- Alex (5/5): Would possibly recommend for a short stay, but not at the price paid. - The apartments were very spacious. The apartments are in pretty drastic need of some modernisation and TLC. The shower pressure was very poor, and while not dirty, the apartments were very tired.
- Victor (1/5): Dirtiest place I've seen in a while - The staff honoured the cancellation policy, which still felt rather overpriced. Staff said they would do pest control. The apartment is VERY outdated and dirty. There were stains and hairs everywhere. We killed a cockroach that ran from the bathroom and the place smelled old and musky. As soon as the cockroach happened, we booked something else for the next morning but had to stay the night as it was already quite late. Even though the staff agreed to honour their cancellation policy, 100 euros for that felt wrong to us. As you can see from our pictures, the apartment looks nothing like the pics on booking. On top of all of that, we had no privacy as we were on the ground floor and the door to outside could barely close. I'd love to share more photos but booking only allows for four.

- Ruma (6/5): Proper management, supervision, housekeeping, and refurbishing needed . - We love this property and have been booking it since it was started. Excellent location, and the way its built It seriously needs deep cleaning, replacement of fixtures, hardwares, chipped sanitary wares etc. crockery given is chipped. Refurbishing, revamping is desirable. Cannot keep on paying good amount of money just for the location. No shampoo , and fresh kitchen cleaning scrubs given. Housekeeping/ caretakers are nice people but not trained to handle payments well to the point it gets annoying.

The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully furnished, offering all the comforts and conveniences one could wish for. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, showcasing exemplary service. It's the perfect choice for travelers seeking a blend of home comfort and luxury in the heart of Delhi. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city and looking for an indulgent stay! Definitely on the expensive side and they also ask you to pay for the electricity bill for your stay.
- Tatiana (9/5): Simple, Clean and Welcoming - The staff was friendly and very eager to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. There was a cold front in Delhi and they quickly provided extra heaters, for example. We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor. Both bedrooms and the living room were spacious and clean, the beds were big and comfortable, which was very important for us to recover from jetlag. Everything is simple but functional. We felt taken care of and safe. It was a little inconvenient to have to draw cash to be able to pay, but it worked out. Only suggestion to the property is to install blackout curtains instead of the sheer ones.

- Jorge (10/5): Good location for the price! Comfortable, large, and amazing host! Quiet residential neighborhood - The location was really good. I arrived quite late in the evening, and was not sure how to get inside the property. Fortunately, the security person helped me get inside and gave me the keys. The owner was also very helpful over whatsapp, making sure I had everything covered and gave me instructions to arrive, including giving instructions to the driver who was lost. The apartment had a bit of issues with the A/C, but nothing terrible. The location is also a bit hard for some drivers to find, so just make sure you have the right instructions to let them know, particularly if using uber.

The neighbourhood is safe and clean. all amenities were provided in the apartment. big bedrooms with strong wifi are what i liked the most. the amenities basket is limited. i would suggest a small fruit basket and some brown bread / pasta. And, also some indoor plants in the living room and balcony would give the apartment a fresh feel.

Rooms were large and spacious. Complimentary snacks were appreciated. The owner was accommodating of check out related request. All kitchen equipments that one may need were available. Extra charge for electricity bill was not anticipated as the price one is paying is quite steep already for 1 bhk serviced apartment and could have been inclusive in the tarriff charged. Though the bill was minimal.
