• Tony (8/5): We like to stay at your hotel because it’s clean has great parking and is convenient when we’re in Ottawa - The property is very nice. Everything was very clean and neat. Staff do a great job. Bathrooms really need make up mirrors. Plus more towels.
• Maile (9/5): Great location four minutes from the airport. Wonderful front desk staff - Chris at the front desk was beyond helpful! What a great personality, hold onto that guy! He answered our questions, provided change, informed us about the airport shuttle, all with enthusiasm. Housekeeping did not come to our room the first day. We had to grab extra toilet paper from the front desk. We requested service and when we came back that afternoon while our beds looked great, the trash was emptied, it just seemed like it was the bare minimum. For example she didn't put the toilet paper on the rolls, nothing was straightened out in the bathroom, towels were stacked rather haphazardly. Maybe I'm just too picky from previous stays at other Marriott properties.

• Priya (9/5): Pleasant, comfortable stay. It was great to have the breakfast included with the booking. - Breakfast was good, adequate selection and options. It catered for vegetarians. . Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and very clean. The room was fully paid for upfront with taxes. On check out no fees were outstanding, however security deposit was still deducted. Although it is to be refunded, it was not necessary.

• Stark (5/5): I don't think I'll be back - The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff I spoke with were all lovely. The check-in experience wasn't great: I didn’t receive a friendly greeting or subsequent service. The breakfast room was chaotic, which was expected, but the attendant on duty singled out me to sit down and wait my turn, while other people simply pushed their way in. In the end, the food wasn't worth waiting for, as it was either over salted or - except for the hard-boiled eggs, not very nutritious. I decided to try my luck at the Hilton Garden Inn, which was quiet, was staffed by polite and cheerful people, and provided excellent and healthy food for a reasonable price.

I wish there were option for vegetariana apart from breads and Begals. I traveled with my friend. We both booked separate rooms. We didn't get the van/shuttle to pick up us from the airport. Although, we got the drop-off shuttle to airport next day, after check-out.

It shouldn't be difficult to to anticipate numerous guests checking in at the same time. Having only 1 person working the desk when 10 people get off the shuttle at the same time is just poor planning.

• Lisa (8/5): - Clean. Friendly staff My last 2 visits I have found the breakfast area lacking in help. A lot of waiting for food/coffee to be replenished or messes to be cleaned. I don’t think there are enough workers to keep up with the demand. The workers who were there were friendly and doing their best, just more of them would be better. Food is great with plenty of options. Rooms are hot, even with thermostat at its lowest.

We were given a room with a tub first a room with no grab bars second and finally the room with grab bars at toilet and shower. This was one hour of going to room and back to lobby to wait for different accommodation.
