• Gatochan (10/5): 快適 - 部屋が新しく、綺麗だった。大きな窓から見える緑に癒された。 入室もスムース。メールに送られてきたコード入力。室内に建物の鍵が置いてある。 係の人も入室日に来てくれて、使い方を教えてくれた。 質問も連絡すればすぐに回答してくれる。 スーパーや店なども少し歩けばあり、UBERやTAXIも建物のすぐ前に止まれるので、便利だった。 中心部までUBERで２０００円位。トラムも近くにある。 TVの使い方を教えてくれた。その後自分でやってみたが、よくわからなかった。 海外ではTVの使い方が、わかりにくことが多々あるので、このアパートだからという訳ではない。 言えばまた来てくれると思ったが、今回は言わなかった。

• Giuseppe (8/5): Grosse und schöne Wohnung mit zwei Badezimmern - Grosse Wohnung, zwei Duschen und WC. Gute Lage, das Zentrum ist zu Fuss allerdings rund 30-40 Minuten entfernt. Parkplatz ideal und viel Licht und Platz. Grosse Schränke und grosse Küche und Schlafzimmer. Eine schöne Wohnung! Geschirr war bei Ankunft übermässig schmutzig. Geschirrspüler spülte nicht restlos sauber (Wartung nötig?). Es fehlte einen grösseren Kochtopf z.B für Pasta. Fenster unsere Ansicht nach nicht sonderlich schallisoliert. Vorhänge könnten mehr abdunkeln.

• MARIA (10/5): Absolutely Fab! Home away from home! - Everything 😊 The apartment (modern and well appointed- loved it), furnishings, amenities, the entrance, the security absolutely fab! The location is super handy with 2 tram stations so very very close (it was a breeze to zip to anywhere in the city and outskirts, eateries almost practically at your doorstep. I will come back anytime. Highly recommended 😊 None at all!

• Yew Jin (10/5): Superb modern, spacious, well-equipped & clean apartment - The apartment was clean, modern & spacious & with well-eqipped & supplied furniture. fittings & facilities that are as needed & worked as they should. The property appeared very well-manged & communication from the team was clear. The room, bathroom & water heaters worked well in winter with minor & short drops in water temperature. We were fine that the only TV was in the living room. The shared free-to-use industrial-standard washing machines & dryers on the 1st floor were simple to use & washed & dried our clothes well in a jiffy. The location was largely residential, quiet, near the Louise shopping street & a short 2-tram stop via frequent tram 93 to the Louise metro station that is well-connected everywhere. There are at least 2 small supermarkets within walking distance nearby but we only frequented the closer one, a Carrefour Express, which was around 250m away. It had everything we needed for our stay. Nothing that was due to the apartment or its facilities.

• Pacelli (4/5): Would not stay here again. - Clean, well equipped and good location We had a nightmarish experience on the last night (Oct 11) of our 3 days stay at The Livorno. The guests in the apartment directly above us had what sounded like an ALL-NIGHT PARTY. There was non-stop, loud, pounding music and noise, people coming and going, shouting, dancing and stomping of feet all over the apartment. This went on all night. At around 2.30 am someone rang our doorbell and banged on our door a few times. This was a bit scary to us as we did not know who it was and what to expect. We were of course unable to sleep the entire night.

• Allyson (10/5): Beautiful, clean apartment and lovely staff! - We loved our stay at the Livorno! So many great things: clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great bathroom facilities - two toilets and showers, modern furnishings/fixtures, near great restaurants/shopping/vibrant areas, friendly and helpful staff. The neighborhood felt safe and was clean. It was walkable to the city center. Our check-in was easy - Anna met us at the property to give us a facility tour and explain the doors and laundry. She also provided excellent restaurant/cafe recommendations. We were able to check in early which was fabulous after a long journey there. And we were able to store our luggage when we checked out to allow us to tour all day before our evening departure from Brussels. We would definitely stay here again! No complaints!

It was stocked with the basic amenities that you’d need. Very nice views from wrap-around balcony. The pictures accurately described the apartment. We hit a warm spell so wish there was AC, but made do with the available fans and big windows that allowed for a cross breeze.

Despite being so central, the area is peaceful and feels very safe. The apartment itself is comfortable and offers plenty of privacy. Parking is available, though it comes at an additional cost. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking to explore the city while enjoying a quiet retreat. The bathroom showers could use more thorough cleaning, and there weren’t enough towels provided during my stay. Also, if you visit during the summer, the apartment tends to get quite warm. While fans are available, they may not be sufficient to keep the space comfortable on particularly hot days.

In a convenient yet quiet neighborhood with nearby Carrefour supermarket and multiple restaurants. • Sultan (10/5): Highly recommended - Staff members were very helpful and nice, and the apartment size was pretty good. Kitchen is stuffed with tools and equipment. Balcony is very nice. Bathrooms weren’t clean, we called and they came to clean. Noise from street and also it is little far from the center you need car to reach there.

• Ala (10/5): Always a pleasure to stay at the Livorno - Close to Toison d’Or & most restaurants, very cosy & equipped, secure & clean and the terrace is what we needed. the sink faucets are too short, not enough space to wash our hands unfortunately
