- Sarah (10/5): Endroit avec beaucoup de charme et super accueillant. On reviendra ! - Accueil au top. Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel vraiment génial. Tout le site est parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont grandes et bien agencées. Très bon petit déjeuner sur commande. Piscine super propre et grande. Proximité de Capoliveri et de Porto Azzurro. Plages à 5’ de voiture. Bref, tout était vraiment génial. Merci à Francesco et à Ina pour leur gentillesse. On recommande à 100% cet établissement. Le seul petit défaut pourrait être la route d’accès très pentue mais en voiture aucun souci. Et il manque un grand miroir dans la chambre. Mais tout le reste est vraiment génial

- Silvia (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno, torneremo! - Gentilezza dello staff, posizione buona per raggiungere il centro di Capoliveri e luogo silenzioso e pacifico che mette tranquillità. Inoltre presenti servizi con bar per colazione e aperitivi, piscina spaziosa, giardino grande con anche giochi per bambini, campo da beach volley e molto altro! Niente di negativo

- Federico (10/5): - Oasis di pace e tranquillità dove svagarsi e rilassarsi e staccare dalla congestione dei centri cittadini. Bagno nella Jacuzzi con vista su Capoliveri e Spritz di benvenuto hanno creato un'accoglienza da favola. Un po' scomodo se si intende spostarsi a piedi.

Non solo per le sue deliziose casette, il verde curatissimo e la splendida piscina, ma soprattutto per l’attenzione, la cura e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Un ringraziamento speciale al giovane Francesco, che ti accoglie e ti coccola con grande professionalità: nonostante la sua giovane età, dimostra già esperienza, classe e un modo di porsi davvero notevole. E poi c’è nonno Ivo, che fa davvero la differenza: sempre pronto a scambiare due parole interessanti e a regalarti un sorriso sincero. Colazioni e aperitivi semplicemente top. A cozy, small-scale atmosphere, perfectly maintained facilities such as a swimming pool, beach volleyball court, pétanque field, barbecues, and a beautiful garden with old trees. Francesco and his family are true professionals who create the ultimate holiday vibe. And on top of that, they make perfect Gin & Tonics 😉 We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi next to our appartement – it was cleaned every morning by the team. It’s perfect located between Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio Don’t hesitate – just book it! -

- Daniëlle (10/5): Absolutely stunning place, where hospitality feels like home. - We loved every minute of our stay at Casa Campanella Resort! We stayed in the Sweet Bella Vista apartment which has a very spacious terrace with a private jacuzzi. The view from the jacuzzi on Capoliveri is absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The park exudes warmth and coziness, with a lovely bar, a delightful swimming pool, and exceptionally well-maintained grounds, rarely have we seen such care and attention! Host Francesco and his family/staff were all very kind and really made us feel at home. They all know what true hospitality really means. Capoliveri is a charming village with typical streets with many shops, bars and restaurants. The whole area is amazing. Absolutely nothing.
- norskgirl (10/5): - 10 av 10. For en fantastisk sted. For det første: Det var en så varmt velkomst og verten Francesco gjør virkelig alt for at sine gjester har det fint og komfortabel. Dette er en fint Resort med alt hva man trenger på ferie. Pool, park, grillplass, volleyball, cafe og bar og masse plass for barna for å bevege seg i en veldig trivelig og trygt område. Vår leilighet var stort og ny renovert. Veldig veldig rent, komfortabele senger og et fint baderom. På kjøkkenet finner man alt man trenger. Fra resort er det ikke langt til sentrum av Capoliveri som er en vakker lille by med mange gode restauranter og butikker. Mange fine strender er også i nærheten. Man trenger en bil! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! Anbefales på det sterkeste. Tusen takk Francesco. Ingenting. Alt var helt perfekt.

- A&B99 (9/5): THE resort for a fantastic stay! - A wonderfully located, well equipped green oasis amidst the busy surrounding of Capoliveri. Hospitality is one of the many assets of this place. Should we ever come back, we will gladly spend our days at Casa Campanella! The steep and winding short access road could do with some mirrors to make the approach during daytime less stressful ;-)

- Joerg (10/5): Rundum herrlich - Unser Hund war willkommen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, es ist sehr ruhig und angenehmen. Unser Apartment mit Whirlpool hatte einen großen Außenbereich. Wir wurden durch Francesco bereits um 12 Uhr empfangen und immer wieder herzlich begrüßt. Eine Einladung zum Aperitif und eine gute Flasche Wein als Geschenk, machten einem klar, dass man sehr willkommen war. Es ist auch von der Lage her toll. Man ist in 30 Minuten fast überall auf der Insel. Einfach ein herrliches Urlaubsgefühl. Etwas spannend ist die kleine Straße zum Resort. Sehr steil und bei Gegenverkehr muss man rangieren. Klappt aber immer.

Piscina circondata da fichi d'India di dimensioni adeguate, non la solita vasca da bagno! ;-) Sono stato accolto con grande entusiasmo ed ho ricevuto il supporto necessario per l'organizzazione delle mie gite in bicicletta. - Johann (10/5): - Wunderschöne ruhige gepflegte Anlage sehr freundliches Personal. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Liebevolles nach Wunsch zubereitetes Frühstück. Pool sehr sauber mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen kleines Kinderbecken. Sehr großes Gelände mit viel Ruhe . Parkplatz überdacht. Gelände nur durch Tor mit Zahlencode zugänglich. Empfehlen jedem die Anlage waren Traumtage Alles bestens
- Gabriele_Vanetti (9/5): Ottimo e piacevole soggiorno - Un piccolo residence immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità, poco lontanto da uno dei paesini più belli dell'isola. E' stata davvero un gran bella scoperta questo residence. L'appartemento faceva al caso nostro, ampio e confortevole, cosi come il patio esterno. Il parco e la piscina tenuti davvero bene dove ci si può rilassare dopo una giornata a spasso per l'isola o in spiggia, ed infine il piccolo bar dove poter fare un buon aperitivo o una buona colazione. Menzione d'onore a Francesco ma anche a tutto lo staff, sempre presenti e sempre disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. nulla

- Braechi1386 (9/5): Absolute Empfehlung! - Wir haben uns bei Francesco und seinem Team rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Gastgeber kümmern sich rührend um ihre Gäste und man spürt sofort, dass hier echte Leidenschaft für Hotellerie in der dritten Generation gelebt wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: kein Buffet, sondern täglich frisch und ganz nach Wunsch zubereitet – einfach fantastisch! Dazu gab es viele hilfreiche Tipps zu Ausflugzielen und tollen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie im Hotel, sondern wie zuhause. Die Internet Performance auf der Insel Elba lässt in der Hochsaison etwas zu wünschen übrig. Aber hier hat Francesco schon neue Pläne, damit in Zukunft auch Remote Working problemlos möglich sein sollte...

Possibilità di fare barbecue super apprezzata! 🧑🤝🧑 Personale gentile e disponibile. Cura e attenzione verso il cliente. 🌊 Mare a 3 minuti di auto.
- Daniela (9/5): Relax con vista - La struttura ci ha sorpreso, più bella di quanto visto in foto, si respira la cura del dettaglio con cui viene gestita e organizzata. Lo staff davvero cordiale con piccoli gesti all'arrivo e in partenza molto apprezzati. Francesco è stato molto disponibile è gentile fin dal primo contatto in fase di prenotazione, durante la nostra permanenza i suoi preziosi consigli hanno fatto la differenza per rendere la nostra vacanza ancora più speciale. Il monolocale è minimal, ma funzionale, ottimi gli spazi esterni, il doppio ingresso permetteva di avere la stanza meravigliosamente arieggiata. Apprezzati gli asciugamani di qualità. Se cercate un po di pace in vacanza questo è il posto perfetto🍃, super consigliato! La vista su Capoliveri illuminata è speciale ☺️ La strada per accedere in macchina è poco agevole, ma vale la pena per arrivare in un' oasi di pace

L'isola offre posti bellissimi tuttavia rientrare a "casa" dopo una giornata di mare è stato un piacere, una vacanza nella vacanza! Super super consigliato! Grazie a Francesco (una garanzia per il mantenimento di alta qualità e miglioramento continuo!) e a al suo staff per questa bellissima esperienza 🥰 Che è finita!!!! :(

- Umberto (10/5): Hidden paradise near Capolivieri - Excellent location with view on Capolivieri. The park and swimming pool are very clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. the property and its surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. Highly recommend it for families! Everything met and exceeded our expectations!

- Lucia (9/5): Superb - It had basically everything a family could need for a longer stay, including a crib with good matress. There was also a nice playground for kids outside. The inside was new and looked very nice. There were a lot of insects (mosquitoes etc) and it was a bit cold during the night because we couldnt find the remote for AC.

- Lan (9/5): great place for families and dog friendly - really nice and cozy. Nice area, a little bit away from cities. Swimming pool after a day at the beach is a great feature. Large garden with volleyball area and kids pools and toys. Great with dogs. We have been upgraded. It was really appreciated. Our dog loved the little private garden. We’ll come back! nothing. perhaps an oven is missing
