• Patricia (8/5): Empfehlung für Bellagio mit kleinem Minuspunkt - Kleines aber sehr nettes Boutique Hotel mit extrem bemühten Mitarbeitern, wo man über Kleinigkeiten, die noch verbesserungswürdig wären, hinwegsieht! Die gesamte Unterkunft - sowohl innen und außen u d das Zimmer waren extrem sauber! Für italienische Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich!! Unglaublich wie hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und nett die Mitarbeiter waren! Es laufen derzeit noch kleine Umbauarbeiten, allerdings ohne Lärm oder Einschränkungen und wenn die Terrasse fertig ist wird das Haus nochmals aufgewertet! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen! Das Frühstück wäre auf alle Fälle noch verbesserungsfähig, da Bellagio von vielen ausländischen Touristen besucht wird. Bei den gehobenen Preisen: Brot und Gebäck nicht in Papiersäcke/ Wurst und Käseteller automatisch anbieten! Was mich doch sehr gestört hat: Speisen müssen in der heutigen Zeit nachhaltiger angeboten werden!! - zu viel Plastik-Verpackung bei Butter, Aufstrich, Marmelade, Honig usw.

• Petra (10/5): - Es ist ein sehr schönes, kleines Hotel. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im der Altstadt. Der Blick über den See ist herrlich. Nebenan ist ein kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz. So dass man das Auto auch gut in der Nähe abstellen kann. Das ist in Bellagio oft nicht so gut möglich. Es gab leckeres Frühstück. Was will man mehr. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub :-) War alles gut.

Great place for the price. We went in fall so it was too cool to use the pool but it looked really nice. Two great pizza places across the street that served coffee in the morning. (We decided not to get breakfast at the hotel.)

Laura provided a very thorough briefing when we checked in about not only the rental but also about all the local places to see and eat at. All make marked on a very convenient map for us. She arranged transportation as well. We stayed in the unit with a lakefront view and it did not disappoint. Was just gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property. • Ann (10/5): Wonderful! A delightful boutique hotel in a beautiful place. - A truly delightful little hotel that has the warmest of welcomes from a wonderfully helpful small team. The room and facilities are immaculate and the breakfast served on a little terrace or airy room - midst thunderstorms - delicious, with fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, coffee, juice, eggs and omelettes cooked to order. It's perched overlooking the east lobe of Lake Como and just 1 km from the network of old streets and steps that is beautiful Bellagio, with access to the gardens and myriad of boats and ferries that allow you to explore this lovely part of Italy and the lakes. The platform bed looked lovely but was interesting to negotiate!

The extremely friendly staff went above and beyond to help, they were so welcoming to us and our dog. The breakfasts were delicious, the property was spotless, the pool area was lovely to sit by after exploring Bellagio and other towns on the lake. The bedrooms were gorgeous with a lovely balcony with a view of Lake Como. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😃 That we had to leave at the end of our stay!

• Anita (10/5): Hidden, quiet gem - This was a magnificent find! Very small and quaint, with exceptional service. It is off the beaten path, and about 15 minute walk from crowded, bustling Bellagio. Much of the hike is uphill and on stairs, so beware of carrying luggage. Taxis are hard to find, and our host was kind enough to drive us to an early ferry upon departure (for a fee). Definitely recommend a room with a balcony. We didn’t include breakfast, but added a couple during our stay. Lovely to have in the garden, but pretty pricey. This was an oasis, and the extra steps justified more gelato!

Friendly staff (8am to 8pm only - with code access to entry doors outside of these times). Very nice breakfast, individually prepared and served on outside patio. A/C was good in room. Free parking for our motorcycle.

• David (9/5): Recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well supported stay. - We had a lovely experience at this Charming boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They arranged a taxi for us and provided info about local ferries, restaurants and places of interest and gave us valuable advice about a travel issue that helped us plan the next leg of our journey. Breakfast was a highlight, everything freshly and individually prepared. The omelettes, pastries, yoghurt and fruit were delicious. The hotel itself is in a peaceful setting a 10/15 min walk to town centre. We did get a taxi when we arrived as it is up hill and we had luggage but it was easy enough to walk down to the ferry with our cases when we left.

Our room was beautiful and extremely clean. The view was breathtaking.. I asked for the names of everyone who worked there so I could add them to the review. I brought the list all the way home only to misplace it. But believe me when I say, my husband and I couldn't have been happier.. I forgot to mention the breakfast, very yummy ! loved the location, close enough to everything but out of the hustle

This place is indeed a charming boutique hotel. We loved everything about it especially the 3 lovely woman who run it. They were all so sweet and even made us sandwhiches, muffins and fruit for our early morning drive to the airport. The place is a small and quaint little bed and breakfast/hotel. The location is amazing and away from the crowds which we liked. A easy and safe 10-12 min walk to down town Bellagio although there are a few eating options closer as well and they do a great breakfast with all the fixin’s including eggs if you ask. Beautiful, stunning views of the lake from our private balcony. The pool is really nice with large day beds and soft music. We will 100% return when in Bellagio again. Bravo ladies!:)

• Irene (7/5): Good - A 15-minute walk away from the center of Bellagio. The room on the ground floor, next to the reception is not sound-proof. Some guests were in the reception having some drinks in the evening and we could hear them very loudly. Also, the breakfast is served in the same spot. That room would benefit from a door between the bedroom and the entrance to the room to ensure privacy and quiet.

• sandranV292GC (10/5): Hidden Gem - I would give this gem more than a 5 star. Our plans were delayed arriving and immediately we were accommodated and offered help with transportation. The cleanliness was beyond exceptional and added touches shows their hospitality. At first on the taxi ride to hotel, I thought we were a little far but once we got oriented, the location was perfect. We could walk in any direction to various sights. Customer service was superb! Staff was willing to help us make reservations at restaurants, gave us city maps and explained what we might like to see, gave us timetables of ferries, etc. Highly recommend this place!

Now that I am continuing my travels in a regular hotel, I miss this cute hotel so much! The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. We had a ground floor private balcony that we enjoyed very much. It truly felt like you were “at home”. The gardens are well kept and beautiful although it was too cold to enjoy the pool area. The staff are friendly and kind. I have to say that the cleanliness is superb! They clean daily and provide fresh towels. The bed sheets look crisp and clean every day. They are not super comfortable beds but you are in a beautiful place, we got used to it. The hotel is about a 10-15 walk to town but it feels longer because it’s not flat. If you have mobility issues, it will be too far to walk to Bellagio. We mostly left in the late morning and returned in the evenings. There is also a grocery store 15 minute walk away for snacks in the opposite direction. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend if you want a cute place that feels like home and are relatively fit.

• Mark (10/5): - Such a beautiful peaceful boutique hotel in Bellagio. We were warmly welcomed by the attentive owner and made to feel at home. Our room was so lovely with such a nice feel to it. Bellagio is roughly a 10 minute walk so it’s a great location as well. We slept so well in the super comfy bed. Breakfast was also wonderful. We only had 1 night there but we will be returning!
