• Nancy (8/5): Perfect Stay for One Night - It was very close to the airport. The check in process was done quickly. It was a perfect place to stay for 1 night. The first shuttle ( holds 6) at 4:00 am was full when I checked into the hotel.We had to use Lyft and it cost $30. for a 5 min ride.

Only thing I wish they provided a QR code to tip housekeeping room 203. They have a flat rate parking if you’re traveling. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!

The hotel is super convenient to RDU airport—just a quick ride away. There’s a Capital City Chop House within a short distance from the hotel if you would like a bite to eat. Our handicap-accessible room was clean, spacious, and had excellent bathroom lighting. The bed was really comfortable, so we got a solid night’s sleep. We specifically chose TRU because of the free parking and complimentary airport shuttle. The driver was punctual (we left at 4am, which was crucial for us), and everything went smoothly. Tip: Schedule your shuttle ride in advance—space is limited, and priority goes to those who book first. Also, grab a business card with the contact number before you leave, and confirm pickup at Zone 7 when you return from your trip. Shuttle hours of operation are limited so confirm before booking. Special shoutout to staff members Deborah and Betty—they were friendly, helpful, and made check-in/check-out a breeze. Overall, great value for a clean, comfy stay with reliable airport transport. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I messaged and called them as we arrived late at the airport and arranged our shuttle pickup. When we arrived close to midnight they gave us a warm welcome and got us checked in quickly.

Pancakes and coffee was fine, Eggs were aweful and not much of just fruits and healty options. I have never seen before plastic and paper plates and cutlery being used at a decent hotel, it was tacky and cheap which I do not expect from the name Hilton There was a lot of sounds from the aircon in the room. However, I needed a bed for one night at an airport hotel, this is a solid and clean option.

It is the typical hotel spread and as all it is not exceptional, but, there was enough of options that I put together something that worked. The staff was always there to keep it neat and clean as well as stocked. Overall, the front desk staff (they were the staff that I interacted with most) were amazing and could not have been more attentive and were very kind to me while I was there. They get the highest rating from me! I also noted they treated every customer the same - kudos to them!!!! The selection of stations on the TV was not special and I struggled to find something to watch. The GFI outlet for the refrigerator kept tripping leaving items in it to get warm. This happened 3+ times and since I know how they work, I reset it myself, but I did also let the front desk know it needed attention.

I woke up at 8 in a panic and missed my flight to Spain. They said the computer was done and I should have set an alarm on phone. They gaslighted me and never apologized. It cost me hundreds of dollars to fix everything.

• DivaLusy (8/5): Quick and sufficient - Needed a place last minute due to a delayed flight. They immediately sent over a shuttle at 12:00am. Tara the shuttle driver was there quickly and very welcoming. The hotel is clean. They offer free breakfast. The lobby is very inviting and they had lots of board games to play. The beds were comfy. The room didn’t have a microwave which was a bummer. The wooden platform that the mattress sits on wasn’t clean very well. Other than that, the water was hot in the shower. The stay was great! Will stay again. Shuttle ride was less than 5 minutes to the hotel.

The price was affordable and we didn't want to be near campus where it is very busy. Nice clean room. It was super small in comparison to other hotel rooms. Not much walking room from the bed to the opposite wall. Would be okay for a night or 2. Perfect hotel for an early morning flight to catch. My son and husband enjoyed the breakfast. The toiletries smelt amazing! Especially the soap. Shower looked small but was spacious enough and water hot and pressure was great. Toilet seat was very lose so we had to be careful wiping... overall, 4.5 stars from us

• David (4/5): Not recommended - This hotel did not live up to the Hilton name for quality. They cheaped out on some important things like bedding (the pillows flattened out so much when you laid on them it was if they were non-existent. The sheets pulled away from the corners easily)

Ekki ánægð með Booking - Við þurftum að breyta dagsetningu og hótelið var tilbúið til að gera það en Booking er ekki að svara okkur en við komum nokkrum dögum áður og gistum á hótelinu sem var fínt en booking svarar aldrei og lét okkur greiða tvær nætur. Að geta breitt ferðalögum dagsetningum.
