Pool hours weren’t great, would have liked to see the open earlier. On check in was told there was coffee and tea in the lobby throughout the day but when I came down for coffee it wasn’t out. I might have just caught it during a refill time I guess. Could have used one more pillow for the pull out couch as we were only given one.

- Leigh (6/5): Okay for the price - The shower was nice, got very hot but we ran out of conditioner. Hotel was close to the places we needed to go to for our soccer tournaments & close to mall!! Check outs 12pm so that was nice. The pool was closed & that was the main reason we chose this hotel. No where did it say on website it was closed. The pull out sofa was paper thin & uncomfortable. My kids ended up sleeping on floor & with us in our bed. The evening front staff told us wrong time for wkend breakfast. Front staff sid we could quickly grab fruit or coffee eve though breakfast wasn’t opened then so lady from the back said we couldn’t so we quickly got coffee n left.

- jk b (10/5): A clean, well-lit place. :) - Breakfast was good, facilities were clean and well-maintained. Every member of the staff that I interacted with was friendly and check-in was a breeze. Stayed for a night while attending an expo. The pool area was clean and well appointed, but i noticed that the pool itself seemed to need cleaning. Not something that was a problem for me, but if I'd been traveling with younger children I would have been concerned.

- Danica (9/5): very nice and comfortable - Hotel staff was super friendly and kind. Very welcoming and supportive. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The door to our bathroom stuck at the bottom, did not close all the way, and squeaked when you opened and shut it.
- Rachel (6/5): Avoid if you like to be treated well and would like a hot cup of coffee in the morning - Check -in was bad. They couldn't find my reservation and insisted I cancelled it. After about 15 minutes, they found the reservation- and I even gave them the confirmation code. ANother guest had the same probelm right after me! The manager is not sympathetic at all. Doesn't care about guests.... standard line, "I can't".... no matter the request. So frustrating! Coffee in lobby is one medium size thermos that a couple emptied with their two travel cups- 20 minutes to brew fresh pot. The hotel can't provide two XLarge carafes of regular coffee? Our room rate alone could by 8 of them! This level of hotel needs better services. I would not stay here again. Check-in. Also, manager is terrible- just company line over and over and over again.

- Carolina (9/5): Good location, breakfast, easy access to highway exits, pleasant staff. - This location is perfect for proximity to highway exits, without hearing the highways. Parking at this location is generous, breakfast is good. The best part is there is a walk/bike path behind the Fairfield Inn/Berwyn Valley Forge. All is well at this Fairfield Inn & Suites, no complaints.

While looking for forgotten items before leaving, I found a sock under the bed belonging to a previous guest. Your location was very convenient to the horse show in Devon and restaurants in Berwyn.

Took a while to warm her up to even smile. The bed was rather lumpy, so was the pillow. When I booked I had requested a shower with hopefully a handrail. The hotel responded that they would make sure I had it. When I arrived the front desk clerk said there were no rooms like that, but she put me in a room with shower. When I got to the room, it had a shower PLUS a handrail, which she had not seemed to know about. She should have known.
- Vincent (8/5): Perfect stay, nice place - Very nice place, location is great as well as the breakfast. I like it that there is no daily cleaning (environment), but you need to ask for cleaning, which was not told to me.. gym is very basic, but does the job
- Mary (10/5): - This hotel was very clean and in a quiet location near an office park. It's proximity to Valley Forge and King of Prussia mall was the main reason we chose this area. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

- Silvia (1/5): I chose this Marriott hotel for sleeping purposes, and I didn't sleep a wink. I want a refund! - Distance/ closeness to where we were going... (funeral) The sofa "bed" that I was to sleep on was the worst "bed" that I hope to ever encounter. It was as if the "bed" was "home made" with filing inserted in the material envelope. It was too lumpy to be able to sleep. That sofa "bed" should never be considered for sleeping purposes.
- Zovada (10/5): Wonderful stay exceptional staff - The staff from the guest service to housekeeping were amazing pleasant and very helpful. They took the time to let me know I had Packages and always greeting you. The breakfast was filling and coffee hot. Kudos to Monday-Friday cook staff. The location very quiet located in woodsy office complex. Beds were comfortable all amenities worked There was some guest that were a bit loud in the hallway but it was 1 night. You can hear the people next door or above but that is typical for any hotel.
