I typically don't expect much of a free hotel breakfast, but I can say this was by far the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Eggs were delicious, sausage was tasty, my husband said the hard boiled egg was great! (And I don't know about you, but we usually never eat the hotel hard boiled eggs because they are always kinda weird.) We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

- K1078RKannc (8/5): Residence Inn Provo South University - The staff were very nice, and the breakfast attendant was especially kind and conscientious. The bed was comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. I appreciated that the hotel takes allergies seriously, which provided peace of mind. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't use the kitchen due to the pots and pans being scratched and made of Teflon. I prefer stainless steel for health reasons, and it was a bit of a letdown. The check-in process felt intrusive with too many questions; it could definitely be more streamlined. Also, the coffee mugs in the room were a bit too small for my liking—I would have preferred larger ones.

My 1br suite was spacious and comfortable. That staff was great,very accommodating, and friendly. A special shout out to the gentleman who runs the breakfast in the morning, he was so warm and friendly and always asked if there was anything he could do for you. I would highly recommend staying here.

- Scot (2/5): - This property is like many others trying to make an extra dollar by shutting down guest air conditioners and fan in the middle of the night when they think guests will be asleep and won’t notice. Thermostats become decorative wall pieces that control nothing. I give 1 star to any property that pulls this. Won’t be returning.

- Jerry (10/5): - The first room we had still had food in the fridge and the bed sheets were very wrinkled. The second room was fine but sheets still look very wrinkled. The room setup with kitchen and stove was great. Breakfast was good with cold brew and hard boiled eggs which I have not seen at other hotel breakfasts. Good variety of condiments for oatmeal.

Our room was very, very nice. It was big, spacious and comfortable. We found it very clean! We would stay there again when we are back that way.

- Stacy A (8/5): Travel - My overall experience at the hotel was mostly positive, with a few areas that could be improved. The service stood out right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to letting me check in early with no hassle. That flexibility was much appreciated and made the arrival smooth and stress-free. Cleanliness was another strong point. The room, bathroom, and shared spaces were all clean and well-maintained. It felt like care was taken to keep everything neat and in order, which added to my comfort during the stay. One issue, though, was the bedding. While the sheets were clean, they were surprisingly loud—every movement made a crinkling noise that reminded me of paper bags. It wasn’t a major problem, but it did make sleeping less comfortable than it could have been. Breakfast was average. The biggest drawback was that the breakfast sandwiches, even under the heat lamps, were still cold in the center. Additionally, the breakfast area often ran out of items, and it took a while for things to be restocked. A bit more attention in this area would go a long way. In summary, the hotel offered good service and cleanliness, with standout staff. A few small fixes—especially to the bedding and breakfast—could improve the overall experience. I’d consider staying here again, especially because of the great staff and easy check-in.

It is convenient to the freeway. We would stay here again.
