• ELMO (10/5): Comfortable and quite stay. - Location is near some of the tourist attractions. The place is safe and walkable. The location is safe and quiet. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk. Everthing in the hotel is likeable, the staff and the hotel itself. Nothing!
• de Pascale (8/5): soggiorno breve ma piacevole - buona colazione al mattino, posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi, parcheggio .Camere un po' retrò e piccole però pulite . La piscina sicuramente è un vantaggio per chi soggiorna nel periodo estivo. modernizzare un po' le stanze
• laura (4/5): Lo staff da cambiare - Tutto sommato la posizione non era male e in zona non c’è molto di più Ho dovuto protestare più volte per il cambio sfavorevole che mi volevano fare a tutti i costi, dopo aver concordato pagamento in euro prima dell’arrivo e aver pagato metà delle camere per due notti pur avendole utilizzate solo una notte per arrivo ritardato del volo (avvisato l’hotel dall’Italia e ottenuta nessuna comprensione al riguardo). Alla fine mi hanno restituito i soldi ma non è stato un bel comportamento. Quando sono arrivata la stanza era gelida e ci sono volute ore per ottenere una temperatura accettabile (avendo comunque pagato una notte in più almeno il riscaldamento!!!!)

• Roger (9/5): The perfect hotel for your trip to Madaba - A lovely, friendly hotel with a great pool and a great base for exploring Madaba. The staff were amazingly helpful - we had a small problem when we were there and the owner sorted it out quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend this hotel. Bathroom a little cramped - but the shower was really good.

• Mrs.ieva (10/5): Comfortable stay at Madaba - This was the second time we used the Mariam hotel, it's a good value for the price, comfortable for a family, we would stay again. There are shops , restaurants and a Mall nearby.

• Philip (9/5): Pleasant, affordable family run hotel with great character. Safe, clean, quiet, and good location. - I have stayed here three times. I like that it is a reasonably-priced family run hotel. The pool is great in the hot weather. I love the bright exteriour colours and and the overall "character" of the hotel. Rooms and bathroom were great, and aircon modern and works well. Good location. 10 minute walk to restaurants and tourist district and famous church mosaics. Safe neighbourhood. I like the top floor breakfast facilities -- the view, and the poolside restaurant. Also about a 30 minute drive to the airport. The hotel can arrange a taxi for a fair price. Staff very helful and made sure I was wakened for an early morning flight. As well, they can arrange transport to tourist attractions throughout Jordan. I love this place and will happily stay there again. Can't think of much.
• 755ofern (10/5): Perfect family owned hotel in Madaba - I always return to this hotel when in Jordan. Located in Madaba, a quaint and peaceful town, this location is perfect for visiting the dead sea, Amman or Karak, or on the way to Aqaba from the north. The hotel's pool is picture perfect, the breakfast wonderful on the upper terrace with views of the entire area. Highly recommended.

• Fjaf (7/5): Budget friendly hotel - The rooms were a little dated but clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for just 1 night to catch an early morning flight as the hotel's about a 25 min drive from the airport. It was fine for a short stay, it's within walking distance of the main attractions in Madaba and shops and restraunts. Poor wifi in the rooms.

• Dhc (9/5): A Peaceful Hotel - I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which exceeded my expectations despite my only one-night stay. While it has a classic and somewhat outdated design, it was clean, tidy, and peaceful. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the sausage was the highlight. Convenient parking is available right in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was freezing outside, although the hotel provided an extra thick blanket. The room heater did not work, and no one was available to help us carry our luggage.

Has no TV for me I sit in room. Stare at ceiling all night. Not even a discount. I'll never stay here again. I've stayed in motels for 30 years. Never stayed in one with no TV. Wow. What's this world coming to. Never again

They allowed me to check in early at no additional charge. Ok walking distance from restaurants, shopping and areas of interest. Air conditioner leaked water everywhere. Wifi didn't work on my floor, but did elsewhere in the building.

Breakfast was very good with tasty local options. It was real surprise to get a breakfast like this as hotel was almost empty. Easy to park on road in front of the hotel.

The hotel has a warm, inviting atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of Jordanian hospitality you feel welcomed the moment you walk through the door. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool! Also it os recommend to sit next to the pooll area that provides a tranquil setting for relaxation after a day of sightseeing and order dinner or lunch it is very delicious!!
• Lucy (9/5): A great choice friendly and helpful, good rooms - The location of this hotel is good on a quiet street but only a short walk into town. The rooms are clean and comfortable with decent hot shower, kettle. There's a nice swimming pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful they can arrange taxis to anywhere and it's not far from the airport so a good choice when arriving or leaving. Madaba itself is worth staying a few days. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with a decent choice and in the evening there's food in the downstairs restaurant. Great value too.

• Sylvie (9/5): Very comfortable hotel - Very good facilities. There is a nice swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. You can't walk to the city center. You need a car. But this means it is also very quiet.
• babykong (6/5): Dated, but ok. - Mariam Hotel is definitely a bit dated, but in general it’s not a bad hotel. There were a lot of positive aspects during my stay, but I have to be honest about the negatives too, which I will elaborate on later. Firstly location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance, and you’re surrounded by a multitude of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. I didn’t really converse a lot with the staff, but everyone seemed friendly enough. Breakfast was quite substantial, and I really liked that most items were clearly labelled. There are filtered water stations throughout the building where you can refill your water bottles for free. WiFi was very good. My room was spacious, comfortable, and despite being a little worn around the edges - it was clean. Bedding and towels smelled fresh. Now for the negative issues, which I feel I need to be honest about so you can make an informed choice about booking based on facts: I was there for 2 nights, during my stay I had 4 showers - 3 of which were freezing cold. I thought maybe this was due to the water being heated by solar panels, as the only time I had a relatively warm shower was at around 4pm. If this is the case, good luck during the winter months! The wardrobe/cupboard had a damp musty smell. I was going to hang some clothes up, but decided not to. There was also a blanket in there which I was going to use, but that smelt like mildew. Maybe I just got unlucky with my room, as plenty of other people seemed to really enjoy their stay. But because of what I experienced I would not stay here again, not unless the management could guarantee these issues had been resolved.

The breakfast was varied and tasty. I wouldn't expect a coffee machine as in Jordan turkish coffee is more popular. Delicious jams! The staff is friedly and welcoming. that we had to leave before the pool was open (9am) :)
